This place is like a Subway, but for pasta, pizza, calzones, and salads--you get to build everything exactly how you want it. If you don't feel like creating your own, they also have a preset menu, which makes ordering quick and easy. On days when you have decision making fatigue, I'm glad they have a offer a preset menu. There's free parking and seating both inside and outside. There is a high tops area and several tv's. The first time we ate here, my son was already asking when we could come back so his brothers could try it too. He even asked again the very next day, but they're closed on Sundays. We were able to come back on a Friday night with our other son, and he really enjoyed his meal as well. For our first time, I tried the preset baked pepperoni pasta (formally number 4) and really enjoyed it. It came with rigatoni, marinara, ricotta, and mozzarella. My youngest son and husband created their own pasta dishes, which they both liked. It's nice having that option to customize or trying the preset menu. We also tried the buffalo pizza. My husband and I enjoyed it--it had a thin crust and a good amount of chicken meat. The only thing that would make it even better for me is having a side of blue cheese dressing. It would be helpful if the items were labeled. It could show pictures of the items yo make it easier for kids to order. Also offering a kid size combo. A smaller portion with bread a drink. Came in for a quick lunch on a Thursday and was very happy with the service and food quality. We built our own pasta bowl for around $11. It comes with your choice of pasta and sauce with 3 toppings. The noodles were cooked well and the sauce had a lot of flavor. We had double mushroom and mozzarella for our toppings, but there are meat options if you want to add some protein to your bowl. It was cooked right in front of us on a pan and it was ready in about 5 minutes. This is a great place to dine in if you're on a time crunch because the food comes out so fast. My coworkers are obsessed with this place so we order it quite a bit for our lunches. I'm honestly not super impressed with this place. The following is what I have tried from here thus far: - Super Spinach Salad with Grilled Chicken (no dressing): decent overall, but it was just too wet from the artichokes. Chicken was cooked well but not seasoned - Veggie Calzone: best thing I've had from here by far! I used Costco's pesto sauce to dip it in because the marinara from here is horrible. It was soo much better with the pesto. It would've been perfect if they actually cooked the calzone to a nice crispy crust instead of what they gave me. Thankfully, I had it as leftovers and could stick it in my oven at home. - Shrimp Gnocchi (sub pesto for marinara): unfortunately, they did not sub for the pesto and I'm not a fan of their marinara at all. It's watery and flavorless. There were 3-4 pieces of shrimp only. The gnocchi itself was unimpressive and the veggies they had in there added absolutely nothing to the dish. They should focus on correctly making the orders since multiple dishes have come messed up. A lot of my coworkers have dietary issues and can't eat it if it arrives messed up. read more

The baked dishes are extra cheesy, so get those if you like it cheesy. Otherwise, I'd get the sautéed versions. Salad was a healthy size and adding or mixing toppings didn't change the price. My wife and I visited Duck Foot brewing which is around the corner and were hungry during our visit to the brewery. We checked yelp and found this location which was very close. We ordered online (very easy) and picked up in about 30 minutes. The food was fresh and very tasty. Gluten free options were available and were very tasty. Crust was thin and crispy and very enjoyable. Salad was great size and had high end ingredients in it... not just iceberg lettuce. My only recommendation would be to set up a partnership with Duck Foot Brewing. They have gluten free drinks and with the gluten free options at Pastalini this could benefit both places based off of the proximity. read more

I chose to get mine baked, which means they add a layer of cheese and put it in the oven! The regular is two to three portions depending on how many toppings you're adding! Each pasta order also comes with their own garlic knots.
