Best dough and ingrediants of most pizzas out there. However, they struggle to obtain good consistent employees. The pizza is regularly over cooked. Not sure why this should be an issue but it is a common practice here. We love the owner, he is a very friendly and down to earth type of guy. Another rude experience. Ordered a normal plain pepperoni pizza and was told 25 minutes. Arrived about 40 minutes later to pick up the pizza and they looked at us and said they didn't even have our name down or a pizza for us. After a little mixup after placing an online order, I thought was through the website but ended up on Grubhub.... So due to the mixup I wasn't able to get my order at the time I requested. I ended up receiving a phone call from the owner Thomas who apologized and explained what happened. It was definitely not his fault but still took the blame. That is customer service!! To add to the apology, Thomas ended up giving us a free pizza and a personal pizza for our son for free, due to the inconvenience. Definitely a pleasure speaking with Thomas and a breath of fresh air to encounter such great customer service!! We've always been fans of Patricio's and now look forward to trying their new place "Let's Wing It" in Grover Beach. Keep doing what you're doing Thomas, it goes a long ways.... Had no idea this place even existed until some friends took me here. Plenty of seating in the back section and plenty of TVs to watch any sporting events. Great spot for Pizza and beer on the weekends, kid friendly as well. We ordered a pitcher of 805, the BBQ wings, and the Frankie's Special and I LOVED it! We have been customers for years and we love the pizza. Tonight I was driving home from the Bay area and my wife wanted to have pizza ready when I got home. We ordered three pizzas for $75, but we only received two. The two pizzas were burnt and it looked like they had been dropped on their sides. The driver told us that we had only been charged for two pizzas. When we called to complain, we were offered money off on our next order. This was for a pizza we didn't receive. They were very rude to us and were unwilling to fix our order. I spent the day in Palo Alto at the VA Hospital in a PTSD study. My wife ordered my favorite pizza to be here and hot to welcome me home. This turned what would have been a wonderful end to a hard day into disappointment and agitation. Came in and there was a big party in the back. The 3 guys working were busy behind the counter and still greeted us as we walked in. We ordered our pizza and sat down at a table. We waited for a bit but that is understandable considering how busy they were. The pizza came and it was delicious. Absolutely the best pizza in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. My family and I have eaten here multiple times, the owner is often seen making the pies himself and is incredibly friendly and social! Sad how things have changed...the place has a new name...805 Eats! We ordered spaghetti with meatballs and a 7" Gino's Special, thin crust. The pasta came out luke warm, no meatballs, and more water than spaghetti sauce. The pizza was also barely hot, but topped really well. Besides the heat & meatball issue, the older of the two cooks came out of the bacK room, took his baseball cap off, ran his fingers thru his hair, put the cap back on & went back to cooking...no where near washing his hands. While we were eating, he gave a huge burp heard clear across the restaurant. I asked for a box. As he was walking to get it, he sniffles as if he needs to spit up phlegm, then wipes his nose on his sleeve. And again, does not was his hand. Needless to say, we won't be back! read more

Looked it up and read me what was on it. Didn't sound good. He said Yea you're better off just putting toppings on it. So I ordered a medium 3 topping pizza and a small wings. It took an hour and 20 min to get to my house. 5 min drive to the store. Opened the pizza and it's a large pizza with crazy toppings. I come to visit my parents in Lompoc (usually monthly) and they discovered this place from a few friends. We usually order take out and make the drive from Lompoc to Orcutt and back to eat. Worth the drive in my opinion and so far I don't know of any other pizza place I would do this for. All the combinations of pizzas we've had has always been great. If you are looking for a good pizza then I recommend eating here. I'm very disappointed to see that this place has such a low rating. I'm going to address the elephant in the room for some old timey Santa Maria People...eating at Patricio's is as close as my memory allows to eating at Arnoldi's. They have some kind of connection, though I can't say (because I don't know) what. The pizza hovers somewhere near Chicago style deep dish with its thick crust, light spread of sauce, and toppings cooked under a mountain of cheese, but it's not so far into the windy city that you can't just pick up a slice and a napkin and eat. If the price of a pie deters you from here, please just give it a chance. On a very hungry day, I can eat four slices of a large pie from somewhere like Giavanni's or Marco Polo's (very good pizza), from Patricio's it's a challenge to do that from their small. A family of four can very very easily get full off of their family dinner for the paltry sum of $37.00. For that you get a large one topping pizza, a bowl of simple yet really really tasty spaghetti, a salad, and four dinner rolls, each about the size of a grapefruit (that had its bottom shoved into a muffin tin). Beware if you order chicken wings. They are whole wings. Not wing segments like everyone else under the sun. A drumette doesn't equal one piece. The piece with two bones in it is not one piece. It's the whole thing. Just so you know you're basically getting double if you order a six piece. They are very tasty. If it came down to getting one 12" pizza from Patricio's, or three 16" pizzas from Little Caesar's or Dominoes, I'd go for Patricio's every time. If you don't mind spending the cash, they are well worth it. You will pay more per-pie, but per person, it all works out in the wash. read more
