I'm sorry but anyone who is leaving 4/5 or 5/5 on here is a horrible judge of quality. Patricio's Pizza is a below average with a high price tag. Ordered a 16" with Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Olives and Onions. Total was like 29.00 bucks. Assuming it's like Gino's Pizza in Buellton, maybe it's worth it. NOPE. Received a giant box of cheese and dough. All the ingredients were technically there, but there was so much cheese that everything tastes like cheese. Did I say cheese. Do you like cheese? Cheese. This is by far the worst pizza I've tried in town. For starters, it says it supposedly had Alfredo sauce on the pizza I got ... I never saw, let alone tasted any of it on my pizza. It was completely bland. No taste whatsoever besides the tomatoes. And for $35 for a 12" to be so utterly bland? That's crazy! Little Ceasers has way more flavor than the pizza I got here. Best pizzeria in the area! Pizzas are loaded with gooey cheese & fresh toppings! The family meal is a great deal too. I think it was; a large cheese pizza(added pepperoni for an additional charge), 2 orders of spaghetti, salad complete with fresh mushrooms & homemade croutons & a huge order of dinner rolls. This place ROCKS. Delicious pizza, fabulous family style salads, and excellent service! They don't open until 11am, but I called today in a real bind at 9:30 am needing 3 large pizzas before opening... They fired up the ovens early just for me and got it done, no extra charge! Part of the family went with the team after a match for dinner. Food was adequate, not stellar. Better places to go. However, a ridiculous business practice : they automatically charged an extra 15% gratuity on each person in the group. Individual orders who appeared to be part of a group at a walk up counter get charged extra?!? This is a pizza joint, common places for teams or groups to eat together. Why charge extra for a common category of customers? This amount to a restaurant "service charge" not a gratuity, I hope they pay taxes on it. Our family just moved to Orcutt and we've been trying out some of the local eateries. Today we had an absolutely delicious lunch here! The Italian chef salad was filled meats, cheese, olives, mushrooms, etc... so good and HUGE! We also got an amazing pizza with cheese, pepperoni, and bacon... with another layer of cheese, pepperoni and bacon. WOW! We love this place! The pizza dough was cooked to perfection... perfection!!! We walked in and nobody bother to acknowledge that we were even there. Anyway, we walked out and decided to head over to Bella Forno. So glad we made the change. Patricio's literally has my all time favorite pizza. I've been coming here my whole life and even though I don't live in town anymore everytime I'm back in town I have to come get a pizza. I always get a Frankie's Double Double. The cheese goes on for miles and the ingredients are all extremely flavorful. What's better then a pizza with cheese twice as thick as the crust? The pizza's are pricey, but the quality makes it worth it. I will always compare other pizzas to Patricio's and so far no other has come close. The service is also really nice it feels like the nice small town restaurant that it is. Five stars all the way around. read more

Pizza was good, lots of cheese, and the sauce was very tasty. The crust was just okay, not my favorite. We also got a salad, which was fresh and tasty as well. My only complaint is that this is not a place that is good for dining in. We took our five kids there, expecting to be able to sit, have them play some games, while my husband and I enjoyed a glass of wine. Well, they only had beers, no wine. No games for the kids. And it is a very small dining area. So the ambiance is just not good. So from now on, when we get Patricio's, it will be to go. read more

This was probably the worst pizza we have ever eaten. The toppings are under the cheese , the cheese is very chewy then become dry as you chew more on it and turns into a wad of grossness in your mouth. Not to mention it costs $40 for a personal pizza and a small pizza . What a waste! The ceiling had holes where water damage can be seen. Directly over your head. The staff touches all of the food without gloves then they do other things in we're. Like handle cash, open fridges, serve guests while going back and forth with serving food and making salad without gloves. They don't use non porous plates or disposable plates. They use old wood plates that are very very worn out. I got sick later that evening. I'm sure it had to do with this disgusting place. They need they health department in there asap. This place should be shut down in my opinion. read more

Arnoldis ... Patricios ... 805 Eats ... call the place what you want, but if you want PIZZA, this is THEE place in town. Is it on the pricey side, yes. Is the bedside manner of service always spot on, no. Are some of the other meals solid, yes and no. Yes if you are ordering the fat and juicy chicken wings, or over saladed salad, or the yummy spaghetti. NO if you are comparing these meals to their PIZZA. My personal favorite is the Frankie Double Double which bends the mind, blasts the taste buds, overwhelms the stomach, and makes you sleep at least 6 to 8 hours as it digests. Any other specialty pizza that's on the menu like the Bianca, Allotta Meatza, Veggie Extravaganza, etc are ALL my 2nd favorite depending on my mood. Each specialty pizza has a characteristic that is worth tasting. And for those who have lived in the area for sometime, 805 is every bit as great as that old pizza joint on Main Street that started with FR..... you know what I'm talking about. Legendary. As for some of the other lower rated posts, yeah I can see where some of the complaints are coming from. And yeah, each one has a degree of truth. But facts are facts. Now know as 805 Eats. Every time I visit Santa Maria, I make plans to grab a delicious pizza from here. You get your money's worth. Their pizzas have nice thick dough, heavily filled with toppings and loads of mozzarella on top. I'm not sure if their sauce is house made but it is very tasty with a little bite. The employees are so nice and the pizza is always ready when they say it will be for pick up. They deliver after a certain time each day and have a pretty broad area they will deliver to without an extra charge. I can say with certainty that this is probably the best pizza place in the Orcutt area. The only reason you wouldn't like the pizza is if you hate cheese and if that is the case then why are you even eating pizza in the first place. The reason why I have this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because the wait for your food can be really long and they do not have many places to sit. Ordered there family special the time pizza got to us it was cold spaghetti luke warm and rolls were cold. After an hour and 40 minutes I called was told my pizza went out 20 minutes ago waited another 10-15 finally pizza came. I know it does not take 35 minutes to get from Old Orcutt to my place behind Righetti. I paid almost $60 to eat cold food. So disappointed in your service. read more

First off the guy who owns/works here is one of the rudest people, always has been. I was just placing an order for pick up and dude hung up on me half way through my order and when I called back he said he didn't know who that was but when we said we wanted to cancel our previous partially placed order because he was so rude he proceeded to be insulting and rude- apparently he doesn't care about making money or upholding a professional attitude. Second of all, the pizza sauce is not good and the dough is way too thick. So- even if the guy isn't taking his hatred of life and his career out on customers, the food is sub-par. Pizza is so good BUT.... Service is HORRIBLE!!!!! I ordered Patricios, was told it would take 60-70 minutes to arrive, and 90 minutes later it still didn't arrive. So, I call and they say it's on it's way. 30 minutes later I received my pizza COLD. The next time I ordered pizza (about 2 months later) it was cold and late AGAIN. I called them and they said since, I lived in Santa Maria it had taken longer to get to me but next time it would not be cold and would be free. I was going to give them a third shot (about a month later) and when I called to redeem that free pizza they told me that I had already redeemed it. I explained to the person that answered the phone what happened the last two times and that I did not order from them since I was told it would be free. The person on the phone said they keep a board of all the free pizza customers and my name was not on the list so "I must have already redeemed it". Then the person who answered the phone hung up on me. The next morning I emailed the manager and never heard back from him. Just barely OK. I ordered the 16" Marguerita Pizza for delivery. When I spoke with the man who took my order, I asked specifically if it was a "cracker thin" pizza. His response was "We have a thin pizza, yes." I took the bait. NOT authentic...NOT thin... Thickness just like a regular pizza...OK, but not an Italian experience in the least...LEEEAST! The Moz appeared and tasted like commercial bagged cheese, like other regular pizzas. The cheese was browned just like a regular pizza.The basil was over cooked. The "Roma" tomatoes were cubed , wet and sogged the thick crust and the layer below. Wasted $28 on something that just wasn't right. Who in the heck makes that pizza using crumbled Moz from a bag??? Sliced Moz fresca, hello? Done with them.. Hate to say it, but Domino's had a better "Margherita" pizza. At least they got the prep and the spelling right. "addio per sempre, Patricio!" I really hate wasting my money...........Orcutt can do better than that........I've had their regular pizzas. They were good. Need to bring this spot down to earth because 4.5 stars means you are stellar which this place is not. It might get less than a 2-star rating in a big city, but this is Santa Maria and good pizza is hard to find. (Drive to Full of Life in Los Alamos for excellent pizza and beer.)
