Ordered from Patrick's for delivery around 11:50am and was given an estimation delivery time of arrival at 12:17pm, which I already found to be a ridiculous wait time seeing as how Google Maps shows that Patrick's is exactly 2.7 miles from the delivery destination. GrubHub sent another estimated delivery time range from 12:55-1:05pm. The time finally became 1:15 and there was still NO delivery. I called GrubHub and the new estimation was at 1:30pm. At 1:35pm, still no delivery (remember, the order was placed at 11:50am). By the time the delivery man showed up, it was 1:45pm and the owner WOULD NOT budge at all about giving any compensations. Not to mention, one of the subs was completely made wrong. They apparently only have 1 delivery driver, which is clearly not enough and the owner does not care enough about returning business or he would have made this entire delivery experience right when they were in the wrong. Complete waste of time and money. The Chicken Philly wasn't even that good nor did it have the cheese or peppers and onions I ordered on it! I would recommend you go inside the shop instead of waiting around for their snail speed delivery of a possible wrong order! read more

Nothing notable about this place. I too drive by it frequently so decided to stop in for a simple Italian sub, chips, and drink. Subway grade at best, Jersey Mikes #13 has twice the meat and flavor for same price. Drinks in cooler were warm so I got the fountain drink instead. I'm sure its a go-to place for the locals, especially the delivery, but in my opinion the quality is not worth the price...just sayin. read more

Horrible horrible horrible service. Said delivery would be an 'hour'...after a call 1.5 hours later, they said it would be delivered in 15 minutes. Thirty minutes later they called with some excuse about only having ONE delivery guy. Then don't deliver fools. read more

I have lived in the Westside of Atlanta for 2 1/2 years and have loved deli sandwiches my whole life. While the decor may be a few decades old, I think that adds to the experience and sort of provides a small-town feel. Patrick's has great subs and the prices are better than any of the respectable sub chain restaurants. They slice the meat fresh for every sandwich. The owners are always there and are very friendly and personable. You can go to the chain places but you will miss out on a good subs at good prices, and an overall good experience. read more

Customer Service is the WORST the Mgr./Owner Zina all she see is $. I have never been to a hole in the wall establishment that charges for everything . I ordered a kids meal tender meal and she had the audacity to try and charge me 60cent for a side of honey mustard and may I remind you that no dippin sauce is included in that meal even McDonald's, Burger King give dipping sauce hell Chick fil a will give you as many as you want for FREE. On another occasion she tried to have them charge me 75cent to refill my cup with ICE yes ICE that I had purchased from them. Byt its ok I will NEVER EVER spend another coin in that place again in life!!!!!!!! And I gave 1 star only because my cup was a large. read more

Love this place! The philly cheese is as good as it gets. My only complaint is that I just wish they were open later on the weekends.

I go to Patrick's at least once a month! I love their grilled chicken salad, and my husband loves the philly cheese steak. Service is always friendly. Your best to order your meal online and pick up to save time, as Patrick's gets super busy at lunch times. read more

this place has awesome wings, and subs that remind you of times before subway and other corp. restaurants took over. as for these other reviews, most people it seems just don't have an appreciation for a true mom and pop. seriously why bash on their 70s decor? it's a good thing.... it means they're sticking to what works, and apparently it's worked for 36 years. it's not gourmet, it's not as cheap as subway, but dang it there's only one of these, appreciate what it represents at least. i've had the wings and philly, both were good. read more

Have you ever had a dining experience so TERRIBLE that you were looking around the joint for hidden cameras because you just knew that you had to be on some type of prank show? My fellow Yelpers, lend me your ear as I take you along on my nightmarish journey at Patrick's Sub Shop. 1. The place was absolutely filthy. There was so much smeared food and dirt (yes, Georgia Red Clay) on the tables, chairs, and floors that we (the restaurant patrons) had to clean our area, ourselves, before sitting down. However, this is nothing compared to what I am about to tell you. 2. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries well done. When I received my order there was no bacon on the cheeseburger and the fries were not well done. I very politely requested the bacon and another order of fries well done as ordered. (Now lean in, Yelpers, as this is where it gets good!) They took my same fries (with seasoning and ketchup on them) and they threw them back in the grease and attempted to serve them to me again. The same fries!!! Anyone with common sense (and an ounce of care or concern about food quality and/or sanitation) would make a fresh batch of fries to make up for the incorrect order. They would not re-fry old fries with condiments on them. Isn't that some sort of health code and/or sanitation violation? Anyway, the fries looked pretty nasty after having been refried with condiments on them so I asked the waiter if these fries were actually a fresh, new order. The waiter lied to my face and said yes even though this was clearly not the case. Next, I went to the manager/owner and asked for fresh fries. He told me that he would not give me fresh fries because I "didn't write my order down correctly." (Yes, you are reading this correctly.) First of all, of course I didn't write my order down, the waiter did. Second of all, she wrote it down incorrectly so how is this MY fault? The owner/manager argued with me back and forth about this as I stood at the counter in disbelief. I asked him if he was joking about blaming me for my order being made incorrectly and refusing to rectify the situation. He assured me that he was not joking at all. Then, when I told him that re-frying old fries was unsanitary and unacceptable and I asked for a refund the manager/owner said NO! (Yes, you are still reading this correctly.) He refused to give me a refund for the old, re-fried fries that I was served because I had, according to him, "already eaten about 5 fries". Again, I asked him if he was joking about not issuing me a refund because according to him, I had "already eaten about 5 fries" and he assured me that he was not joking. I could not make this story up if I wanted to. After the shock of this crazy experience wore off, I promptly left the restaurant. Please, Yelpers, please DO NOT patronize this place. Not only might Georgia Red Clay be an unexpected ingredient in your food, but also if they mess up your order it will be your fault and you will not receive a refund. Plus, you will be treated like crap if you attempt to get what you paid for. The owner was willing to lose a repeat customer over a $1.89 order of fries. I cannot imagine how they have stayed in business for so long! read more

Got an order for delivery and was thrilled. Wings, sandwiches and onion rings, all very good and exactly as ordered. Really pleased with the wings, cooked perfectly crispy and very flavorful. I think this will be my go-to wing place. read more

Ordered from Grubhub and they were able to find my kind of hard to find work place. I supplied directions in the comment box at checkout, and they actually took note! I ordered a sub and fries. Ordered delivery and it took 2 hours to get to me. I live less than 10 minutes away. When i called to ask what was taking so long i was told that the delivery guy had an emergency. when i asked if my food would be cold I was told no because they kept it under the heat lap. seriously?! and of course they weren't even trying to give me a refund. im done with them. read more

Rats rats rats. Went it this place after hearing someone talk about it. When I pulled up I said to myself this place looks old.when I walked in it looked like 3 homeless people sittin in there Tryin to keep warm. I went to counter to order where I waited 4 mins before someone helped me. She walked away and said hold on. While waiting I looked on the floor behind counter and saw a medium sized rat eat food that had fallen on floor. This was NASTY. Never will I go back to this place. I turned around and walked out. I ordered lunch today from the at 11:35am. I called in a order for a double cheese burger, omlette sandwich, two orders of fries. I was told delivery to my area (Chattahoochee st.) would be 35 to 45 minutes. I noticed at 12:30pm that our food had not arrived to my business so I called them at least 15 times over a 30 minute period with no answer each time. I finally left my business and drove down to Patricks to see what was going on. They were busy and I had to wait 15 minutes in a line just to talk to some Asian lady who said she was the manager. I asked her what happened and she said they were busy. I also noticed the whole time I was waiting to speak to a manager that their phone was ringing and ringing and no one ever answered it. I asked her why no one called us to say the delivery would not be made and she abruptly said again "we are busy". That's it.....no apology or nothing. They did not seem to care that they had an upset customer. I will quickly share my bad experience with all the businesses around my area and inform all my employees never to do business with Patricks Sub shop again. Worst experience I have ever had with no regard to customer service. Horrible! read more
