I attended a retirement party at Patrizia's recently and from start to finish - it was outstanding. The service was amazing and the food was exceptional. Pizza, salad and bread to start - and could have ended there. But no.....delicious morsels kept appearing and I honestly didn't know how much to eat.... since they literally didn't stop bringing food out until the insane dessert platters showed up. Everything. Was. Delicious. Calamari, wings, pasta (money bags is the pasta variety that they served), chicken, steak, stuffed clams...I wanted to take all of it home since I don't love the Italian food near me. Our first time here and on this Saturday night this place was very packed! A wedding party , graduation parties, birthday celebrations and wall to wall people. We had the family meal for 4 people ( the $65pp option) and it really was amazing!!! We had no idea how much food we were getting. All the food was great from the salad, pizza, appetizers and pasta, shrimp and skirt steak topped off by coffees and a dessert for the table. The only complaint we had was that the chicken scarpariello could only be prepared as a spicy option so we did not choose this entree from a small list of options offered. We used to dine here when it was Cozymels and there is no resemblance to its prior tenant! The restaurant is beautifully redone We will definitely come back to sample other menu options but will likely come during the week when it might be less crowded. read more

Yesterday was my first time at a patrizias and it was fine, didn't love but I'll def come back and try something different. I do have to say their lunch menu was great, the three course one so I did get to taste a bit for a great price. The fresh bread with the garlic oil was amazing!!! I got the Cesar salad, so good, and tried the pasta with vodka sauce and my friend got the chicken parm so tried that as well. The pasta and chicken were ok. It's probably my least favorite vodka sauce I've ever had and I love vodka sauce. Idk it lacked seasoning but not salt. It did end on a high note because that tiramisu was amazing!!! Family style dinning. I'm so happy that we decided to share everything. This is the 2nd Patrizia's within the last 2 months. I visited the other location in Brooklyn and I'm happy this one is much larger. Food quality was great and tasted the same as the Brooklyn location. It was packed on a Saturday evening. Make reservations in advanced especially during June which is graduation season. We sat at the bar. I had an old fashion and the bartender made it very well. Moneybag pasta is like a mix of dumplings added with ricotta and with vodka sauce. Definitely one for the money! read more

Came here 3 days after their grand opening. Had a party of 10 adults and 4 children. We were seated right away by professional courteous staff. For a new establishment they had everything down perfectly. Sal helped me plan this out by phone. Our main waiter , Andrew , was fabulous along with all the other wait staff Prix fix is an amazing deal. For $10 additional you can get unlimited beer or wine. The food was totally amazing starting from the bread and olive oil dip , pizza (better than a lot of pizza places), salad (fantastic dressing), pasta. The appetizers we chose were the chicken wings, fried calamari, mozzarella sticks, baked clams. The 3 entrees we chose were lamb, steak and shrimp. I don't know how they do it but every single dish was perfect. I was blown away by the steak and baked clams. Desert is a variety of yummy stuff. Cappuccino was delicious. This is situated right by Roosevelt Field Mall. There's unlimited parking. Rest room was immaculate. I'm thrilled that everyone in my group had an excellent dining experience. We ordered takeout from the brand new Patrizias restaurant in Westbury. We ordered eggplant Parmesanwith spaghetti, moneybags and tiramisu The eggplant Parmesan was plentiful, but when adding so much eggplant and cut too thick it didn't have enough cheese . The spaghetti never showed up, Clearly the person expediting the order did not review the ticket. The money bags for the four dollar up charge with chicken was basically nonexistent. Bowl of pasta with some minuscule chicken was very disappointing. But it was tasty. I would've love to try the tiramisu, but they forgot that also. Just like the joke says you get screwed through the drive-through at Patrizia you get screwed through take home. All in all the sauce was fine. We will try it again, but clearly we would go inside where they would be able to fix the order immediately. read more

They're highly accommodative. Had a Birthday dinner last Thursday, where they permitted our party of eleven (11) to enjoy our cigars while dining outside on the patio. Our server, Sam, was phenomenal! Kudos to the owner for facilitating a wonderful evening. The Tomahawk steaks, five of which we ordered, were delectable! This is our 2nd time dining at the Garden City location and the food is good and the staff is friendly. They should have more gluten-free selections their menu does not have meals that do. When you asked if they could make it gluten-free, the waitress hesitated, and before making the reservation, they asked to list any restrictions, which we did. On Father's Day, they were busy, but they managed to accommodate my friend who has celiac disease, and both dads were happy with their meals and service. We went to Patrizia's of Westbury for our family's Father's Day dinner celebration. My parents are vegan-vegetarians (NO PASTA) and I was worried about what they would eat besides salad and vegetable sides. My husband called and spoke with Sal, who was understanding and said YES to two of the lunch menu items-----minestrone soup and artichoke hearts. My parents were delighted with the pizza with chopped tomatoes and onions (NO CHEESE). Huge salads, freshly-made minestrone soup, artichoke hearts, and sauteed vegetables. There was so much food for my parents! Everyone else was happy with their apps and entrees. The freshly baked bread was delicious. It was loud (many big groups) and we waited a bit for our dishes, but to be expected on a hectic, busy Father's Day. Tony came by several times to check if everything was acceptable and he received 2 thumbs up! It was great to see management greeting people and making the rounds to all the tables. Have eaten there 2xs. Marinara sauce is very acidity and too thick for veal parm. Way more sauce than it needs. Atmosphere very pleasant. Portions are plentiful. Ordered flounder very good also a shrimp dinner very good. The bread which is served is excellent. Ordered the chicken with hot cherry peppers were too hot and I love hot food. My family and I recently went to Patrizia's to celebrate my son's birthday. Before being seated, we specifically asked the hostess if we could sit somewhere where the children would not bother other diners. My family includes my autistic daughter and my grandchildren, ages 1 and 3, so I purposely make early reservations around 3-3:30 PM when restaurants are quieter because it helps tremendously for my daughter and for the kids. By the time another party was seated near us, we were already near the end of dessert, and the restaurant was about 80% empty. Despite that, three elderly people were seated directly next to our table. The children were laughing and being children -- not running around or causing destruction -- and one woman looked at the waiter and loudly said, "Could you tell those kids to shut up!!" Yes, those were her exact words. Naturally, my older daughter went into full mama bear mode and defended our family. What upset me most was not just the comment itself, but the complete lack of management intervention. In my opinion, a manager should have immediately addressed the situation and reminded those customers that this is a family restaurant and that children are allowed to exist and laugh. Instead, nothing was said. The hostess and waiter apologized to us privately, but the people who made the rude and hurtful comments faced zero accountability. As a mother and grandmother, especially one navigating life with an autistic daughter and young grandchildren, this experience was incredibly upsetting and embarrassing. Compassion and understanding go a long way. Sadly, because of how this situation was handled, I will never return. read more

Total disappointment. The antipasto plate looked store bought with a poor display of food and cheese cut so small it resembled pebbles. The portion sizes were nothing like the signature of this chain - they were adequate for one person only. The sauce on the pasta tasted straight out of the tomato can with no spices or flavor. The cake came with a hair in it and the waiter told me "it wasn't there when I gave it to you". He begrudgingly brought me another slice. As he sashayed to the table he said "just so you know this is a new piece". Well, I certainly did not expect the cake with the hair in it. The kicker was incredibly poor service, when we could even get the waiter to come to the table. On a number of occasions, another waiter had to help us. So, there is no need to go here when Baci is right around the corner with authentic Italian food. read more
