I called Pat's pizzeria and asked for a chicken Mushroom small Pizza. I got a chicken and cheese, an onion Pizza. No, I have not called them. I'm just sick of ordering something i'm not getting what we ask for yes, it happens at least 2 out of the 5 times something's wrong. We don't call it in all the time because I don't want to hear their mouth. Also, don't want them saying nothing nasty about us. It's not worth it. Most of their food is good. Really good, just that they have to learn to get the order, right. There's a picture of the chicken cheese and onion. It looks like something brown in the back. But that's The Onion. Wife didn't want pizza today so I stopped and grabbed two slices from here. I got two slices, one cheese and pepperoni and then a deluxe with a pop for under 10.00 bucks. The pizza was good. The crust was cooked right, the pepperoni was charred and had some heat to it. There was also nice amount of cheese and sauce on it, the deluxe toppings were piled on. Nice size slices. I ordered a pizza/wing combo last night about 9pm for delivery. It had to be artificial intelligence that was taking my order because it kept interrupting me when I was trying to say something like Saucy wings or make sure the crust is small Etc. I placed an order for delivery for a large cheese and pepperoni and 30 Wings to delivery came on time the wings were okay but the pizza was overcooked barely any sauce the cheese was hard I called immediately to voice my concerns and told them what was wrong I told them I was going to return the pizza after the game they said okay they didn't ask if they anything they could do to rectify the situation after the game I went back to return the pizza they said they could not give me my money back or even give me a credit they said they could make another one they couldn't deliver it though I had to pick it back up very unhappy I've been ordering from Pat's for 10 years I've only had a problem a couple times but this was it I will not be ordering from Pat's due to the lack of customer satisfaction read more

We've been coming here frequently for a few years, today I was very disappointed in the staff and wait time. Order was to be ready at 4:00 our pizza was done but my Fiancè waited for an extra half hour for the wings to be ready as the counter person kept saying "4 minutes" or " be out shortly" as the staff was talking about meth heads abs drugs during the duration of him sitting still waiting for our wings, 4:30 came and he finally asked for a refund. As for the his/her, I don't know if they have a bathroom here (I don't think so), but if they do, or if they get one, here's hoping it's LGBT friendly. So that both Pat McGroin (male), and Pat Mabbutt (female) can use the same restroom. At the same time, no less. But on with the review. Pat's is a pretty good slice, and it's large and generous. I've been here twice now, and both times I was satisfied. It's typical Buffalo greasy cheese and pepperoni pizza, with which you can't really go wrong. There are better places in the area such as Franco's but this one will do you fine, so give it a try if you're down Riverside way and want some Pizza McGizza. read more

Again see the picture. Pass. Chicken finger pizza...edible but lukewarm. Not great. 25 minutes later...Pats is 10 minutes from our house...the turkey sub shows up. The sub is okay. The driver however could care less that we didn't get our sub in the first place. No apology. Even annoyed that he was there. Meanwhile someone from Pats called asking what our address was again. I told her and said I think the delivery guy just beeped. I started to tell her I was unhappy with the service and food tonight and she asked me to hold she would get the manager. The manager got on the line and I told her our experience and she said she could remake our food. Which I thought was nice and appropriate but we ordered out because it was late and we were looking for a quick unplanned meal. Our fault? Great pizza and wings! My order was pretty specific and they got it right. We ordered the large pizza and 20 wings special last night. We did half olives and half pepperoni on the pizza and half medium and half suicide on the wings and ordered all of the wings extra crispy. Everything was exactly how we ordered it and I could tell they have it down to a science because of the way their tickets print out on their computers. Also, they give you the good pepperoni!
