Garlic parm chicken fingers and fries
Ashley E.

Dinner tonight was pretty good. As you know I love my chicken fingers. I decided on garlic parm chicken fingers. They were good but pretty dinky in size. The size of them I was disappointed in but oh well, what can you do?? The perk though is they gave me like 7 of them. We also got a meat lovers pizza. Frankly, I won't touch that but according to the eater's of it the pizza is good. Overall on a Monday night, this place isn't bad at all.

Large cheese and pepperoni pizza with sweet sauce

Have been coming to this pizzeria since it opened and has yet to disappoint! They offer sweet and traditional red sauce for your pizza and I'm telling you that the sweet sauce is what's up! It's more of a newyork style crust and ALWAYS taste so fresh!!! This time around I tried the wings FROM THE PIT..which costs a little more but well worth it!!! The wings were quite large and very meaty. Also that extra char is everything! After all these years still remains my favorite spot for pizza! Everyone needs to have the stevie v's experience!!! Note: they run everyday specials AND daily specials so make sure to check out their menu to see the goings on. Don't be afraid of the sweet sauce if you have never tried...it's life changing! Fingers crossed they open more locations!!!!

a slice of pepperoni pizza

Stevie Ray Vaughan opened this place a long time ago, but the name "Stevie's RVs" confused everyone, who would show up hoping to buy a Winnebago, only to find that it was just a bunch of f***ing pizza slices. I came here on the advice of Justin M (who told me never to come here, and to convince the owner to move to Hawaii and open a Tiki Bar instead), and I ordered a slice. I had just tried Pizza Oven of Lockport for the first time, and speaking of first times, did you know I was actually 9 years old? Not even kidding. So back to the pizza. I sprinkled a bunch of the spices on it and gave it a nice big... bite. I thought it was really good. The only problem is, it was uber-sweet like all of the pizza in Lockport seems to be. I liked it more than Frankie's, maybe not quite as much as Pizza Oven which was wetter. It was a bit congealed and old, if it was fresher I might have liked it more. The pepperoni was different... softer, not crispy... a little fake maybe, more like salami, but good. One thing I will say is that the owner assured me "it's a sweet slice, we only have the sweet kind as slices right now, is that okay." In other words, they also make a savoury slice... which I would probably like a lot more, and will try next time. It certainly wasn't the best slice I've had and was a little dry and syrupy sweet like Strawberry Jam (though not as much as Pizza Oven or Frankie's), but with all the herbs and spices sprinkled on it, I did enjoy it and will give it a healthy 4. This rating is based only on the slice, and I'll try their savoury version next time I'm in town. And you can not, I repeat, you can not buy an RV here. Unless you're Justin M. He can buy anything he wants anywhere he wants. He once went into my Uncle's Paint Shop and bought a Cauliflower. Seriously. What a man.

Pretty solid and consistent pizza place in Lockport. They offer sweet and traditional sauces and both are pretty good. I guess my only complaint would be that their pepperoni is the basic thin type. Good for the kids but I like thicker cut, cup and char pepperoni. Tuesday they have a deal on pizzas $14 for a XL cheese and pepperoni. Good wings too. If you're into trying different kinds of wings I recommend the Thai chili, sweet and spicy! Slightly amusing story- a few years ago I picked up a pie from here and they had run out of pizza boxes. So they borrowed some from a competing pizzeria Molinaros which has their name on the lid.

This does NOT qualify for a stinger sub... No chicken well minus that piece. Plus I asked for blue cheese not mayo...

Stevie Ned's credit where credit is due. I've tried them again and again and each time they get better and better. Maybe i wrote them off years ago for a terrible experience but they have turned the ship around drastically. Everything i order here is delicious! And the remodeling looks great! Keep up the great job guys !

The man working at the register is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet and the service here is absolutely fantastic. We ordered a handful of tacos including vegetation, chorizo, carnitas, birria and two others I can't remember. Since it was our first time here I also wanted to try some of the sides to compare to my favorite Mexican spots and we ended up with chips, queso, beans, and chocolate tres leches cake. The toppings bar is absolutely the best in Western, NY with anything that you can imagine (except for radish slices). Our food was ready in just a few short minutes and all was to our liking. My husband felt that the birria was a little bland and I thought the beans were a little too soupy, but considering the spread we ordered and the excellent service that can be forgiven. Great spot if you're willing to make the drive.

Because 4.5 isn't an option, they get a lot right, and the guy at the counter earns a bonus star all by himself. The tacos and other items taste good and are consistent. Prices ride that line between fair and slightly high depending on what you order, but I've never left feeling ripped off. It'ss clean, the lines move fast even when it's busy. There's good energy here. It's also been cool to watch them grow from a food truck in a parking lot to a full restaurant. A big part of what makes this place work is Ivan( the guy at the counter). His charisma sets the tone, keeps the team buzzing, and gives the whole place its vibe. Even if the food were a star or two lower, I'd still stop in once in a while just to support him.

I feel bad because the waiter was nice enough, but honestly, this was ridiculous and unacceptable. We did arrive closer to the end of the night (7:30, and they close at 9). BUT, we've been here many times before, and the service has never been this bad, especially considering there were almost no other customers. The other tables cleared out shortly after we arrived. It was just us, and one other table that came in after we did. We sat there and watched their food came out, then they were finishing up, ready to leave, but there we sat - with nothing. They had two different employees checking on them the entire time (they were only a party of 3 and we were 2). We didn't see our waiter. We ordered apps and entrees, and already finished our salads. We were just sitting there wondering what was going on. After we FINALLY got our entrees, the waiter drops the appetizers on the table and repeats that he "doesn't know what happened in the kitchen." We honestly didn't want the apps anymore. For whatever reason, I didn't want to say anything and I told my husband not to say anything either. He wanted to refuse the apps rather than take them home because we weren't able to have a proper dining experience and nothing is the same leftover. I guess he had a point. The waiter disappeared again after bringing the food. My husband did end up complaining when he finally came back around. We were offered dessert, which we declined. Was that going to take another 30 minutes while he disappeared again? No thanks. We were clearly irritated and wanted to leave so we asked for the bill (which also took some time). I don't know what had us sitting there for almost two hours, because it was about 9:00 (closing time) by the time our food was finally brought out. We were the only customers after a certain point. All of the employees were hanging out around the bar. I'm sure they were tapping their feet waiting for us to leave, but they certainly weren't doing anything to get us our food, and get us out. I'm not even sure why we waited that long. We should've just called it, paid for our drinks, and left.

"When She Says Sushi, It's Game On!"…read more Finding a great date night spot can be challenging, but Steak Stone & Sushi delivered a wonderful evening from start to finish. I brought a longtime family friend here for dinner, and to my surprise she suggested sushi. Well, when a lady says sushi, it's game on! The atmosphere was relaxing, comfortable, and perfect for catching up over good food and conversation. She ordered the drink special, which I believe was a Cherry Chocolate Martini, and it looked every bit as good as she said it tasted. We started with the Coconut Shrimp, and that turned out to be an excellent choice. Light, crispy, and full of flavor. Before we shared sushi rolls, I had to order the Flying Red Fish. I was hoping to find Ikura on the menu, but this was the next best thing and it definitely satisfied my craving. For our rolls, we shared the Rock N Roll, which was absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients, great presentation, and the kind of sushi that keeps you reaching for another piece even when you're already full. What made the evening special wasn't just the food--it was the opportunity to reconnect with a good friend over a great meal in a welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for a date night destination, a place to celebrate, or simply somewhere to enjoy good sushi and conversation, Steak Stone & Sushi is well worth a visit. I'd happily do this one all over again.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The hibachi was not very good. I wish they had more than Sriracha for a hot sauce. The hibachi chicken was also very sweet. Overall, we both definitely would not do the hibachi again, even if it were priced cheaper. Overall, all menu items were priced much higher, but this is common amongst restaurants nowadays and in this economy. Would we come back? If we were really craving the experience of cooking a steak on one of their stones. The prices are high enough to where we are now considering going here as we are paying a rather high amount to cook our own steak.
