Pat's is good don't get me wrong. The problem with Pat's is there not consistent. When they get it right it is one of my favorite pizzas BUT. When they get it wrong it is really WRONG. Don't order a special order on their special item night. I ordered a Taco salad on taco night (Thursday). It came and all it was iceberg lattice and taco meat. That is it no other toppings no sour cream, onions, sauce, NOTHING. Another time I ordered a hamburger pizza and it was so very greasy it was uneatable. Delivery is on time except for the hamburger pizza night I called tree time to find out where the pizza was and finely it came after 2 hours and it was nasty. The rudest management you will ever meet. The food is always hit or miss and often times they will mess up your order and give you something completely different. God forbid you do not want something on your order such as tomato's and its a whole world wind of confusion for them. They are only two blocks from me so the location is convent. Our company orders from Pats frequently, almost on a weekly basis, they screw something up! Usually forget part of the order, or send something wrong! For instance, I always order 2 slices with mushrooms, usually they send pepperoni , it's supposed to come with a soda, they forget the pop every other time. My husband said Pat 's was good and convinced me to try it and regretted it shortly after. We ordered a pizza that came with white sauce, when my husband asked for red instead the girl on the phone had an attitude. Then when the pizza came, it was covered in flour and was as dry as a bone. We called the manager and got a replacement. When he hung up we opened the garlic bread we ordered and it was a mangled mess, and hard as a rock. My husband called the manager back and asked for a replacement on that as well and the manager said "sorry man, I can't replace everything." Ordered food from Pats Pizza in Angola and it was horrible to say the least.Sub was cold and taco salad was old.The sour cream it came with tasted bad and smelled like romano cheese so it was obviously as old as the salad. I have a love/hate relationship with Pat's, we've been ordering from them for over 10 years. Most often their food is awesome. They have the second best steak and spinach sub in the city. Their wings can be lackluster, but we've learned to order them hot otherwise there's no sauce. Their ham sub is very good along with the best chicken fingers in the area. To whom it may concern, first off i placed an order for delivery and when I was being handed the food I had ordered, the recept flew off with the wind. The delivery man made absolutely no effort to try to retrieve it! Then as me and a friend of mine were eating our 30 wings, we noticed that one of them was a bit burnt! It completely ruined the mood! We looked at eachother as if we were jipped out of a great meal. As for the other 29 wings, they were delicious. I've lived right around the corner from pats for the last 20+ years and over those years I've probably ordered from pats well over 200 times. I wish they were a little more consistent. If I only reviewed the good experiences it'd be an easy 5 stars but I've had a hand full of less than stellar experiences. Most of those experiences have been from large pizzas. Large pizzas are their biggest hit and miss. Sometimes the crust is very hard to the point it's not even edible and sometimes it's perfection. The best things on the menu are the tacos (you get 3 for the price of 2 on Thursdays, $7.50 I think and it's a challenge for one person to eat all 3 by himself), the wings are also very good... Probably the most aggravating thing is when they tell you a time i.e. 20 mins, but you get there in 25 mins and you still have to wait another 10 mins for your food to be done... To ensure its done when I get there I usually add 5-10 mins to their estimated times depending on the night of the week. I've sworn off this place multiple times due to the less than stellar experiences but then I see the weekly special and think of how good it was last time I had and I end up coming back. Knock on wood I haven't had any bad experiences here in probably 18 months or so. read more

Ordered a chicken finger sub here for the first time on lunch. It was ready ahead of time which is nice, but the price I paid was quite different than what is displayed on the menu. I've been ordering from here for 10+ years... Overall it is a good place. Pizza can sometimes be lack luster but other times is very good. I have had a burnt sub roll or 2 from here as well but I've also had some really good subs. Specials are always good. Taco Thursday and Fish fry Friday have never done me wrong.
