Another great, casual brunch spot in Temecula. The cowboy home fries with eggs and sausage were cooked just right. The gravy was an added bonus. So good! The pancake was fluffy and delicious. Couldn't stop eating it. The service was prompt and professional, and I really appreciated that we were able to stay awhile catching up with friends without ever feeling rushed. Great food, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere.

Start with Tina beautiful, funny, attentive & helpful. Amazing service from start to finish worked hard. From coffee refills to recommending pork feet for the menudo. The place is nice and clean and has an older style, country feel with older country music in the background which is nice. Mom ordered pork chops came out with a fragrant smell, juicy and yummy just how my mon likes it. The biscuit and gravy looked sloppy but very yummy. My wife had the menudo with pork feet. Menudo yummy and tender tripe and the pork feet. I had the corned beef hash nice torched outside and nice hash browns crisp edges. Very pleasant experience can't wait to return with my son. Thanks Tina appreciate you! Have a nice day y'll!

Came here for breakfast with the family. The menu is really good and the food is even better. Might be my go to spot for breakfast now. The sweet tea hits the spot

I love walking into Patsy's and it's much brighter and more welcoming since the remodel from a few years ago. It's clean and the food is tasty--true home cooking. My parents and I had frequented Patsy's for many years, but we stopped when my mom became too sick to go anywhere. Prior to her becoming ill, though, whenever my mom walked in, Tina, one of the food servers, would yell out, "Mabel, is that yoooou?" We loved it, but we hadn't been back until today because after my mom's passing, we just started going to breakfast places located closer to where my dad currently lives. When Dad and I walked in today, Tina was right there ready to celebrate my dad's return. We felt right at home once again.

Had a wonderful breakfast last Sunday! We enjoyed the scrambled eggs with onions and mushrooms, hash browns and biscuits and gravy. Oh, and coffee of course! Man, the food was served hot and the portions were right on! The lady who served us was fantastic and that would be reason enough to return. Taken together, this was an great experience and I know I'll be coming back with more family and friends!

This place has the best chile verde I've ever had in my entire life, without question. It just never stops being exceptional. Every bite. The service is also great.

Delicious breakfast. My friends and I got in early for a job and decided to get breakfast. Pasty Mae's Cafe (they changed their name I guess) was the right place. Nice diner feel and great staff. All of us loved our food and were stuffed for the rest of the day.

I have to say for all 3 in my party just dropping in to eat because Broken Yolk was packed, we were impressed. Food was excellent and portioned BIG. All of us took home left overs. I ate most of mine. Our waitress Patty M was an absolute doll. Very tentive to detail and service. The ambiance was very quiet but very vibrant with a lot going on. Puzzles, pictures, and adds for business on the tables.

Terrible food . The hash browns were a mess just greasy and disgusting. And our waitress had a nasty attitude. Will not be returning here.

We started out with ordering bloody Mary's for my husband and my daughter and I ordered a peach tea. They were all good. The bloody Mary's were spicy and tasty. My daughter ended up ordering the Red Chiliquilis with chicken. Unfortunately she didn't really like it. She said the chicken was kind of weird tasting. My husband ordered the avocado eggs Benedict. He said that it was good but needed more flavor so he added a lot of hot sauce to his plate. Lol I ended up ordering the hash brown bowl, which I thought was great. The gravy was very tasty, but unfortunately there wasn't enough on the plate so I ended up having to order more. Our server Haley was awesome! She was very attentive very nice and went above and beyond for us so thank you, Haley for the great service!

One of my favorite foods is a Monte Cristo sandwich. I've been eating them since I was a kid, and it's difficult to find a place that does it well. Penfold's makes a great one, so that's almost always what I order when I'm here. Turkey and ham, plus American and Swiss cheese, which is made into a sandwich that is battered and fried. Traditional toppings are sour cream and jam, preferably raspberry or blackberry. So don't eat this unless you're a savory/sweet combo person! Worth the $1.50 to get the sour cream. I love that they have a sweet potato fry or onion ring upgrade for $1.00. I always choose sweet potato for the Monte Cristo, it's the best option. But I'll have to try the onion rings some time. There are tons of breakfast and lunch options, since they're only open til 2:00 everyday. They are also known for their bakery. Cinnamon or pecan rolls that are the size of a dinner plate! You have to slice them like a loaf of bread, lol. Also available are cookies, croissants, etc. Everything I've tried has been delicious. Staff is friendly and efficient, event when they're busy. My recent visit was at noon on a Wednesday, and I was all done in under 45 minutes! And the restaurant was pretty full, since it's only the one large room. Decor is fun, in the old-timey "why did grandma collect all this stuff?" motif, lol. Comfy booths around the perimeter with tables inside and a counter back left. And parking is fairly easy in the small shopping center, but you may have to park a little ways away if they're particularly busy.

When arriving it looked like one of those good ol' cafes that have been around for a while and loved by the locals. When walking in it's filled with nostalgia, classic toys lining the ceiling and classic booths and tables. This reminded me of a restaurant called Millie's Country Kitchen that was pretty popular when growing up. We showed up at a good time, the place was just filling up and we were greeted and seated immediately. Our server took care of us, she was attentive took our orders and brought our food out with no issues. The portion sizes here are HUGE. The food was ok. I was not impressed with my pancakes, maybe the batter was not my favorite I am not sure. Maybe I should have ordered something different but overall I enjoyed my visit here. I've been spoiled in my hometown with the local diners and amazing breakfasts so maybe I'd be a difficult person to please in this category. *breakfast snob* However nobody at our table had complaints about the food and we enjoyed our outing. Would come back if in the area to try it once more. The three stars is for the food, but everything else would have been 5.

At that point, breakfast was calling and I wasn't asking too many questions. I'll admit, my first impression was a little iffy. The restaurant was pretty empty, and they tried to seat me right by the front door. It's hot and muggy today, and apparently I'm delicate, so I asked if I could move closer to the air conditioning. They seemed a tiny bit grumpy about my request, and I started wondering if maybe I had discovered the reason for some of the reviews. But then things completely turned around! I'm also THAT customer because I happen to be allergic to black tea. So now I'm asking about green tea, white tea... basically anything that isn't trying to kill me. They were actually incredibly sweet about it and went completely out of their way to brew me green matcha tea and make it iced. That was so kind and definitely not something they had to do. And then the food came... and it was GOOD. I ordered a breakfast combo with eggs, sausage, hash browns, and French toast with macadamia nuts, chocolate chips, and strawberries. I got the whipped cream and syrup on the side because apparently I'm high maintenance in multiple areas of breakfast. The French toast was cooked perfectly and wasn't overly sweet on its own. The whipped cream was also really good and tasted homemade. I could control how sweet I wanted everything, which made it perfect. So I'm really glad I wandered in! My only little suggestion would be to bring some of the friendliness I experienced once I was seated to the moment people first walk through the door. Because once we got past my air-conditioning relocation request and complicated tea situation, they were genuinely sweet, went out of their way for me, and made me a really delicious breakfast. Definitely give this little place a chance and get the French toast!

So the first thing that bothered me is there is a lot of people waiting outside so it's loud and when they call you to be seated they aren't loud enough so we missed our call after waiting a bit i checked in to find out! 2nd thing Food was not very warm felt like it was sitting a bit so some of our food was room temperature. Food tasted ok. But Portions and cuts were good. Then we went to eat at 630 which is peak dinner time they were already out of baked potatoes and pastrami and some other item. Their mashed potatoes tasted gritty like if they where box mashed potatoes which makes sense with them being out of potatoes. 3rd thing which is their "New Policy" That groups of 6 or more it has to be paid on one card and can Not be split in multiple payments not even split cash and card! So that to me makes absolutely no sense and there are no signs stating this anywhere nor on their site. So overall this place is ok and not really worth what we paid. Definitely won't be back and wouldn't recommend this place to friends.
