Damage was severe enough that the car had to be towed. Fortunately, no one was injured. Fast forward roughly four weeks and I reclaimed my car today. It was exactly what I expected: impeccably repaired with a paint job--thanks to master painter and WBS owner Danny Avalos, Jr.--that matched the original finish perfectly. While four weeks seemed overly long, my insurance company's adjustor and appraiser were responsible for most of the delay. Throughout the process, shop manager Eric Villa keep me apprised. Videos to help streamline the installation process. Oliver was very straightforward. During the 3 days my car was being serviced, he kept me updated on the progress. This seems to be underrated with most businesses, but it's very important to a customer because nobody likes being left in the dark, especially when their car is left in the hands of someone else. Updates help build transparency and reduce the perception of being taken advantage of. Good communication encourages repeat business and referrals. It also leads to positive online reviews like this one. The installation work done on my car was superb. Everything looked like a factory install.
