I used to work in cypress and always grabbed food here. Their portions are great for the price. I can never finish my Greek chicken salad. They never skimp on feta cheese or Kalamata olives. Their zucchini fries are huge. I've never seen anyone I know complain about their burgers or sandwiches either. The place is a diner/cafe type with fountain self serve station. I have never had a problem with servers giving me an extra ranch. Their ranch is delicious by the way. Glad I live closer to this location now, I'll frequent it more often. read more

my 12-year-old son left his wallet there went to the parking lot came back in to get it. The lady that was cleaning the table left her rag on the table, but took his wallet. We know he had it there because we were going to buy his mom a birthday present. watched the ladies cleaning the table they never left a rag on a table before, but apparently the wallet was more important, because she left the rag on the table this time she disappeared and still, nobody sat down there didn't want to make a scene, so called to talk to the manager there, so she said that she worked with her employee for 15 years and basically my words was not what she wanted to hear. I tried to give her my information to call me back after she looked at the cameras, but she didn't want to hear what I had to say nor did she take down my information sounded stressed out and hung up on me,. Maybe they should pay their employees more so they won't steal from people. This place has been a great place to eat. I've never had a problem there. This is my first time experiencing a horrible problem. I think the manager had a lot to do with it lack of experience, dealing with people also as a manager, she scores very low points when I look behind the counter as I was filling up my drink, trash all over the floor where they're cooking food very unsanitary disgusting. lived in cypress my whole life. I will be sure to share the story with everybody. My son's wallet that his sister bought the 2-$100 bills that were in there, the $2dollar bills that he had in there, he's 12 years old, obviously easy pray. I love this place. They have the best onion rings. They have ranch dressing that you should go ahead and just buy an entire vet of it because they'll sell it to you that way. It does take a little bit of time to get your food but that's because they're making it fresh as you order. I loved when I lived close by because this was an easy go to for lunch because there's something for everybody. Now anytime I find myself in the vicinity I have to swing on in. The burgers are huge although they honestly aren't my favorite thing my husband likes them a lot. My club sandwich was layered with lots of goodies on it. The fried stuff is always delicious and actually tastes like it's ingredients rather than just oil which is always a problem with some places. There are two venues relatively close together. The other one is just a small indoor eatery. This place is an all outdoor but under cover. The staff is friendly especially Tasha she made my experience feel very personable. She wrote an adorable little note on our drink. I prefer this location compared to the Magnolia location. Service here is better and food is cooked better. I ALWAYS get the fried zucchini because it's perfectly breaded and extra flavor from the parmesan cheese on top definitely my favorite thing on the menu. The Magnolia locations seems to over fry the zucchini and ends up too crunchy hurting my mouth but the Knott location everything is cooked to perfection. This visit I tried the steak sandwich and it was good 5/5. I usually get the cheeseburgers or grilled cheese which are also 5/5 in my opinion. This has always been my family's go to for burgers/fries! They're definitely popular with the community as well since there's usually always a wait in their drive thru. Honestly though, I don't mind the wait. The reason for the wait times is that they make your order fresh, right when you order (plan to spend 15-30mins in the drive thru if you're going around lunch or dinner times). My recommendation here is the onion rings. Probably the best I've had anywhere! Also the reason why we always go here! Love their breakfast burritos, very filling. Fried zucchinis are crispy and fresh spears. They give you a generous amount of ranch to dip the zucchinis. We always order too many sides because we can't pick one. Onion rings are huge and sweet. I always get their club sandwich. It's a bit on the pricey side but it is more of a diner vibe and the portions fill you up. You could have 2 meals. My only complaint is the quality of the bun when you order a burger. This place is a fucking joke. They all have time to be talking and fucking around but don't listen when you are ordering. Their prices are ridiculous so you would think they would hire people who can figure out how to understand plain fucking English. Ordered 3 burgers, 2 bacon and one regular burger. I ask her what happened to the third burger? She said you didn't order one. I told her no and that I would be parked over to the side and someone can bring it out to me. Today I went to eat with my mother, son and I, since my apartment was fumigating, and we could not be at home. My son is very picky eaters, so I brought his food, I ordered 2 hamburgers, and asked to the person who attended me, that if Coule she heat my Son's food? and she said NO, I told her that my son had a disability and she told me that she couldn't. Later I asked her again if the manager was there, and she told me that manager was not there, but she was the manager. This for me was discrimination, and I feel very upset that seeing my son did not matter to her. I felt VERY bad that my son was discriminated against in this way. I was pretty much about several blocks away and was put on hold for several minutes and it wasn't until I finally pulled up into the parking lot and advised the person who finally came back online but I was just gonna come in. Listen I've been coming here for years. The food is hearty. It would be 4 stars if it wasn't for the service. Expect to wait no less than 25-30 minutes in the drive-through line if you're doing to-go. It's one thing if the food takes a while to cook, it's another to sit quietly for 10 minutes before you even order at the menu/intercom.
