I ordered the "turkado" (12.50) & not only was it huge, it was delicious! Stuffed with lettuce, tomato, avocado, quality cuts of turkey, cheese, and mayo. It was the perfect size and very filling! I told my co worker about it and she thought the sandwich was expensive and I told her nope, it was a decent price (especially since I cannot make a decent sandwich to save my life lol). I also ordered two cookies at 1.00/ea (not overpriced like some other sandwich chains that shall remain nameless lol). Staff was efficient and friendly. The only gripe I have is just the location as I had gotten lost initially and it is located in the TJ's parking lot so it is congested, but I will definitely be back as the sandwich was so worth it!

Crunchy outside. Meat inside was borderline dry. I do love the sauce they have on top as well as the dips. The toast was very buttery. It was good. It just came to my attention while writing this review, they had another location in Upland, which is currently closed, but it seemed to be a little better in Upland then here in Cypresd

As part of this revamping process, TOGO'S migrated their rewards system to a different platform, and if you successfully migrated your account over, you get a $2 off reward that is valid for 2 weeks. My $2 off reward was going to expire in 2 days, and I was planning a quick trip to the area to visit a couple other businesses in the same intersection, both of which had offers that were going to expire the same day or the following day as well. I normally wouldn't go this far for a TOGO, but was definitely willing to make an exception this time around. This TOGO'S in Cypress is located on the southwest corner of Katella and Knott. The dining space inside is quite ample, much larger than the Long Beach location I must say! There was a large family sitting in the far corner on the left hand side, but towards the right, there was an employee, Logan, who was ready to assist me. As I was looking at the menu, I didn't like how the menu was kind of scrambled around. What do I mean by this? So I was intending to get a mini 3" sandwich to redeem my $2 off since percentage wise, that'd be really good savings there. The right side of the menu specifies the sandwiches that can be made miniature, but the sandwiches are denoted by their assigned numbers. The numbered sandwiches aren't in any particular order, so without Logan's help, I would have had to bounce back and forth between different sides of the menu to understand which sandwiches come in a 3" size, and for how much? Such a cumbersome way to present that part of the menu that I really wish TOGO'S would consider reformatting the menu for ease of readability. But I'm starting to digress. Logan did help me out by specifying the four mini sandwiches that I was initially looking at. I thought about the #3 Turkey and Cheddar, but once he told me the #20 was Albacore Tuna, I decided to go with that. Tuna sandwich for less than $4? Count me in! Logan asked me a couple questions: What type of bread, and would I like all the produce? Since I'm trying to get more whole grains and vegetables in my diet, I said whole wheat and yes, respectively, to his questions. However, Logan was trying pretty hard to sell me on a kids meal, which also comes with chips and a bottled water, despite me not being a kid, except maybe at heart lol. I did ask him how much a Kids Meal was, and he had to go to the register to look it up. It was a couple dollars more than a mini Albacore Tuna sandwich, but since I was planning to get food at a neighboring eatery, I passed on the kids meal and settled for the mini sandwich. While Logan was crafting my sandwich, he asked his co-worker, or maybe supervisor, Brian, to ring me up. After scanning my QR code for the migration offer, the $2 came off, no problem, and I paid. Shortly after I paid, Logan had my sandwich ready in a takeout bag. I asked for a water cup, and he gave me one, no problem as well. I took the sandwich and water cup to a table by the window to enjoy, but the first thing I noticed was a small piece of bread stuck to the outside of the wrapper?! Well, not so great presentation up front, but after unwrapping the sandwich, I found the #20 Albacore Tuna to be quite good! Unfortunately, it seemed Logan missed a few of the vegetables like the olives, jalapenos, and the cucumbers, which you can request in the TOGO'S app. Kind of disappointing, especially since he asked if I'd like all the vegetables before crafting my sandwich, but I suppose for those three in particular, you have to proactively ask? Nevertheless, I enjoyed the tuna in this sandwich, and there was still a good helping of vegetables in the sandwich otherwise. However, $5.75 for a mini is still kind of steep for such a small, but mighty, sandwich. Like I said earlier in the review, there are plenty of tables for customers to sit at, so unless an entire baseball team and their parents are there to celebrate a big W on the field, I doubt you'd see a full house in this TOGO'S. Overall, TOGO'S is still a good solid spot for sandwiches even if they're a little pricier than Jersey Mike's or Subway, but they do stuff the sandos with good quality ingredients! Also, despite the hard, but rather unsuccessful selling job, Logan was still a pretty cool employee to do business with.

horrible customer service. these people are outright thieves who don't believe that the customer should be treated fairly. it was brought to my attention that they charged me twice for a meal i ate. i didn't think much of it at first because i figured i could go down there and work something out with the management staff for obviously charging me twice. i even brought my bank statement and showed them how obvious it was. apparently it wasn't there fault and it's the banks fault for charging me twice. funny how that works because i saw the girl who rang me up swipe my card twice. the managers best line of defense was that there was no way they could have overcharged me because his till wasn't over the next day. what a load of bullcrap!! like i'm gonna trust the word of sum douchebag i just met over the bank i've been going to my whole life. i called my bank n they told me i could get my money reimbursed i would just have to fill out a claim form and it would take up to 10 business days to get my money back. however my bank was very adamant in informing me that there was no way for them to charge me twice because, oh yeah, they didn't swipe my card twice!!!!!!!!! don't know if this helps, probably won't make a difference. So as the waitress comes by to bring the rest of the food I told her. So she asked would u like another? Really?! Uh no! That killed my appetiate. I said just take it forget it. I absolutely love coming to this Paul's Place. The inside is always kept very clean and I am always greeted warmly whenever I arrive. The food is beyond belief delicious and the menu is HUGE so there is always something for everyone. The prices may seem high at first but then you get your food and realize that the portions are enormous! My onion rings were More than enough for sharing with 2-3 people. Also something should be said about the tall blonde working the drive thru. She is always happy to be there and goes above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need. No matter how busy it is she always takes the time to wave and say hi to my young daughter who calls her the "happy Girl in the window". She makes it a point to know customers names and to make you feel like she's welcoming you into her home. It's obvious that she enjoys doing her job and it's truly a pleasure to watch them work together as a team while waiting for my food. So if you want excellent service, amazing food, and a pleasant , happy atmosphere I highly recommend going to Paul's you won't be disappointed. read more

ATTN: OWNER OF PAULS PLACE KNOTT, CYPRESS! I decided to give this place one more shot considering my previous experience wasn't that great but i guess i made the mistake in thinking it'd be any different. There's a girl named Brenda that took my order and was extremely rude. she was not friendly at all and did not seem to care about providing any customer service to anyone there. i ordered a jr cheese burger with no dressing as i am allergic to it and some fries... simple!!!!! no 1000!!! she then began playing around with the cooks and touching her hair!!!! EW!!! i'm thinking please do not touch my food.... and there she goes to grab the food that was piling up. ugh i was so displeased.... the manager came out and began talking to her about her personal life in spanish...as my burger just sat there. Today we went to try the new Corbian's on Katella Ave. after a closer review of prices for what they offered we turned around and walked out! get this one shocking price was just the bean burrito, no nothing not even a small drink..."OH HELL NO" So here we are back at Paul's where know for a fact we are going to get great food at a great price and high quality ingreds. I got my all time favorite the patty melt with a side of thousand island dressing. My guest got the club sandwich and we got the mushrooms with ranch. Paul's is one of the last places I know of that stll serves real ranch dressing, the other places are now serving that fake loaded with oil pre made. I used to be a big fan of Paul's Place, especially during the wave of price hikes across the board a couple years ago. To the owner or management. I will ask you with great humility and respect to please keep your machinery and equipment noises down after hours. Last night the grease removal truck was on the premises at 12pm . I have witnessed pressure washing multiple times at about the same time of the night. I have walked to your restaurant before as well with the same complaint. Please respect the local neighbor hood laws and regulations. I am fully aware that you perform these tasks so you don't disrupt your business day time, but us your neighbors do not need to pay. I hope you take this matter seriously or you will find an attorney at your door. Just that you know, I have videos to present as evidence if it becomes necessary. In from out of town I yelped somewhere for breakfast. Paul's is extremely clean. The food is very tasty and great presentation. This is NOT a greasy spoon kinda place. Service was very fast but the place is pretty empty so don't know if that's a true measure. The staff greeted me friendly and ordering was quick. You can see the grill and it is very clean. Food preparation is done in front of you when ordering. Nothing hidden here. I would recommend to friends and I would come back when in town. read more

Dine in and risk breathing the toilet bowl. Standing in line to order your meal, or standing in front of the soda fountain, it smells as if you're in the restroom with someone sitting on the crapper! PEE-YEW! Since Burger King left in 1990's I've only dined in at Paul's about 5 times, I prefer the Drive-thru for obvious reasons, but I'm still not too excited about my meals coming into contact with foul smelling air. The avocado burger was absolutely delicious! From the first bite, I could taste how fresh and flavorful everything was. The bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold it all together without falling apart. Every bite felt balanced and satisfying. I tried their pastrami sandwich because people were giving good reviews, but, it did not taste good and plus I experienced stomach problems afterwards. I ordered 2 thinking it was street taco size. It was the bigger tortillas. Nice portion. Each taco had 2 tortillas and was loaded with chopped marinated beef, onion, cilantro, salsa and lemon on the side - love the acidity of the lemon on the taco. It balances the fat, saltiness and heat of the meat and salsa. I ended eating only one taco and took the second to go. But I was needing something sweet to go with my coffee. We ordered French toast and it came with pancake syrup and whipped butter ( I loved that it was whipped and not a hard cold pat of butter from the fridge - makes a huge difference!) We brought this home too and added some fresh berries to it. Perfect! Service was friendly and polite. And it was cool when the chef came out to hand us our order. That was a very nice touch. So, while you wait, you can play the claw machine and try to grab that favorite plush awaiting a winner! Parking, there a a few spots designated for this eatery only so you should have no problem.

My friend and I arrived right before closing (around 11:00 PM), and they were kind enough to cook our food ahead of time so we could still enjoy a hot meal. Even though they were getting ready to close, the staff and cooks welcomed us with kindness and never made us feel rushed. The cashier who gave me my order was friendly and efficient and I grabbed my own fountain drink and on my way. They got in the cashier's personal space when she was giving the refund, as they shouted (this was the worst food ever). I looked at the food that demanded was so bad but it looked amazing and like nothing was done wrong. I want to write because I know this couple will do the most, as I can see they were just being rude. So if corporate gets a call , I want you to know we had the same batch of food a couple minutes after them and it tasted amazing! So, I called and it is the first time that I've ever placed an order with a virtual assistant. It was different but It worked out just fine. I just wish i could have spoken my CC information instead of having to enter it manually on my phone's keypad as they do require that you pre-pay for your order. So, i had to pull over for 2 minutes in order to do this. From there, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. I placed my order for 3 by phone at 8:20PM, about 40 min before closing time. When I arrived at 8:43pm. The food was packaged and ready for me. The interior of the restaurant is fairly large, it is modern with comfortable lighting. The Exterior is all glass with through visibility. It is well lit and So is the facade sign. Which makes the restaurant easy to spot from the street at night. They have a nice communal outdoor space on a large wooden deck with tables and umbrellas. That space is shared with the neighboring restaurants. The menu is varied. They offer Noodle soups, salads, mac and cheese, noodle bowls, Kids meals, sides, beverages and desserts. and as per the name, their specialty is Noodles. So, every dish has noodles in it. My To Go order consisted of a Chicken Noodle Soup, a Lemon Garlic Shrimp Scampi and a mediterranean Chicken Salad. All were well packaged and when i got home everything was still warm. Everything was surprisingly delicious. The portions are just right. The prices are very reasonable. I should add that everyone was friendly. Overall, this was a great first time experience and I will definitely be going back for more. I would highly recommend trying Noodles and Company.
