(In this case it's been in the family) I've driven right by this place lot's of times. Never gave it a 2nd thought. Until.... my current car guy (norwich tire, their awesome!) didn't have the diagnostic equipment to figure out why my Chevy S-10 was ready to stall at every stop. I really trust Bob at Norwich Tire (NT been in the industry, same location for a couple generations) and asked him to recommend someone. With out any hesitation he suggested 2 different local companys. I thought I'd give Charlie & Dougs a try. When I walked in to their place, I was SHOCKED! The place is so clean, well organized, virtually spot-less and the people were friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and right on top of things. It went off like clock work. They called, explained the problem, answered all my questions. No unpleasant surprises... In fact I'm thrilled with the great job they did, how I was treated and just how professional and trust worthy they were. I only got 30 thousand before there was no tread on them. Won't name the tire company but apparently they had lots of problems with this particular tire. John and his crew made this situation right for me.
