I called my roadside service and they contracted with Whitfield Automotive and RV service to repair…read morea broken leaf spring on my fifth wheel toy hauler. Jake sent a mechanic out to remove one spring so he could take it to Pheonix( an hour away). I asked Jake to upgrade my springs to 4,000 # springs and add heavy duty shackles and equalizers. He told me they come with a two year parts and labor warranty good anywhere in the country. About 1 1/2 months and about 900 miles the springs failed. One is totally bent out of shape and three others are failing. I had to make a special trip back to his shop on Pinal Ave to get the invoice and warranty paperwork. Now on 4/15/2019 I called the warranty company only to find that Whitfield dropped out of the warranty program in January 2019. In my opinion, that constitutes fraud!!! I would give a negative review if it were allowed
