Taste: More dense texture donut cake than Allie's. We prefer Allie's. Doughnuts: Individual donuts are similar. Frosting is thicker on RI Guys donuts if that is what you like. We like the donut cake better than the donuts. Value: A medium size RI Donut Cake is $14.99. An X-Large custom Allie's cake is $35. and I believe worth the cost. Allie's only accepts cash which annoys a few customers. Availability: RI ones can be bought at any time the store is open. Allie's must be ordered ahead.
