Gorgeous place across from the Sears Tower, look for the Chipotle emblem on the side of a gorgeous white building and down the escalator into an atrium. Calamari was delicious, and the chicken entree was okay... but seemed tough and oversauced. I should have gotten the salmon. Service was very good, and it seemed appreciated that we had 8 people.

Stoped by for a business lunch on 2/27/2024 (Tues) at 12:15pm. Very beautiful interior, friendly and efficient staff, and food was the best part: top notch! There is a sit down part of the restaurant and a "fast food" part where you line up, order food, and eat your food on one of the tables. The nicer part is the sit down restaurant. We tried the sit down part and really liked the food and efficient/friendly service. I tried the "make your own pasta" and I am looking forward to going back to try more items. Highly recommended! I will go back!

Hosted my dad's 65th birthday party here and they were so accommodating and kind. The space is elegant, the service is impeccable and the food is amazing. Rali really helped to make my dads birthday special, and I can't wait to celebrate more events at Pazzo's!

I came here for an event and I was amazing at the high ceilings with the wonderful palm trees within. It's a beautiful venue spot for receptions and for any work functions. I've only had their fried green beans appetizer with a sweet creamy tangy sauce and that was quite marvelous - crispy green beans in a nice crispy batter with a dip that complemented it well - I must have munched on bowls of these! Staff were wonderful and friendly and took well care of all the guests and the attendees. I would love to come back and try out their other appetizers and entrees. +high ceilings +palm trees :D +nice venue space

Getting married at Pazzo's was a dream come true! Rali was the absolute best to work with. They were so accommodating in every way. The venue is stunning. We had dinner in the front atrium for 200 people, and band + dancing in the back restaurant. It was a great flow and spacious. We highly recommend hosting your wedding here!

Small spot you could casually pick up food and walk to if you're around downtown. Lots of cheese and sauce with a beautiful baguette to remind you that this place makes pizza too. Dough, cheese, and sauce are what this place really excels in. It's no surprise that they do it well across the board. Out of the sandwiches I tried, the gardinera pairs the best with the Drunken Chicken sandwich. I'm unsure if my hunger pangs were amplifying my experience, but this sandwich was something of legends... The ingredients combo into something a little too unfair to not be distributed to the rest of America. The food really feels special when you have it late night after a really long day of fun. The people are casual and nice and didn't make it awkward to eat there even though the place itself is quite small. Considering cops came in to order here out of all the places around, I can see how anyone could make this their staple spot.

It is shareable and hearty. The bread is so good. It's crusty and soft on the inside. It allows the right amount of sauce to soak in without being a giant mess. I don't consider it a save half and eat later sandwich though. In my experience it loses a bit of structure if not eaten right away. I have had the turkey, tuna, and meatball sandwich as well. All good and able to split into 2 meals and they save well. As mentioned, this spot is on repeat for me and haven't disliked anything. The pizza is ok but I wouldn't choose it as my pizza spot. There are better but if you are in a pinch a single slice option is nice. I enjoy the little Tiramisu cup. Perfect size. If you normally scroll by and wonder if you should try Nonna's go ahead. It's a good option.

My friends and I just want to enjoy our Chicago summer and decided to go to the beach so naturally my mind went to sandwiches and immediately thought "this is my opportunity to go to JP Graziano" Ordered the Italian and the Mr. G and it was seriously the perfect beach sandwich. Me and my sister split each one to try and genuinely the Mr G is something ive never had before in a sandwich and it was amazing. The Italian is also delicious and is giving your classic Italian sub sandwich. But the Mr. G is what Im ordering again! I heard the bread is supplied by Damatos Bakery so thats definitely a plus! The atmosphere inside is so cool. It is very Italian/chicago vibes. Long line but it goes by very quickly. The staff there is working hard and fast and the owner himself is very nice. I decided to cross over & check out this old world Italian Deli. Conti Di Savoia is small Italian grocery store w/an Italian deli that has w/outstanding & inexpensive sandwiches. When I went in there was a line of people waiting @ the deli counter waiting to place their order. I must have looked confused because the owner directed me & told the line started on the other side towards the back of the store. What I found was an awesome of fresh handmade sandwiches for a very reasonable price. I ordered an 8" pastrami w/mozzarella cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, red onions, mayo, & Italian oil drizzled. What I got was an awesome inexpensive sandwich loaded with/fresh ingredients. Absolutely delicious. After I got my sandwich the owner (I introduced myself (I think his name was Mike) rang up the sandwich. He said they have been there for 35 years. There's also a small dining area in the front of the store where I sat & devoured my sandwich.
