We could not have asked for a better place to host our wedding Rali, their event coordinator, was wonderful to work with and so accommodating to all of our needs. The staff is very kind and fantastic. You get A LOT of options for food and it all turned out wonderfully. We got so many compliments from our guests on the venue specifically. Thank you so much to the Pazzo's team for making our day wonderful.

Gorgeous place across from the Sears Tower, look for the Chipotle emblem on the side of a gorgeous white building and down the escalator into an atrium. Calamari was delicious, and the chicken entree was okay... but seemed tough and oversauced. I should have gotten the salmon. Service was very good, and it seemed appreciated that we had 8 people.

Stoped by for a business lunch on 2/27/2024 (Tues) at 12:15pm. Very beautiful interior, friendly and efficient staff, and food was the best part: top notch! There is a sit down part of the restaurant and a "fast food" part where you line up, order food, and eat your food on one of the tables. The nicer part is the sit down restaurant. We tried the sit down part and really liked the food and efficient/friendly service. I tried the "make your own pasta" and I am looking forward to going back to try more items. Highly recommended! I will go back!

Hosted my dad's 65th birthday party here and they were so accommodating and kind. The space is elegant, the service is impeccable and the food is amazing. Rali really helped to make my dads birthday special, and I can't wait to celebrate more events at Pazzo's!

I came here for an event and I was amazing at the high ceilings with the wonderful palm trees within. It's a beautiful venue spot for receptions and for any work functions. I've only had their fried green beans appetizer with a sweet creamy tangy sauce and that was quite marvelous - crispy green beans in a nice crispy batter with a dip that complemented it well - I must have munched on bowls of these! Staff were wonderful and friendly and took well care of all the guests and the attendees. I would love to come back and try out their other appetizers and entrees. +high ceilings +palm trees :D +nice venue space

Getting married at Pazzo's was a dream come true! Rali was the absolute best to work with. They were so accommodating in every way. The venue is stunning. We had dinner in the front atrium for 200 people, and band + dancing in the back restaurant. It was a great flow and spacious. We highly recommend hosting your wedding here!

Had the Apple & Walnut Salad. All was good except the chicken was very bland. Would only order again if they would improve the flavor.

They are known for their steak sandwich (always my pick). Their fried mushrooms are a great Chicago classic. The pizza by the slice is also delicious. Plenty of choices for vegetarians. Vegans might have a bigger challenge finding items... but the Italian ice is worth the visit! The vibe is casual, but grab a table and stay awhile. Perfect spot to eat and watch a Sox's game! Plenty of space for bigger groups as well. Everything is counter service, but food comes out quick and hot! If you are a local who remembers how Portillos used to be... come to Ricobene's. It's untouched by private equity and perfect!

I've tried the pizza slices, beef sandwich, and the steak sandwich. Not impressed with any honestly. It's edible and you're in the city with free parking under the bridge. That's all I got lol. Steak is messier than hell but I'm not a fan of the taste. It's breaded. Pizza was very gas station like. And the Italian beef meat was so chewy and full of chunks and dry. It was gross. Lacked flavor also. I couldn't believe I was in the city eating a beef and I was actually wishing it was any other brand for some flavor and moist, tender, and fresh meat. The place is packed everyday so there's a lot of tables coming and going. They really should have workers constantly cleaning and clearing tables and garbages because they were all dirty or full.

Small spot you could casually pick up food and walk to if you're around downtown. Lots of cheese and sauce with a beautiful baguette to remind you that this place makes pizza too. Dough, cheese, and sauce are what this place really excels in. It's no surprise that they do it well across the board. Out of the sandwiches I tried, the gardinera pairs the best with the Drunken Chicken sandwich. I'm unsure if my hunger pangs were amplifying my experience, but this sandwich was something of legends... The ingredients combo into something a little too unfair to not be distributed to the rest of America. The food really feels special when you have it late night after a really long day of fun. The people are casual and nice and didn't make it awkward to eat there even though the place itself is quite small. Considering cops came in to order here out of all the places around, I can see how anyone could make this their staple spot.

It is shareable and hearty. The bread is so good. It's crusty and soft on the inside. It allows the right amount of sauce to soak in without being a giant mess. I don't consider it a save half and eat later sandwich though. In my experience it loses a bit of structure if not eaten right away. I have had the turkey, tuna, and meatball sandwich as well. All good and able to split into 2 meals and they save well. As mentioned, this spot is on repeat for me and haven't disliked anything. The pizza is ok but I wouldn't choose it as my pizza spot. There are better but if you are in a pinch a single slice option is nice. I enjoy the little Tiramisu cup. Perfect size. If you normally scroll by and wonder if you should try Nonna's go ahead. It's a good option.

Went on a rainy Saturday afternoon with the queue out the door but was moving at a good pace. Staff was friendly and food came out very quickly, a key trait of a well ran establishment. It had a slight kick to it, but they definitely season the juice very very well. It was delicious. The fries were good but could have been crispier. I did enjoy that they were different than a standard fry. Overall I'm very glad I tried this place out.
