He got it done in 2 hours, cleaned every component, and wired everything up perfectly with exceptional cable management. I also had some questions about my hardware after the build was done and he didn't hesitate for a second to manually take out the SSD I had been asking about, explain everything to me, answer any questions I had and more, and reinstall the components and give suggestions on future part choices. Alex went above and beyond, and notably he was the most affordable out of all the options. I called Computerland in Berkeley, Central Computers, YY Computers, DJ Computers, and for the same service they were quoting anywhere between $140 to $250, asking anywhere between 24 hours and 1 week. Alex quoted $100 over the phone, and when it was time to pay, he asked for just $80. For the quality of service he has provided, there was no way I could just give him $80. Even $100 was a steal. My new PC is running flawlessly, I'm coming back to him without a doubt for future needs.

Then I couldn't get it to scroll back up to where I wanted to view it. Within a single afternoon, he had diagnosed the problem (dead CPU) and ordered the replacement parts needed to get it back and running. After I got the mac back, my iCloud was multiplying my contacts OUT OF CONTROL like an exponential moment in the Matrix. I took it back to him and he couldn't fix the problem. I had to go elsewhere for help. It took hours with a top tech manager at Apple to stop the madness. (He hadn't reinstalled the settings correctly, and couldn't figure out how.)

Comcast useless. Guaranteed ulcer. Called Howard and he came right over, even tho it was a Sunday morning. Through the years he's been able to fix most things remotely but this one required a house call. Meanwhile I'm going crazy and he keeps reassuring me. He just sat there patiently checking and rechecking, A- so the problem would finally be fixed and B- so I didn't end up wasting money, replacing something that wasn't the cause of the problem. Came with a load of new components (modem, airport, a gazillion wires, power extenders and who knows what else! Just in case.) Figured out the troublemaker, replaced it, and voila! Sweet and gracious as always.
