Kicker, Pioneer, Alpine and much more.

I initially brought my vehicle in for ceramic tinting and was quoted a very reasonable price. While I waited I noticed the installers pulled the wrong film and I brought the issue to the owner to address. He stated he would resolve it and he went and talked to the installers. They removed the visible box of film and continued the installation. They tint display is misleading as it's not 3M film, they are installing a local brand named Solar Free. Upon recent testing by another stereo/tint shop they told me I actually ended up NOT getting the ceramic installed and it was likely what I had seen them using in the beginning which was the Nano Carbon. So, I paid for Ceramic, but they likely switched it to the cheaper Nano Carbon on installation. While I was getting the tint done Anthony offered me a great deal on a Kicker hidewaway subwoofer. Thinking I had been treated fairly I went back a few weeks later and had them do the installation. He originally quoted me $400 installed, but on arrival he tells me that they needed to install an adapter since I had a factory radio. I informed him it was an aftermarket upgrade with a 12" screen and not a factory radio. This radio required no adapter as it has RCA outputs for amps. He wrote up the invoice and I paid the bill without looking, later to realized he still added to unnecessary adapter to the bill for an extra $50! As I was doing other work on the truck I decided to look at their wiring. I realized they tapped a power wire instead of installing the wiring to the battery and they didn't use an adapter, one that they billed me for, they tapped speaker wires that go to the rear amp. So in all, they failed to install the amp the proper way and failed to install parts that I paid for. A part that I told them was not needed, but I was charged for regardless. I won't return and I am considering filing a complaint with the DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS * BUREAU OF HOUSEHOLD GOODS AND SERVICES as they are the ones who licensed car stereo shops.

Went there to get a head unit with Apple car play and a back up cam installed in my wife's Nissan Rogue. I paid almost $800 Long Story short: It's trash. I was better off leaving the stock unit in the car here why: 1) Once installed the quality of the audio became terrible! And I mean straight trash. So bad that I went back and had the guy at the front take a look. He looked and cranked the volume to like 30 and said "if you wanna take it all the way You need to have an amp and new speakers installed" after 30min of back and forth I finally understood that what he meant by "all the way" was louder volume. I explained to him about 6 different ways that my issue was the QUALITY of the audio (when at a reasonable volume like 15) not the loudness. 2) The head unit itself is trash. The quality of the audio when you're using the phone is terrible. It literally sounds better for both people on the call when you're just using speakerphone vs using the phone through the unit (I tested this). Also it constantly freezes. If you start a call before plugging your phone in the unit freezes. If you unplug your phone from the unit during a call it also freezes. At this point you can't turn the volume up or down or even turn off the unit. You have to turn the whole car off for it to reset itself. When I brought all of this to the guy at the front desk he said "well you asked for a unit with apple car play and a backup camera. " I asked to have the stock unit out back and he said he'd have to charge me around another $300. I've put new head units in 2 other vehicles I've owned and have never had issues like this. I'd avoid this place at all costs.

Did a fantastic job wiring my Nissan hood with Rough Country ditch lights and installing a Digital HD mirror dash cam. All wires are neatly hidden, giving a professional appearance. Highly recommended.

    Horrible company

Horrible . Got my sound system done it came apart. 05/07/2026 came to get it put back together he said "I can't do anything for you" without even checking I paid more than $500 DO NOT GO HERE !!

This was allegedly "ceramic" tint film that they put on my back window.

0 stars, if it's possible and nev coming back here. I agreed with this shop to tint my 7-window sedan with carbon film for $150. When I arrived, they suddenly charged me $170, claiming it was "tax." The receipt showed no breakdown, just a flat $170, which felt misleading from the start. They also ran out of film mid-job, leaving my back windows untinted and making me return the next day. What made it worse was seeing another customer walk in and get their car tinted right away, as if they were prioritized over me. To "compensate," they promised to upgrade the back tint to ceramic. Weeks later, when I went back to confirm, they insisted it was ceramic, but it was clearly just carbon. That felt like a flat-out lie. On top of that, when reinstalling my window visor, they didn't align it properly, the sides were uneven, untaped and looked sloppy. Between the surprise upcharge, poor scheduling, broken promises, and dishonest work, I cannot recommend this shop. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and respect, unfortunately, I experienced none of that here.

WARNING ‼ If you are seeing this run don't walk down to PCH audio NOW! I have a 2024 Volkswagen atlas cross sport that needed a better sound system because the stock system was super low, just terrible. I saw this spot on Instagram came down met with Anthony and his crew and I am nothing short of amazed at how they took really good care of me. Anthony was super knowledgeable he knew exactly what I wanted and needed! Guys my car sounds AMAZING. Their prices are great, they are definitely not like the other guys, they actually care. The entire staff was super warm, welcoming very friendly and reassuring. Please go check them out they are truly a one stop shop.

Don't be fooled by dissss fooo. Rico not so suave quoted me 500 for Memphis 0 gauge amp kit than told me to check online cause I said it seems expensive Target sells for 297.99 PLAYED YOURSELF

    New headrest TVs

Thanks again to Anthony and the guys . Great work. Everything came out really clean couldn't have asked for a better install. The work was done on the time frame he gave me and all for a good price. I rate this place 5 stars. If you're looking for a great custom audio shop this is the place. Thanks again Anthony I will be back for further installs.

5% window tint on all 7 windows
    Natali Z.

Best place to get your windows tinted!! Thought it was going to take longer than 2 hours and it was less than expected. Got 5% on all 7 windows for my Nissan Kicks. They had a great deal! I seen all the reviews and had to come try it out. Anthony and his crew did an amazing job! I love it so much it was worth every penny! I'm so glad they added a bright sticker on the window switch to remind me not to roll them down!! If it wasn't for that I would've rolled the window down 2 hours later lol

Alonzo was also great about keeping me updated and sending pictures throughout the process. The tint looks great as well. Unfortunately, right after the camera installation, my car started making a noise it had never made before, coming from the same area where the installation took place. Alonzo believes it may be the brake booster. I can't say for sure the installation caused it, but the timing is concerning. I want to believe that if something was accidentally disturbed during the installation, it was simply an accident. I also noticed that after the ceramic tint was installed, my radio reception became very static, which was never an issue before. I'm disappointed with the issues that started afterward

I came back to check the car out after it was finished, I am very happy with the 55% windshield and 15% all around as that is already dark enough for privacy. For someone like me that drive a lot and drive at night time a lot - I will consider this a gray area for driving at night time. If I went with 35% windshield and 5% all around - I don't think i'd be as happy lol. That would be too dangerous at night time driving. I also got the head lights PPF (light smoke). Day one, due to moisture was scary to drive at night time. After day one was over, it looked phenomenal from the inside out... I was debating on changing the PPF head lights out for clear on day one, now that I am used to it and the moisture disappeared, I can see just fine at day and night. Only thing I can say about the cons, I noticed a little bit of glue left over on the side window. Besides that, they did a very good job and Leo don't mess around about his business, he is serious about getting the job done right.

However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana!
