Got take-out last night. Chicken was bland, fries were soggy and greasy, and the "peanut butter-chocolate" milkshake had chunks of peanut butter and what I think were supposed to be chocolate chips in it. Very hard to drink because of the chunks. I might give it another chance, but I was definitely not impressed. read more

This is one of my favorite fast food chicken places, always great service and friendly employees that great you with a big smile.

I normally never have a issue with them but tonight was ridiculous. I ordered through door dash trying to be convenient because there's a pandemic. I got my order after about a hour or so after i ordered which is normal , so it was fine. I waited for my boyfriend to wake up from a nap to eat with him and we made sure we specifically called to ask for ranch. Not only was their no ranch in our bag but there was a BIG white hair on my buffy bleu sandwich. I called to notify the manager and he tried to claim i was lying stating that his "door dash isn't working for hours" and asking me if i was sure it was from that store when it's the only one in my area. He then told me he handed the ranch to the driver when i placed the call literally within seconds after my order was placed. Not only was that unorganized but THERES A PANDEMIC nothing should've been personally handed to the driver when the bags of food are supposed to be sealed closed because of everything going on right now. and that's all he had to say about the sandwich with the hair and his response was "well i handed it to the driver" . And i said we'll there was a huge hair in my sandwich did you forget about that? and he advised me to receive a refund through door dash. i won't be going back here for a while, or ever. i've been in food service for 5+ years , management as well and i've never been rude to a customer for a mistake i made. good job pdq read more

They have changed their menu and they no longer have the Blueberry coleslaw. The French fries are horrible. They are slim, small pieces. They have also eliminated the Turkey sandwich. The place is very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. read more

After writting my review I was immediately contacted by PDQ Management thanking me for my review and asking me what they can do to make my next visit a good one? This is by no means a negative response by me. Firstly, I was extremely impressed with their prompt reply. Secondly, requesting from me on how they could improve my next visit. If the management is this efficient I doubt that there will ever be "old" oil used to fry their French fries again. So, if I'm craving a chicken sandwich fix, I will give PDQ a second try. After all, how often do we come across companies with such efficient staff these days? read more

Love their crispy chicken nuggets better than the tenders. Usually moist and tender, but on last visit they were tough/chewy. Returned them to counter and was told sometimes they get in chicken breasts that are larger and tough like that and they apologized. The replacements were tender and moist. I guess my concern is....had I taken out my order, I would've been stuck with bad food unless I drove back to the restaurant to return them. There ought to be a way the cooks can determine which pieces aren't acceptable to be served before something like this happens. Blueberry slaw and fries great, as usual. And thanks to PDQ for their drink machines that allow us to select diet/decaf sodas. read more

I have visited PDQ several times. The crispy chicken tenders are great. You can tell it is real chicken and not some pressed nugget of fillet. The batter used is light and flakey which is a plus!! The dipping sauces are all very good. Honey mustard is creamy and light! It is a clean place with ample seating. I will eat here again and again. My only complaint is there are very few options for sides with your tenders. read more

Very impressed with this PDQ! While the food is great, so is the service. Our son was in the area playing soccer and after the game stopped at this PDQ on the way home. He got overheated and was feeling ill. We were out of town and could not get a hold of our son so we called and spoke to one of the managers. He checked on our son to make sure he was OK and got him a cool towel and some water. The manager even called us back (twice) to update us on how our son was doing. We've been to this PDQ several times and it seems to always be busy. So, for the manager to take the time to check on our son and call us back says a lot. We greatly appreciate it and will definitely keep going back!! read more

Nice family place, food was good. This is a salad and chicken place. We ate inside, staff was very friendly, however it reminded us of a theme park location, bright colors, and very loud inside. Next time we will use there drive through service. read more

My wife Annie and I flew in from California with our two children on our vacation to the Sarasota area from Sf. We stopped in one day after shopping at the Super Walmart and enjoying a day at lido key. We saw people dedicated to quality (pdq). I thought "now here's a restaurant that should be good." It exceeded my expectations. Rachel in the drive through was extremely polite and made sure to make all the right recommendations. The chicken was perfect, and I can tell she and the staff really cared for quality customer service. My wife Annie loved the atmosphere so much that we came back with our kids Jessica and Marcus. It was amazing to see how dedicated people are to their jobs. That cashier Rachel looked like she was working extra hard for her upcoming blessing. Hard to find a great restaurant like this in California. I recommend pdq to everyone and anyone! read more
