We had a wonderful experience here! It was a cool day in Floida- it was great to see the burning fireplace! Jimmy was our server, and he was awesome! Really fun and charming! Our food was delivered hot and delicious! Everything was great! I would definitely visit the location again!!

A classic restaurant that I love coming to! It may be a chain, but it still has that same country feel to it! Brief Summary: This Cracker Barrel location holds them to their standards and delivers well on service, quality, and value! If you're a fan of country food, drop on by! Would I Recommend This Restaurant? Yes The Food: I've had a number of things here, and it's almost always delicious and fresh. The fried chicken is a classic, and their new burger with the fried egg on it is fabulous!!! This is in stark contrast to the burger I had last time that made me seriously regret getting a burger at Cracker Barrel. Occasionally, you get a side of dried okra or chicken tenders that feel a bit too small, but for the most part, they do quality pretty well! I'm also not a fan with how often they change the menu and remove classics or move them to certain days. I LOVE their pot pie, but they recently changed it to where you can only get it one day out of the week, and I HATE THAT!!! Because I'm never there on that day! Overall, the food is delicious, but just know that sometimes there will be a miss. They're always quick to correct it though, so kudos to them for their hospitality. Value: The price you pay for the amount of food you get is incredible! I've always thought that Cracker Barrel has had a great value proposition, and I still think that to this day. I leave fat and happy each time and all without breaking the bank! Service and Staff: The staff here are almost all perfect. They're all friendly, and mostly extremely knowledgeable. There is also a server named Randy that is as friendly as can be! Will be asking for him in the future! Just all smiles, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable! Location and Interior: The location is a bit tucked away, and the motels and stuff you drive past make you question how safe the area is, but the interior is just like any other Cracker Barrel. But I enjoy the familiarity of it. There's a certain feeling that Cracker Barrel gives you that just can't be fully put into words. But it's a feeling that makes me want to keep coming back. Final Thoughts: A beautiful location for a classic chain. Sit with Randy one time, and you'll be sitting with him for the rest of your life! Final Scores: Food - 7/10 Value - 5/5 Service/Staff - 4/5 Location/Interior 4/5 Total 20/25 = 4/5 Stars Stay fresh Mother Fooders! :p

Great experience at this location. Wait staff were super friendly, food was exceptional and prices met my expectations. I always enjoy visiting CB's looking at their unique style and country vibe.

We've been eating at this location for over 30 years. It used to be a training center location. It has always been outstanding, but the last few visits the food and the service were terrible. We decided to give it 1 more try today and it's back to the way it used to be. Food and service were excellent. Looks like they have new management. Thank goodness! We love their sweet tea too!

A most enjoyable time Right from the start our server made the visit fun. Quick with coffee, helpful suggestions, her ability and willingness to deal with our silliness and requests was appreciated. Cracker Barrel is sort of a unique place where you walk through their country store to get to the restaurant. The restaurant is large, the décor mostly old stuff on the walls, and there is a fireplace. Summer in Florida, the fireplace was not in use. For breakfast I had their Grandma's Sampler Pancake Breakfast, a couple of eggs, a couple of large pancakes, sausage patty, slice of ham, and a strip of bacon. I thought the sausage patty wasn't the best but everything else was fine. I did end up leaving some of the pancakes, just too much. My dining companion had their Steak & Eggs and loved it. I could see the steak was cooked perfectly. She did not like the grits I made her try. We laughed.

Popped in again today. Same great service. Ordered the country boy breakfast today with steak tips and another with sweet ham steak. Both were good as usual...

Food is not up CB standards. Dressing was gritty and sweet pot casserole was cold. Biscuits were good so I am thankful for that.

We even got to chat with Eddie the Pitmaster for a couple of minutes, he is the real deal. I love BBQ and to me, there is no such thing as bad BBQ. That said, this was super good. I tried their Beef Brisket Platter and part of their The Pig Mac. With Manny the humanoid pig looking on, we dove in. The brisket was flavorful, no sauce needed. There was plenty of fat and plenty of slices. For my two sides I tried their coleslaw, which was fine, and their cucumber salad. I'm a big flavor guy and love cucumber slices soaked in vinegar. After we had ordered our food another customer stopped by our table and praised their The Pig Mac so much, we added it to our order. What a great recommendation. It is a sandwich with a cheesy patty of mac n' cheese, pulled pork on the side. We even got another side and tried their potato salad made with both white and sweet potatoes. I liked the thinking outside the box potato salad. The pulled pork, like the brisket, stood very well on its own without sauce. The pork topping the cheesy patty just worked so well. We will be back.

I was seated facing a wall so I didn't get a good long look at my surroundings but between what I did see and looking at photos posted on Yelp the theme seems to be chickens. Our server was friendly and available to answer any questions as we spent time looking over the menu. I settled on The Hitman, a double patty smashed burger with American cheese, hen sauce, fried mozzarella, Nueske's bacon, with a side of garlic parm fries. It isn't listed on the online menu but there is a note the menu changes frequently so it may not match the day's offering. Let me start by saying that two of the people at my table got salads and were disappointed that there was too much lettuce and too little other stuff. With that out of the way, let me talk about The Hitman, which I loved. What is Nueske bacon? This is a special smoked flavorful bacon made by the Nueske family. Fork & Hen uses thick cut, and there were two slices on my burger. My burger towered so high there was no hope of picking it up, so I attacked it with knife and fork. Being made with Focaccia bread certainly added to the height, but so did a thick block of mozzzrella cheese. The cheese, melted on the inside and crispy on the outside, was substantial. I would be careful biting into a hot block of melted cheese, think pizza mouth. In my photo I broke into one corner to show that is cheese, so much cheese. The burger patty part topped with American cheese was by itself great, like you might find at a home cookout or Smashburgers. Other toppings were there but for me this was meat and a lot of cheese. And as much bread as you want. I loved my surprising good cheeseburger.

Our table ordered a couple of dishes: chicken and waffles, southern fried chicken, shrimp fried rice, and the hitman. The water tasted like it came straight from the water fountain outside the restaurant. Chicken was overly breaded and salty, and the corn cake was sour. I also don't know how they managed to dry out dark meat. The waffle was semi burnt. The shrimp "fried rice" was soggy, vinegary, almost sushi rice like texture, and shrimp was heavily salted. The hitman smashed burger... the hitman probably killed people with the insane amount of salt on the plate. See the theme? Lighten up on the salt unless you're trying to give your customers clogged arteries. Extremely disappointing considering all the great reviews we saw before going.

We ordered the fried green tomatoes, fried chicken, a vegetable medley that included collards, black eye peas, Gabon beans, and boiled peanuts, and corn bread, which was delicious. However, the crab cakes were nothing but fried, seasoned bread and a half baked mac and cheese where the cheese was not even melted! I think what took the cake, was the waitress who was obviously having a bad day. We overheard a customer asking how much the cornbread, and she told him, "free because you don't like it!" Oh and when we tried to pay for the food, their credit machine could not read our numbers, so we had to give them three different cards and then received no receipt!! The ambiance reminded me of being at one of my friend's row houses in DC back in the day, so use your imagination. I think this is a place a lot of locals hang out and get better service.
