This nail place is great. They have a huge facility and can accommodate large groups of people, they're super professional and provide great services. I got a pedicure, manicure and eyebrow wax. While I was getting a pedicure they did my manicure saving me time and creating a great experience of getting both and hand and foot massage at the same time! This is the absolute worst nail shop I've ever been to in my 30 years of getting my nails done. Refused to use grater under foot unless I paid for more expensive pedicure. Did not even cut skin in toes. Foot scrub was so soft that I am going to have to go to another nail shop and have this pedicure re-done. I still cannot believe the awful job they did. Do not waste your time or money at this shop. It took them 10 minutes trying to match my finger nail and toe nails color. These folks are a joke!!!! read more

I have been going here for over 6 months. I went in on 9/6. I was greeted by please pay ahead of time & I was asked to tip as well. My pedicure looks awful. I went back in because the polish was coming off. The nail tech had an attitude & blamed me. Other patrons that were not the same skin color as me were NOT asked to pay ahead of time. OMG!this place is interesting first of all the treatment of a person of color was not good others where offered beverages and I was not! When I was told to move to another area to finish my nails and they didn't offer to carry my items like most places do then upon checking out my bill was $92 for pedi and fill I asked for break down and he gave me a bunch of crap and then asked for a tipI told him you got it already in that horrible charge. Let's start off with, Pros: The interior is extremely nice and tranquil Cons: The staff... Horrible. They can't file your cuticles right. They put too much glue for the fake nail to be pressed on and later in two weeks when you want them off. Your nail goes with it because they filed your actual nail so low that the fake nail is fully gripped too strong that when it's taking off, your nails flake in breakage. I have had Ashley, Danny her husband, some other guy who was a complete asshole and some other guy who was new but end up leaving. I tried to give them multiple chances but they are way too pricey as a set. Please fix your business quality. read more

My mom and I visited Peache today for the first time, and I had a TERRIBLE pedicure experience. A plush salon doesn't matter when the nail tech is incompetent. I can appreciate that Danny (the manager) wanted to attend to me, rather than have me wait. A woman (no name) started working on me, then she moved on to another customer. Then Danny returned, and started to do my deluxe pedicure ($37). He spent far too much time trimming my cuticles, and cut so much skin around my toe that I started to bleed. He asked if I wanted him to cut or file my nails, and I asked him to file them. When professional people work for me, I do my best not to question their approaches to their work. But when my pedicure was nearly finished and Danny still hadn't made any effort to file my nails, I asked him when he was planning to do it. Despite me asking him to file my nails, he started to cut them. He then started to cut skin again. I asked him twice to stop, and he still continued to cut. Making matters worse, he shaped my toenails by cutting them at 45° angles at each corner, then rounding them out with the file. While Danny was butchering my toes, my mother called over Brianna (assistant manager) and started telling Brianna about our experience. Brianna explained that Danny didn't usually work on customers. My mom said that he should have stopped when he knew he was in over his head. Brianna offered us a $15 gift certificate and the names of "better-skilled techs" to serve us on a future visit. I explained that, in my opinion, everyone at the salon should be at least equally qualified to service a customer well. I thanked Brianna for the gesture, and explained that I have no intention of returning to that salon. To its credit, the salon looks clean and high-end, and several of the employees seem friendly. That said, I hope the management at Peache only lets skilled (not just licensed) employees work on customers. read more

The place is nice and the staff was as well, BUT the quality of my nails I was VERY disappointed with. It was my first time here. I originally went in to get a no-chip (gel) manicure. The lady told me about this new method called SNS manicure that is healthier for your nails (but she didn't tell me it would cost me $10 extra). So whatever I got that thinking it would look nice because my friend showed me hers and it looked nice. It's been about a week and they've already chipped and cracked within days and basically I paid $40 for the worst manicure I've ever had. read more

I really enjoy this place every time I go. Sang was my pedicurist and Michael gave me a full set. The atmosphere is very relaxing, the customer service is always personable, and the personnel is stable. Until this past weekend, I hadn't been there in a few months, they remembered me and helped me remember my manicurist to do my nails. I had a red carpet event to attend over the weekend and I showed Michael a picture I found on Pinterest. He FREEHANDED the design!!! The nails weren't as narrow or petite as I usually get them considering I have a small nail bed and and skinny fingers, but I was pleased with the overall outcome and it definitely suited the bill. My red carpet event went very well and I felt beautiful from my head all the way down to my soft and pretty manicured feet. :) Sang did a great job, I felt extremely relaxed while she did my pedicure. She's an excellent conversationalist. She understood everything that I wanted and my feet felt so soft and moisturized afterwards. The owners, a husband and wife team, both are very personable. They welcomed me to the Holiday/Customer Appreciation party they were having at the shop. I love the comfy chairs, sofa, and fireplace. It felt so homey and warm. The Christmas decorations were an extremely nice touch. read more

Run far far away! They are horrible! I never in a million years thought I would have a complaint about a nail salon, because I'm just happy to have a moment to get my nails done. They ripped half my nails off trying the powder for the first time and was told they cannot do rounded edges on my nails. I thought the question for the past ten years was, "round or square?" This place is too pricey !! The staff are incompetent : can't cut cuticles right (should change your glasses if you can't see) I had a new set and a pedicure. Ashley did my nails but obviously she did an awful job because my nails are all lifted 2 weeks later when I went to my regular salon. My deluxe pedicure away too fast and she almost burn my skin with the paraffin wax. My heels did not get the callus off like it should be. I've been here a couple of times and usually the service is okay. Definitely overpriced but convenient if you are in the area. A tad bit disappointed today with the receptionist. Interesting that she only offered select customers water or drinks en route to the chair. I've never had this to happen before. When I asked for water she said of course and it was 10 minutes before she returned. Perhaps my expectations are too lofty or maybe those of us with curly untamed hair did not appear thirsty. Stopped into Peache on a whim and had a very enjoyable experience. I got the Callous Remover pedicure service from Stephanie. She did an excellent job -- was thorough, did not talk a lot (which I prefer) but was very cordial and professional when I asked questions. I was greeted warmly upon entering, provided water and, was asked how my service was going mid-way through. The interior of the shop is decorated beautifully, probably the best I've seen -- large screen TV in a comfy waiting area; huge, sparkling chandeliers; super comfy and clean massage chairs and clean floors, tables, etc. The best part is that they seem to be very hygienic, using new tools for each new client. They are a little bit pricier than the average strip mall nail salon but I believe the service, the amenities and the customer service warrant the higher prices. If I lived closer I would visit Peache on a monthly basis. read more

I have visited Peache Nail twice and both times I was very disappointed. First visit was a pedicure and the technician was rushed and it looked like my 12 years old polished my nails. I decided to give it one more try. Went in for a eye brow wax this week. First of all when I arrived most of the staff were laying in the chairs sleeping. The young lady that did my eye brows got a bunch of wax in my hair!! She had to scramble to get it out. They didn't even offer to reduce the price and had the nerve to ask me for a tip. This place has gone down hill since it opened. Both quality and service are below expectation. Went in for a pedi and a gel manicure yesterday. The pedicure was subpar, literally just a wash and color, not great at all and higher priced than most salons. The gel french manicure chipped today on one of the nails. I also got overcharged by the front desk, only by $2 but this is the second time. When I asked about the charge, the guy did apologize and offered to give back cash for the tip, good thing I caught it. I wanted to go to Luxury Nails but they were busy so I thought I would give this place one more try, but not again. Would not recommend. read more

This place was conveniently located and the interior is really nice, but that's about all I can give them props for. The woman at the front desk was kind of rude and seemed inconvenience by my presence and when I was finally seated in a chair there seemed to be some sort of argument over who would actually do my mani/pedi. They weren't very busy, so I'm not sure what the issue was. The guy that did my nails - I only hope he no longer works there. It was AGONY!!! Everything he did was painful. He cut my nails too short (fingers and toes) and the massage was so painful I thought for sure I would have bruises. The last thing that I absolutely hated was that he refused to let me pay before he painted my finger nails so I had to sit and wait for them to dry. Of course one got messed up when I was finally allowed to get up and he was horribly irritated to have to fix it. To top off this mess of a situation, the polish didn't even last 48 hours. read more
