When I walked in and sat down, I immediately regretted being there. I had been referred here to go to "Tina" but soon realized this was a whole new group of women and I'm really not sure if Tina was even there anymore. First and foremost, the manicurist (yes, she said her name was "Tina") ripped my damn nail off the bed. Yes. Re-read that. She RIPPED THE NAIL OFF MY NAIL BED! She was trying to remove acrylic and I told her she was hurting me but she wouldn't stop. I finally pulled my hand away and demanded she stop, but it was too late. I didn't realize what had happened until I got home. Now, I'm on a continual "fungus watch" and have to place hydrogen peroxide under the nail to prevent infection. Second (does there even need to be a second after ripping my nail off the bed??), the location is right next to the freeway and if the door is open, you feel like you're sitting in the middle of the 91 fwy. They blare music to try to cover it, but it's not a relaxing place at all. Third! They harangued me the entire time to have a pedicure (thank god, I didn't!). The two other manicurists just sat in the pedicure chairs and stared at me or fiddled with their cell phones. Fourth!!!! Yes, there is a fourth! The place was dirty. I sat staring at empty fast food cups and wrappers on shelves. I don't know, maybe they considered it art? Find another salon...run away. read more

I had such a good experience here! Jerry did my bails and she was so sweet and she is very talented! I would say that a little more cleanliness and a remodel/update is in order but they use clean tools and that's what matters. They have a huge variety of colors and I wan done pretty fast. I will definitely be going back and would recommend the salon to anyone. read more

Walked in today and Cherry was super nice and accommodating! Yes it's not fancy but maybe they cant afford to be fancy yet!?! My nails are good love the color and the flowers and the matte top coat. Seems to be cheeper than other salons! It's an odd location be patient with them they are nice people! read more

When I called to inquire about pricing, the lady i spoke to was very friendly. But I'm a little disappointed with my experience. When I came in, it was only one person in there. I got a pedicure and a full set. Shortly after I got there two more people came in. The lady doing my full set just started rushing trying to finish and did a crappy job with the paint. I had paint on the sides of the nails, on the skin. The lady doing my pedicure did a great job which is why I'll give this place 3 stars. They need more people working there so they can focus on the quality of the work. Update: I haven't had my nails on for four days and they're coming off. Definitely not happy. I will be going somewhere else for a set. read more

Right across the street from work for me. Was looking for a smaller spa so I can have some quiet relaxing time. I am so happy I came here! Emily is the sweetest ever! They are under new management. I've never been here prior so I am not sure what everyone else experienced but the new owners and staff are amazing. Get the Special pedicure. The massage is amazing! I highly recommend. read more

Stopped by because of convenience. First thought. What happened to good old fashioned cleanliness? Sitting on the sofa waiting for the next customer? There's lots to do! Move the furniture and vacuum! Spray some Lysol! Dust EVERYTHING! Organize your color selection! Nice ladies, decent work but ...WOW ! CLEAN IT UP! Highly recommend that you don't waste your valuable time here, it's a SMALL business for a reason! Rude, Rushed, Regret! Went in Thursday to try a new spot close to home ... never again ! The acrylic was passed my cuticles , the gal that did it seemed disoriented like if she misplaced something, she was using tools from a soiled pencil box container , I actually grabbed the file and filed my sides of my nails because she was about to paint them after I pointed it out ... I dropped in because they are really close to my home and my husband had gotten a pedicure here before. Tina and Vicky are very sweet. Vicky took care of my overdue fills with out much of a wait. I liked that she was very friendly and thoughtful and didn't chat on another language to other techs. it was nice to sit and not be bored! My nails were finished quickly and beautifully. The only drawback for me was she didn't have any colored glitter acrylic. Other than that - highly recommended. read more
