Average service; I don't think I'd be calling them back for it. They cut the tree as I had requested and they cleaned up after themselves as we had expected. I wasn't amazed by their service neither did they go beyond. Only concern I have now is whether my trees will grow after they cut it off at the top. Pearloga has trimmed my Chinese Elm tree many times in the past, however, we have also used a number of other companies as well, since our tree gets trimmed so frequently. He came to give us an estimate the same day that I called and was just very responsive all around. Their family story was also very inspirational. His son Lez was here the entire time supervising his crew of three. We had six Eastern red buds and five Carolina Cherries trimmed and four tree stumps removed.
