Called and made an appointment for a facial. Hard to make an appointment due to their time schedule and mine, but finally got one in. The room where you get your facial is too small. The gurney is against the wall so the person doing my facial can't walk around me, but it was okay. She searched for every black head she could find on my nose and face. Very thorough. Also very painful having those pushed out, but I felt like I definitely got my moneys worth. The second time I went, I had a different person doing my facial, and she wasn't as through as the first person, but it was ok. Getting your underarm waxed here isn't painful. It was okay, but I feel like the European Wax Center does a better job. Still gonna come back here though for facials and underarm waxing due to the cost and convenience of free parking.

A few months ago I stumbled upon this place by accident when dining at Kenneth Village. Needless to say her team made scheduling a breeze for me in less than 5 minutes. And I feel lucky to be chosen as a model for their masterclass :) it was a fun experience & painless. The service which I booked for was combo brows which is a technique great for someone like me with more scarce spots on the tail. It basically blends microblading with powder brows. Super cool & new! Upon arrival, Elle numbed my brows so I barely felt any pain. She made sure to double check the color + darkness with me. Meanwhile she sketched an outline and ran it by me to ensure that's the shape I wanted. Expect a little bleeding & redness after your treatment, it's completely normal. The more dry your skin is the better it holds the ink. Just remember to follow the pre & post care and you should be golden! There's plenty of parking, but it might be crowded due to nearby businesses (e.g., Food 4 Less). The inside is usually clean. For the few times I've been there, only one lady (Sally) has been there working. So depending on the time and day, you may be waiting more than what you expect. However, Sally is pretty efficient without sacrificing quality in her work. She pays attention to the details and usually follows through with what I ask of her. She takes her time and kept making sure that my eyebrows were balanced and the same shape. This took approximately 15min for my threading (eyebrow was $12 and upper lip was $6). It would be nice to have package/combo deals but I think they compensate for a stamp card system (if you go 9 times you get your last threading service for free). Convenient for those living in the area. Get your eyebrows done while you're out running errands.

They sanitized after clients (also a hair salon). Marina sanitized the chair and eyebrow tools with disinfectant spray and wipes. Very clean and professional. I had her do my eyebrows as well as my face and neck. My eyebrows were two different shapes and sizes. I needed someone who specialized in re-shaping. I was definitely NOT disappointed!! She definitely has a God given talent. She explained what she had to do to get them to match as well as what I needed to do to get them to where I wanted them. She uses thread and tweezers.
