Always a treat when I go to this location. The shop is beautifully decorated. Great customer service, they get your order to you quick and they make some mean coffee. The pastries are great, my favorite is the marble cake or the brownies :) I always get one of the 2; Large iced Matcha Green tea latte less ice with drizzle of caramel or a large iced Coconut Black Tie less Ice. - They make it so good! read more

11/18/23 - 2:30pm: Incredibly rude, condescending male barista who decided to unleash his bad attitude onto me because he's miserable with his job. I just smiled politely and thanked him for the single latte I ordered. I used to barista for years and even worked at Peet's, and I would have never treated a customer this poorly for no reason. read more

Friendly service & helpful baristas who offered my little one a non-caffeinated blended drink with "no beans". Easy freeway access for fueling up during the morning commute; They open at 6am Mon - Sat, way before the mall gets hectic, and you can get your Peet's fix til 9pm (7am to 7pm Sunday's). Well appointed cafe with hot & cold beverages, freshly baked pastries & breakfast sandwiches, plus a vast selection of retail merch (brew kits & drinkware, incl a cute little Hydro Flask that I couldn't resist). There's an assortment of Pressed Juices & Bottled Cold Brews in a refrigerated case so you can grab a Peet's To Go by the front door. This Peet's Coffee location has a clean and modern interior and also serves pretty good coffee. Separate from the main Serramonte mall, this Peet's coffee sits right by California Fish Grill. It features a bit of outdoor seating with a pretty decent amount of comfy indoor seating as well. The interior has a nice modern look and I especially enjoy the design of their coffee bar area. Their coffee is on point too, arriving at a nice hot temperature with that wonderful coffee aroma. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, ordered 3 drinks and waited 30 minutes for our drinks. I went up to the workers to ask what was taking so long, and they noticed they forgot our drinks. Waited another 15 minutes, ridiculous. Don't come here if you don't want to waste 45 minutes waiting for a matcha latte. read more

I purchased a few coffee gift cards at Peets Serramonte on 12/23/22. Two were for a friend, one for Christmas and a second one for her birthday in Jan. Each card was $50.00 and my friend pointed out that the value was only $18.00! I spoke with the manager, Anthony, who gave me a customer service number but the rep was not able to help me given she was unable to see the purchase on her end. Perhaps it is in line with my friend advising that although you can check balances via the app, once you transfer the gift card balance into the app, the card becomes invalid and you are unable to see the gift card balance. Everyone who helped me was friendly. However, I cannot help but wonder if the incorrect balance on the gift card (short $32.00) was intentional or accidental. read more

Lol jk but yeah there's no parking - Ordered a Cold Brew Black Tie ($3.65 for a small) a Peet's "Signature beverage", and my first sip was straight up condensed milk :( I did not mix the beverage well, but even after mixing this drink was too sweet for my taste. * parking: eh usu not much, but you can take the SamTrans 121 to get here LOL * seating: plenty, but does get busy afternoon to 5pm. * wifi: yes * outlets: yes, under the seats. *Tip: if you're getting a cold brew black tie, get it with 50% condensed milk so it's an appropriate amount of sweetness! read more

Stopped by for some coffee and to do some work for a couple of hours. Staff: Friendly staff and pretty efficient about getting your orders out quickly as the line can get long at times. Location: Convenient as it's next to the mall but parking can be a pain during peak shopping times as the parking lot right next to it isn't the largest. The one minor complaint I do have is the coffee shop doesn't seem to stay that well maintained in terms of cleanliness. Not sure if they just don't have enough staff to keep the tables and floors wiped down. It's not that big of a deal. Coffee: It's Peet's. I ordered a decaf vanilla latte half sweet and it was fine. I'd come again to work if I needed a place to sit in front of a computer for a couple of hours. read more

The white girl with bad roots coming out of her hair with purple highlights working on Sunday 10/30 @2:00pm was super rude for no reason. I had ordered a Iced Matcha Brown Sugar Oat Latte with Brown Sugar jelly and when I arrived to the counter to pick up my order it was just an iced matcha. I saw it and kindly said, "Oh I actually ordered the one with brown sugar jelly" she then snatched it and tossed it super upset and said nothing to me. I wouldve honestly been fine if she just added the jelly on top. I'm not that picky and honestly hate asking to fix my drink. Cant understand why you work customer service when you lack the personality for it. read more

I love Peet's for its Mochas compared to Starbucks. It just has this really nice chocolate flavor to it and it's my go to when I visit. Today, I already had my morning cup of coffee so I decided to try the Golden Matcha Latte which was surprisingly good. I thought it would taste funky because of turmeric but gave it a pleasant taste. The store itself is pretty clean and I think the tables are always filled with people when I go into the store. The cons: 1. The parking is a pain of an ass because it's hard to get a spot unless you park at the other lot where the Target it. 2. Ranking up points takes forever to get a free drink compared to Starbucks point system. 3. The drink was overpriced imo. I get ordering an alternative milk has an up charge but I felt like it's more expensive than a Matcha latte at Starbucks. read more

Not sure what's been going on here past year but employees here are not the friendliest and the coffee quality has gone downhill because the baristas don't know how to make the drinks at times and it's inconsistent at times so now I avoid coming here now and use to be much cleaner. Zero stars if I could! There has to be some kind of contamination or the employees are not washing the equipment properly because my friend had an allergic reaction and almost died. Their new drink is a honey almond drink and my friend is deathly allergic to honey and almond. She ordered her regular drink, and got a reaction immediately. The employees couldn't even unlock the restroom for her to go throw up because they're "closing soon." They didn't even offer to call an ambulance. Surroundings: It looked nice and spacious and guests can totally see what's going on when they make your drink. At the cashier, they have a plexiglass with a hole on the bottom for you to slide your money in, however at the drink pickup area, there was a big portion that had no plexiglass. Drinks: Yuzu citrus shaker: recommended by the cashier. Tasted citrusy, kind of like a lemon tea. I thought it tasted pretty good, but my husband commented that it tasted like medicine. Traversing the shopping center, we were now in front of Peet's, located in the new section away from the main mall by TJ Maxx. We agreed it was time to take a coffee break. This location is new, modern and clean. The layout is deep. There's about six tables on one side with two leather chairs and a bar table by the window. COVID order I'm such a huge fan of online ordering! I don't have to speak to anyone, I just beep boop tap tap on the app and I go to pick up my drink. No lines, no speaking, no confusion, and no judgement. I placed my order on the app and drove over there and my drink was already there waiting for me to pick up. Quick, easy, painless. Decided to try this place out for our morning caffeine kick! What I like about this place is it has nice furniture, good akount of seating, aesthetic of the place is really hipster, and 2 clean bathrooms. Ordering was fast since there was no line. Only mistake was I forgot to order my drink Iced and they were already making it hot. When I realized I quickly went to the barista and told her my situation and she replied with an ok no prob. However she handed our drinks off to a different barista to finish. I have worked in the coffee industry before and you do not simply make an iced drink from a hot mixture. The barista put the hot drink in a blender with ice instead of making a whole new drink. Thus the result of our drinks was a warm drink that was very frothy. When he handed us our drink was also spilling everywhere because of how frothy it was. Highly disappointed that either they could not make our drink correctly or were too lazy to actually make it into an Iced Drink. read more

Spanking new Peet's in DC! I really love the decor in this store. It is very mellow. Sort of a place you want to sit down and enjoy your brew. The service is friendly. There aren't mad lines in the weekday. Maybe because all the peeps crowd downtown and all the other locations and this place isn't exactly inside the mall. It is next door to CA Fish Grill. Good luck getting anyone to help getting beans. I stood waiting by the counter trying to order a few pounds of beans stored behind the counter. I didn't even need grinding. Most of the staff was too busy socializing with each other to take my order. I put the one pound bag I saw by the register back and walked out. No one tried to stop me to see if I needed anything. Here at the grand opening and I was given a warm welcome from the manager and he recommended trying another item which I haven't seen at any other Peet's location! So I've decided to try it out as he recommended and it's quite good! It's the Baridi Black Cold Brew flavored coffee and I'll definitely order it again. Not bitter, smooth, and no ice definitely hit the spot after work! Bathrooms are super clean, but hard to say it'll remain this way as this is the first day...sinks are separate from the stalls. Parking is easy but getting in can be cumbersome here in the Serramonte mall. read more

This Peet's Coffee location is one of the nicer ones in the Daly City area, IMO. While seating can be hard to find - especially in the morning and afternoon - it's very comfortable inside to enjoy a coffee and/or pastry. The one downside about this location, though, is that whenever my parents and I buy food, we tend to get skimpier portions. For instance, my dad loves the pumpkin bread, but every time he orders it at this location, he gets a slice that's at least a half-inch thinner than what he normally receives at other locations. Were it not for the smaller portions, I'd give this place a higher rating. read more

Grand Opening Day! Came here for a latte and also got a half pound bag of beans. The atmosphere was great, plenty of happy coffee drinkers and staff was moving the line quickly. I was offered to have my beans grinded which I thought was amazing, that extra attention given, is what customer service should be about. Layout of the store is fair, several seating and modern look, organized and clean. Latte came out great, latte art on my drink is very much appreciated! I love Peets coffee. I buy a lot of it and have it daily at home. So when I am out and looking for my coffee fix, if there is a choice of Peets or SB, I will choose Peets. I like their dark roasts. I had a simple coffee here, tasted super watered down, and Just not what I was used to or hoping for. I gave 2 stars for service. I felt very disappointed in the coffee. I had it to go and was already miles away before it was cool enough to drink so didn't go back to ask for a replacement. Hope it was a one off. read more
