I normally don't leave reviews, but I appreciate this place too much to not leave a review. As a student, this Peet's Coffee location is my favorite for studying and hanging out. The employees are very kind and they seem to enjoy their job very much. The space is kept very clean as well. Additionally, my drink and food orders are always made quickly and with great quality. It's a weekly routine for me to come into Peet's and study for hours, and I enjoy every minute of it. This is definitely the place to go if you're looking for a hangout/study spot, or just a good cup of coffee. read more

When I want something strong I usually head to peets for my cup of coffee! This particular location is ALWAYS so busy. Usually doesn't matter the time of day the line is out the door. Employees are really nice and cheerful... even if it's early in the a.m My favorite item is a black tie. It's very strong iced coffee with condensed milk. Delicious! Very solid location. It's in a shopping center, so there isn't a shortage of parking. The people working here are very nice and work quickly. There is a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating and free wifi, making this a good place to study, get some work done, or catch up with friends. I've frequented this location the last couple months to study and my only real complaint is that there aren't many outlets here, making it a little inconvenient if you need to use a laptop. This is our local coffee spot. (About a 7 minute walk from our house) It's located in a shopping complex. This location has plenty of inside and outside seating. I opt for iced americano and/or house blend (black) hot coffee. Wife usually gets Iced Vanilla Latte. The coffee is usually very well made and strong/smooth. Customer service is always good. I love me some coffee!! We're deprived of Blue Bottle or Philz in the Dublin area so I frequent Peet's, Starbucks and another local coffee shop when I tire of making nespresso or keurig cups on the go. Let's be real, most mornings I'm running out the door minutes before my 0630 daily departure to work so that leaves no time for coffee stops, sigh... the extra 10min of snoozing is worth it tho ;) This location is in a shopping center along with Safeway and a few restaurants. Pretty close to the freeway (always a plus in my opinion) and lots of parking. I like that Peet's is at the corner so it's right in front of the entrance/exit of the plaza (super important for ppl such as myself, sprinting to my car needing to get on the freeway ASAP praying there's no traffic) Sometimes there's a long line during peak times and I've experienced wait times so if you're in a rush, skip this location, or use the app. My fav drink during the summer is the Iced Coconut Black Tie, OMG so good! Made with coconut syrup and condensed milk, it's pretty sweet- this is an indulgence and not something I would get on the regular. My hot drink of choice would be the sugar free vanilla latte with almond milk. Had one this morning, yummm. I'm a fan of Peet's, I buy the k-cups for my keurig as well. I specifically like their dark roast organic K-cups (Alma De La Tierra & Yosemite Organic) And of course Major Dickinson's even though it's not organic. 5 stars for the employees that work here, 1 star for the way this location is run, so 2 stars overall. This is my neighborhood Peet's, and I love Peet's coffee. However, this locations is in desperate need of a second espresso bar/ machine set-up. IT IS ALWAYS RIDICULOUSLY SLOW DURING RUSH HOURS. Went there this morning, ordered ahead, the app said 14-16 minutes because they had a large volume of orders (which is always the case Friday morning). 38 minutes later I got my drink, and it was missing vanilla syrup. The under fire barista splashed in some syrup, and it ended up too sweet, but I felt bad and just went on my way. To the owner or general manager of this location, please add a second espresso bar, and give those employees a raise. read more

What a great Peet's location. I really like where this Peet's is situated, all the parking availability and how close it is to my job. Every time I order a chicken chorizo flatbread here I am always satisfied. It's a filling meal and tasty. I enjoy their coffee, as well. The people here are always friendly and they are on top of everything here. I love how clean it is and they enforce the mask policy here which I appreciate. This was an unexpected treat. I planned on taking my little fatty taste buds to get more ice cream but due to the little chill in the air, I decided to come here last minute for a latte. Thank goodness I did because I got me a good little coconut drink! First off, shout out to Daniella! Please forgive me if I spelled your name incorrectly. Normally, I don't write about the service of food places because I want to just to base it off of the quality of the food. But, Daniella was an excellent customer service rep and she helped me make a decision in what I should purchase. Now keep in mind, I'm still not giving this place a good rating because of her service; this is all about the product. The Product: I ordered the Coconut Creme Latte and I liked it! It's not too sweet. It is milky, creamy, and there is a settle taste of mocha. So, will I come back here? I sure will and I am looking forward to trying the other coconut drinks they have! read more

This is a conveniently located Peet's next to a Safeway, Unleashed (pet store), AAA, Wells Fargo, Notary, Amici's, Fidelity... and the list goes on. Why the 1-Star? Because on average the wait time for a basic no frills latte is about 15 mins when there's no crowd. A Sat or Sun morning coffee run can take ~ 30 minutes. Why? Why are there typically 3 baristas working the coffee and its still 30 minutes? Perhaps it's because they have yet to find a kick ass barista that can bang out orders. Peet's Corporate needs to bring a time motion analyst to this location to study what's going on. I've always loved Peet's! Their coffee is strong and fragrant. This store is spacious and in a good location for me. I come in weekly for coffee beans, but occasionally get a drink. The baristas make great foamy lattes. read more

Today I tried to buy a coffee. There was a line of at least 10 people, which is fine. However during the 20 minutes I waited, the line did not move at all. Why? Because the first customer ordering was making such a fuss over her order and the barista could not close the tab. When a customer starts being such a handful that you cannot move the line whatsoever in 20 minutes, and you lose 10 customers in line during the process, something needs to be done. Get someone else on another till. Or tell this customer they will need to wait because there's 10 people behind them and after 20 minutes of indecision they still cannot manage to make up their mind about their coffee order. The whole "customer is always right" mantra needs to be erased as a business model. read more

Super big shout out to the staff at this Peet's location! I put in my mobile order when I was running errands, and patiently waited when I arrived. I kept checking the counter for my order, it definitely should have been ready, but they were busy. Finally nobody else was around and I asked the baristas about my order. I showed my phone and low and behold, I'm at the wrong Peet's!! The baristas were so sweet, and said no problem, they will make my order. Ya'll gotta fix this. These poor workers are working as hard as they can, but they are so incredibly unequipped to handle demand from online and in store orders. I walked in and ordered my small latte 25 minutes ago, and I'm still 8 orders away. It's well staffed, and everyone is diligently working, but whoever owns this store location needs to rethink about adding another espresso bar or something. This was my first time coming to Peet's and I was pleased with their service. I just moved to Dublin and since I live only a few minutes away I decided to try out their Caramel Frappe. I came in a little after 2 pm so my frappe was 50% off! It's a good deal for happy hour. There was no line so my frappe was ready within minutes. Baristas we're friendly and the shop was clean! They are a little pricier than Starbucks but I would still recommend Peet's! Definitely coming back again! read more

I've never had bad coffee here before, but this praise is specifically for the gentleman wearing a red beanie and green sweatshirt today. I didn't catch his name or get to thank him in person, but after he saw a customer touch every single lid on the mobile order stand trying to find his name, he took all the drinks back and replaced them with fresh lids. Clean, friendly staff, amiable environment, the perfect place to get work done! I've been here twice for a meeting and both times I've had pleasant experiences. The staff was friendly and took care of me right away when I was in line. The counters were clean and stocked, and it seemed like the employees were taking care of their shop well! I ordered a hot latte which came out less sweet than I expected, but honestly I shouldn't be expecting coffee to be so sweet. It came out rather quickly even when I was at the end of a long line, so it was nice to know they were on top of their orders. Luckily each time I came here it wasn't too busy as I could always find a seat for myself. I like this store. The staff are friendly and the coffee tastes good. My favorite phrase is when they tell me they have to brew some fresh coffee. I will always happily wait for that! The lines can get long sometimes and you might have to wait even if you order ahead. They probably need another coffee machine and more baristas. But COVID and profit margins come into play. They do get the hard end of customers complaining. I get why people are frustrated, but the staff have to manage online orders and walk in orders with sometimes less staff. Enjoy the coffee and practice your patience. Everyone could do with being a little more understanding. read more

Peets always has great Facebook / yelp check in deals so whenever I go i always check facebook or yelp first . They are currently having a deal on the coconut beverages ! I had the coconut black tie beverage and received a $1 off with check in. The Batistas here are friendly and knowledgeable about the coffee. My friend ordered a medium iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel. The coconut black tie beverage is iced coffee , condensed milk on bottom, and coconut cream. It was alot sweeter than i thought it would be. You definitely have to mix the drink up before consuming. I'm going to try the coconut tea next. read more

I order the same thing every day, black iced tea. Simple, right? Nope. Today I ordered 2 , 1 was severely watered down, obvious by the lighter color, especially when compared to the second iced tea. But also the taste, might as well have been water. They must have ran low and didn't want to brew a new batch ( I find this happens a lot at this store) so they just diluted it. They are taking short cuts. Sometimes I get summer solstice ( their black iced tea), then sometimes they brew a cup of black earl gray and pour over ice to substitute without letting the customer know, obvious to me, and not the same thing, Get it together Peets. read more
