Strong coffee, easy to park and lots of room to sit. It can be a bit loud at times. Rights next to Lucky's

I went here on a Friday around 1:45pm and there wasn't much of a wait. There was only one person in front of me. Anyways, it was actually my first time ordering at a Peet's location, so I wasn't really sure what to expect, but it's cool how spacious it is inside since there's many tables here. Ok so I ordered the White Chocolate Mocha and they were quick at making my drink. I usually order a hot white chocolate mocha whenever I go to a cafe to get coffee, but I didn't enjoy the taste of this one as much. This white chocolate mocha was more on the strong side and had less of a chocolatey sweet flavor. Basically, it's more bitter than other large coffee chains. Overall, the coffee was ok so I would only recommend this chain if you like your coffee more on the stronger side. I tend to like having my coffee more on the sweeter side, but this was also my first time trying Peet's coffee at their cafe so I didn't know what to expect and the coffee was kind of bitter. This specific location has lots of seating which is good for the people who come here to do some work or study. I'd recommend this place to those people who want a place with a bunch seating while having a cup of coffee.

I rarely go here but I thought I'd give props to this friendly neighborhood shop. I ordered a Medium Matcha Latte and opted in for the sweetener, suggested by the cashier. My Latte was well-prepared. Thank You!

First I love Peets Coffee... their roasts are bold. Flavors are awesome. My favorite coffee is the Black Tie, its like a dessert for breakfast. There is enough sweet condensed milk at the botton if you do not mix it for 2 or 3 more drinks. I like my coffee barely sweet. The staff here is always friendly and quick with the service. Store is clean. Now for the bad news, I truly HATE their mobile app. Even after updating it keeps crashing. I could not order online even after 3 restarting the App. Had to order the old fashion way... in person.

ONLINE PHOTO of the drink I ordered. Looks nothing alike :( so sad.

Kid forgot my coffee in my drink lol. Didn't notice until I kept taking a sip. Looked up photos of the drink itself and it literally looks nothing like that. He was distracted with talking and staring at the register girl. 0/10 do better peets.

Yes I am a Peetnik and lately I been wanting some Peet's more but some of the SOMA locations were closed during the Summer. The Fall is here and Peet's is back in my atmosphere and serving some good Matcha. This is the place which wakes me up. 3 P's for a good coffee experience -Place , People, and Peet's.

Good coffee. Cool cars. Awesome Peets staff.

Kinda dark... I was surprised to see only one employee at the front taking orders and calling them out. (Who looked like she didn't want to be there at all) We ordered 5 drinks and waited at least 20 mins. There isn't a whole lot of waiting room and the half table attached to the wall next to the straw box felt flimsy- y'all might want to check on that before it falls off on someone. When the drinks were finally ready, she pushed the drinks closer to me and handed me two bags with cupholders inside for me to pack. We also have to grab our own straws and napkins on the side which caused some chaos with other patrons. At the Westlake location, you can see an entire team working together and hustling all day. They work fast, work together and hand out drink orders in bags with straws and smiles. Thankfully the drinks tasted consistent, but I'll be ordering from Westlake from now on. Pro tip- download the app and pick up later. You can also earn points to redeem for discounts and freebies on the app.

My friends and I came from Texas and were recommended to try this location at Stonestown. I actually tried it when I visited SF back in 2024, so I was excited to come back again after two years. Unfortunately, I feel like the quality has gone down a little. The matcha was really astringent and didn't taste that good this time, and the banana flavor tasted very artificial. The service was definitely the best part though. The guy working there was really nice, and the Asian girl with red hair was super friendly and helpful. She explained the different lattes to us and recommended the black sesame latte, which was actually really good very nutty and not too sweet. She also gave us FIVE ice cream samples, like yo my friends were still downstairs and I just asked if they could try some too, and she happily gave us a bunch to bring to them. Such nice service! Overall: ambience 3/5, food/drinks 2/5, but service 5/5. The staff really saved the experience for us.

We told the cashier we had a free tea latte to claim in the app and showed her our rewards. She seemed a bit confused and asked her colleague. They both came over to explain that we could t utilize our free tea latte towards the London Fog latte I ordered which is early grey tea with milk... hence, a tea latte. Strange. This is disappointing as we build our rewards up by coming into Peet's each morning to order a tea latte and cafe au lait. Hmmm.. Anyhoo. I enjoyed my London fog, David enjoyed his cafe au lait. We ordered an iced matcha latte for a friend who works at stonestown and claimed our "free tea latte" reward this way. They made it hot. I asked to remake it to iced, as ordered.
