Was out of town and excited to see a Pei Wei nearby, since all the ones in our area have closed. Used to be regulars, so very familiar with the food. Got our normal orders - Chicken Pad Thai and Original Spicy Chicken, extra spicy - to go. Took a while to order and pay, but everyone was nice enough. The restaurant itself seemed dark and a little run down, but we weren't eating in anyway. Got to our AirBnB, excited to eat. The chicken on both dishes was overcooked to the point of being jerky. Tough, chewy, gross. My son was starving and ate his Pad Thai. In addition to the chicken itself being terrible, mine was so overly salted it was literally inedible. Ended up in the trash and I hate wasting food. Called and asked for a refund and went in circles with manager Ashley for a good 20 minutes repeating myself. Overall not a great experience. No wonder Pei Wei isn't around in our area anymore if this is the new standard. read more

I've always loved Pei Wei! Unfortunately the one close to our home closed quite a while ago. However, a new one is opening soon by me so I can start my lunch visits again soon. Into this lunch today... I just had a bite spicy Korean bbq steak bowl. Spicy but it's great tasting! Huge portions too. We ordered a four piece of the vegetable spring rolls and two orders of chicken pad Thai. Chick full of noodles and chicken with chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro. Everything is delicious. The little one even loves her noodles with crispy chicken. Everyone was extremely courteous, cheerful and polite! We will return soon! read more

Wow shocking. Literally some of the worst food I have had. I have ordered about 4 times. Beef and broccoli, drunken noodles, honey chicken, fried rice. I ordered crab wontons and egg rolls with each order. I gave them several chances as the one by my house has AMAZING food. This location fell far from short. Each time my wontons were undercooked, so much so that I never once ate any of them. Egg rolls tasted like they had been cooked in last month's oil. They were dark and soggy, not what I'm used to. As for the main course, blown away at how low quality they were. Beef and broccoli tasted like it had been reheated. Meat was mega chewy broccoli was hard and unchewable. Drunken noodle I suppose was drowned in the sauce again barely edible. Honestly honey chicken, fried rice. I never once finished any of my meals they were so gross. read more
