Whenever I'm in the mood for a tasty sandwich, McAlister's Deli is my preference and this location has quickly become my go-to location. This one is located in a strip mall and it shares a parking lot with several other shops/stores. That said, there is always parking available whenever I go. Granted, I usually stop through during the slower times so I'm not sure what the parking situation is like during peak hours such as lunchtime. There are several table/chair combos available for those who prefer to dine in. Based on my visits, the dining area is well maintained as the tables are always clean along with the soda station. Lastly, the restroom is well maintained. On everyone of my visits, the staff has always been welcoming and ready to take my order. Even when there are a few other people in line, they manage the line in professional manner while getting orders taken in reasonable amount of time. As for the food, it is always fresh and tasty. All sandwiches and salads are made to order which helps with the freshness. My go to sandwich is the Jalapeño Turkey Crisp; I highly recommend this sandwich if you like something with a little spice to it. That said, I have started to work my way through the menu and recently had the McAlister's Club which was very tasty. Note,, be sure to download the app to be part of their reward system.. This was my first and last time visiting this McAlister's Deli. Our experience was truly terrible. My mom ordered a baked potato, but it arrived stone-cold and was so flat it looked like a pancake. To make matters worse, my daughter's corn dogs were served without any breading; she tried to eat them but nearly threw up, and when I tasted them, they didn't just taste like rubber--they tasted like plastic. If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. I really hate some people sometimes but even I wouldn't give this to them EVER, and that really says something. read more

The Chicken Tortilla soup is about as basic as you can get. After receiving my order, I had to ask for the chips (bbq) and corn chips for the soup. The highlight of this meal was the tea. Stopped in for a quick lunch with my friend last weekend. Got the order to go. This is a pretty nice McAllisters location. Cute decor and it was very clean. Sadly they do not have the cranberry club right now. Which is my favorite sandwich. At least this location didn't have it. They did however, have the roast beef spud. I haven't had it in years because all of the McAlister's near me do not carry it. I decided to order it on the choose 2 with a McAlister's club. The spud itself wasn't bad but desperately needed sauce and more au jus. The did put enough meat though but not enough cheese either. The McAlister's club was good and I had no complaints on it. My friend tried the veggie spud and enjoyed it. I forgot to get a pic though. They did forget my friends chips though so sadly we didn't realize until we made it all the way back home with the food. It was my first time at this Mcalister's location. I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service of the staff, and it certainly made my visit that much better. Was greeted from the moment I stepped to the counter with a smiling face by the older lady at the counter, she was very pleasant and conversational. Took my order and it was brought to me by another younger girl who was also just as friendly and helpful and when I needed something before I left as I wanted to pack my food up she brought it for me no hesitation and brought me a bag to pack it all up as well witho it even asking. Sounds simple but to have someone constantly asking how things are and if I need anything else is very welcoming. Basically the review is mostly because I wanted to give a shoutout to the staff there and the individual who I think was the manager, they were also walking around checking on everyone and I even saw them handle a issue that a customer had run into regarding a delivery order very well. Kudos to the team at this location, because it's rare to find this type of customer service now days. As for the food, I mean if you've been to Mcalister's Deli you pretty much know what to expect. I got the Savannah Chopped Salad and it was delicious, it's one of my go to salads here, and it had a good amount of chicken and other toppings on it and came with two dressing packs, which normally I get nervous when I get salads at places like this because they usually give a lot of lettuce and skimp on everything else, but not today....No complaints here! read more

I have been coming to eat lunch at this McAllister's deli for probably 2 -3 years. I always have a great experience when I'm there eating my lunch. The managers name is Gloria she's very nice and has a very polite staff. I usually get their choose two for lunch. I've tried all their soups and I love them. They're so delicious. Their sandwiches and salads are very good as well . Every time I go there my food is fresh and it doesn't take much time to get my order done! My favourite is the choose 2. I usually get a cup of soup with a half a sandwich. The portion sizes are perfect . Their cookies are good too! . One thing that is very important to be is the cleanliness of the shop! The tables are always clean and the floors are kept clean. The people that work there are very professional and kind. I've heard many discussions between the staff and customers and everyone gets along so well. It's nice to go in and have a nice lunch and have people that are nice there too.! The girl at the front acted put out when I walked in. I asked if they still had bread bowls and she acted like I was stupid. Took my order, the card reader wasn't working. Manager had to come around to figure it out, acted put out because she couldn't get it to work. I tried 2 cards and still nothing. Finally she takes it over to another computer and it works. Shocker. Then I went to fill up my tea, take one sip and spit it out. It was goopy like the tea urn hadn't been cleaned properly in days or old tea was in it. Ordered a $630 Catering order through EZCater today. Order included 31 spud max potatoes. I received 3 containers each of every topping except sour cream. I only received 1 container that might have been enough for 6 potatoes but nowhere near enough for 31. I called EZCater to get them to send McAlister's out with the missing sour cream. McAllister's argued that it was enough and then went on to charge me extra for the missing sour cream. Again, this was their mistake not mine! What is a potato without sour cream! I've never been to a McAllisters this bad just do yourself a favor and drive to a different location. Ordered a 12 in French dip and got a 6. Mac n Cheese is horrible, and my girl's sandwich has so much honey mustard on it that it's inedible. French dip came soaked in so much Au Ju that the bread was completely soggy before getting home 7 minutes away.
