The parking lot only has 4-5 spaces, but the drive thru option is great too. You can also park on the side street or across the street and easily walk over. When you walk in, the menu is written on the wall plus staff is there to help you. They have some bottled drinks to grab in a fridge by the entrance as well before you checkout. Checkout was easy with a quick tap and go machine that a staff member will hand you. The menu has tons of breakfast and lunch bagel sandwiches. The HP Special was SO good: Sausage, egg, and cheese with your choice of cream cheese or avocado on a roll, bagel, or wrap. I got mine on an Everything bagel with cream cheese AND avocado. The bagel sandwich is huge, filling, tasty, and will keep you full for many hours. I visited at noon on a Thursday, and it was busy, but the staff moves FAST and cranks out orders nonstop. You won't have to wait long. There is some seating to enjoy your bagel, but I ate mine in the car since it was busy. All orders are given in a brown paper bag; easy to take anywhere. I ordered on-line and I am glad I did because place was pretty crowded ( which was a plus) I ordered the Spicy Turkey Club Bagel on an everything bagel with turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pepper jack, and chipotle mayo, plus an Arnold Palmer. The bagel itself was good and filling, and the sandwich had solid ingredients. That said, it felt a little pricey for a bagel sandwich and tea especially since the Arnold Palmer lacked sweetness and flavor. To start off, the bagels here are so good! I've been here multiple times and wanted to truly experience it a few times before making this review. All the times I've been or tried this bagel, it was always top tier. If you've never been, the menu gets a little overwhelming with all the choices and the build your own so I would go with the Shugs or Spicy Shugs. Spicy Shugs has a very mild kick but nothing crazy spicy. They do have deli options too which are also good but I've always built my own. If you wanna get fun and creative, build your own is the way to go. Especially if you want your egg or deli sandwiches a certain way. The service and the staff are always so kind and helpful. They give awesome recommendations and sometimes when I want to try something new I ask them to just order me what they get and I've never gotten a bad sandwich/order. The overall vibes of the store remind me of a New York bagel shop because of how small it is and how quick people go in and out. The space is super small so when it's busy it is PACKED but it's truly worth the wait. There's super limited seating inside and outside so once a spot opens up, make sure to take it. Always have someone waiting at the table and the other ordering. It does get pretty hot inside especially during the summer but not terrible. My coworkers and I stopped during lunch hour on a Thursday. The five of us ordered through Josh, who was the best. The cold brew coffee was also a win-the fact that it's on draft, local, and actually very good. I added oat milk and used their also locally owned brown sugar packets from Ben E. Keith which altogether was great! Overall, vibes were top-tier. Everyone, including both staff and customers, seemed genuinely happy to be there. This place is fabulous! From the food to the ambience to the staff. It's busy every time I come in here, and it's worth the wait. The food is great. I usually get The Thug, which is a breakfast bagel with egg, cheese, bacon, and a hashbrown, I get mine with an everything bagel. It's so good. They put plenty of bacon on this bagel as well. So very good. There isn't a dining area, tho there are hard mounted stools along the window areas to sit at, with a hard mounted wood tabletop to eat at if that is your thing. Tho space is limited. It is tight in this shop if you go inside, especially when it's busy. I've had to stand outside the door a few times when it's at its peak times. There is also a driver though, so that's an option as well. The store itself is so cool looking, old style with the old metal panel ceiling tiles, old belt driven ceiling fans, lots of wood and memorabilia. It's a great looking and very warm location. Parking is sparce, 4 spots in the front with a handful in the back, plus street parking. There are other parking lots for other stores on either side, tho they have tow away signs for non customers. So be aware. They do server other sandwiches that aren't on bagels, but the bagel selection is vast. It's definitely worth the stop. read more

I stepped out my comfort zone with this one and so glad I did. I built my own omelette with the garlic and herb cream cheese with avocados and cucumber. I was extremely nervous as I haven't ever experienced a savory bagel but so glad I explored it. I truly enjoyed it. They had a range of options for everyone's taste buds for beverages and food.
