Good fast food option. The people that work here care about what they are serving. Very consistent and fresh tasting.

What a terrible experience. They were severely under staffed from the order desk to the dining staff. We had to clean our table. We waited 30 minutes to recieve our food which mine was hot but the rice was not fried. My fiance's came out after mine and was luke warm. His should have been original sized with steamed chicken instead it was breaded and small portion. Needless to say he left still hungry. read more

This place is slowly falling apart. I have been coming here since the day it opened. It seems as of late, the quality of food and the wait times are getting worse. I had a total of five family members with me, on a Sunday. It wasn't very busy to begin with. We ordered all at the same time, including two different appetizers; crab wontons and wonton soup. We waited a good 30 minutes until our dinners came out followed by another 15 minutes until our appetizers came out. So much for appetizers. Most of the products in their fancy new coke machine were out, we were all pretty much forced to pay for water. Everyone at the table agreed that the food prep was not very good. My dish tasted like it had been microwaved, and was not fresh at all. Needless to say, it will be a long time until I come back here... On Friday 8/3/2018 (at lunch time - check #1010001) I ordered two fried rice to go. They were absolutely disgusting!!! I don't even know how to describe how bad they tasted. I realized that this is the second time I've ordered a to go meal from pei wei and it tasted weird. Well, never again because I won't be buying their food again. YOUR FOOD QUALITY SUCKS! The person who owns this place needs to better educate both his cooks and staff. Every time I go to this location and order Sesame Chicken, they bring me Pei Wei Spicy Chicken, when I notify them i ordered a Sesame Chicken, they walk away and come back with sesames to put on my spicy chicken... ... its a completely different version of Chicken. These kids are all pretty clueless and the food isn't cooked very well either. Don't blame the staff so much, but this is definitely the owner or managers fault... very poorly ran. read more

Just walked in at 9:15, when they're supposed to close at 9:30. Kindly asked the cashier if they're open and she said yes until 9:30, mind you we're not the type of people to walk into a restaurant last minute but we had been looking for somewhere to eat for a while and decided to stop in, this is our local Pei Wei that we eat at; at least 3 times a week. When the cashier said they're still open and we saw the cooks cleaning up, we asked if they finished cleaning the whole kitchen (out of kindness) which they hadn't btw! and the awful cooks mainly one that looked "in charge" started laughing with his co workers... and told the cashier to tell us no, as they continued laughing. Needless to say, we're never coming back! And you guys should get a new staff that actually cares. read more

When you want a quick Asian inspired meal, with fresh high quality ingredients, this is the place to go. I like the Weston location better than the others in the area, because the staff is friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is very clean. I have to remember that this is a chain (owned by PF Changs) because it doesn't seem so. They are always adding new dishes and have many special member incentives. read more

Wow what a visit. I run a delivery company that delivers from restaurants that normally would not and this is a common place of business for us and let me tell you it is terrible. First off the visit today was unacceptable i waited in the take out line for a total of 14 minutes!! Before being helped, with no one ahead of me!!! Then once I was able to get my food they messed the order with a post it note in the bad saying that they ran out of shrimp so they gave me steak without even asking me?!?! Plus I the think the fact that I went to the trouble of making a yelp account should show you how pissed I am. Waited n waited .. asked 3 times for honey sauces and my food got cold and server never brought it. My mom got up and manager off duty gave her honey and she took it back to our table. My 80 year old mother is now the waitress! Then, waited over 10 minutes for refund. Unbelievable. read more

Went there today after a long time that i haven't been there, I was just in the mood for Asian food. It was absolute chaos. They had one girl working at the front counter and there was a huge line. I did eventually get through the long line and got my Mongolian beef ordered and sat down. They had WiFi so i was entertained. I got my food 15 minutes later and it was absolutely delicious, especially for the price; everyone knows that Pei Wei is reasonable. I would give it 5 stars if the wait wouldn't be so long. They need to put more people to work. read more

The food that was available was good, however with more than an hour before closing time many of the menu items were not available. Imagine driving to Pei Wei only to find out they have no sushi!! Floors dirty and sticky, and while not at all crowded, difficult to find a clean table. Sorry to be a hater, but won't be returning to this place for a while. read more

Love their sweet and sour chicken... thats basically all I eat at this place. Crab ragoons and spring rolls are good as side items.

It's not quite the traditional asian food but it's still delicious. I'll be going back.
