I purchased the lifetime wheel alignment many moons ago like a lot of the reviewers here. Made an appointment for 11:00 on 8/20/24 for an alignment. I came in at my appointment time and checked in my car I was told that there are 2 cars ahead of me I was like I had an appointment but I let it go and I was promised it will be between 1.5-2 hrs I waited on the waiting area then I got bored decided to eat lunch at the habit burger across the street and ate slow since I know I have to wait for my car . Then right after eating I came back it must have been 1.45 mins past and I see that my car was at the same spot so I watched TV in the waiting area and kept on waiting. 2.5 hrs later my car is on the same spot. So I came up to the Asian dude that checked me in for an update he told me that the guy is on break I was like WTF, so I asked for my key and just left. Why create a booking process and you guys can't deliver you guys are wasting peoples time. You guys should just close shop it will be better for the community. To the owner your employees are either incompetent, lazy or flat out are there to clock in and out and get paid with no accountability. read more

My car was leaking fluids and I took my car to Pep Boys awhile back and they charged me $700.00, to fix it, it was the coolant and it stopped leaking for awhile but started back to leaking again, I thought it was my oil leaking so I took it to Jiffy Lube, they are the one who changes my oil, I asked them to see if I had a oil leak and they said no they couldn't find any oil leak. That it was probably my coolant. I had taken my car to Pep Boys twice because the fist time they said it was fixed and I took it back because it hadn't stopped leaking so they said for sure that time that it was fixed but come to find out it wasn't and they said it was just some that was still on the container and would stop soon, but it still hasn't and is worse. So now I have to get somebody trust worthy to fix my car!! read more

I have been getting our cars serviced with Pepboys for many years in Vallejo. For so many years, my repairs and maintenance have been excellent. The Auto Representatives at the front desk who serviced us has always taken care of the problem and getting the repairs completed. They have always promptly completed the repair job in one day or a couple of hours. The manager, Greg, has always provided good service on the job. Another employee that gives excellent service is Dino who works at the front counter. The quality of service they provide goes a long way. All the employees are very helpful and resolves the problem with the vehicle. I have not had any problems with my vehicles once it is repaired from their facility. Liz T. read more

These people do not respect your time. I waited 4 hours for a simple tire rotation and alignment check (which they did not do). I was scheduled for 12pm. Even though the estimated completion time was 2pm, I had to call in around 3pm to check on the status of the work (they were not updating in their app). I let them know that if they can't be done by 4pm, I need to go because I got work. I even asked how long should I wait for a future booking for this service. They said normally 2 hours but today they had too much service to do. Regarding my car, they weren't clear about whether they started work or not. In fact, they acted like they were in the middle of the process and they wouldn't be able to complete the alignment portion of their work. However, when I got to the register, I was informed they did not touch my car (when asking for the paperwork). That's funny, someone else said they were able to rotate and only had time to visually inspect for alignment which I should come in another time to fix the alignment. Firstly, why would I come back when you guys clearly overbook and waste time? 2nd, why would I come back for any future work when you didn't respect both appointments I made including today where I waited literally 4 hours for ZERO service? I will get a 2nd opinion to see whether these folks lied to me about needing alignment. (I thought tire rotation is a good time for alignment check, not because I suspect I need actual alignment work.) I came to my car and it looked parked exactly the same so I agree with the associate who couldn't give me documentation that they absolutely did not do ANY work. This is my 2nd canceled appointment from them within this week & unfortunately they did not have the courtesy to inform me. They really rather have me carless, stuck in the plaza for the 2nd round of "whoops we overbooked." Based on this appointment, I was considering getting further service but nope, not anymore. 0 STARS if I could. By far one of the worst service place you could go to. I've taken my car here for an oil change twice and each time I've gotten my car back there was something wrong with it which led me to having to come back multiple times to get it fixed. FIRST SERVICE: came in for an oil change and got the car back where they forgot to put in the front screws to the underbody. I could hear the metal scrapping against the street as I drove. I had to come in again and get it fixed. Mistakes happen and I decided to give them a second chance. SECOND SERVICE: came in for another oil change and got the car back with the same problem AND them claiming they rotated the tires when they didn't. They forgot to put in half of my screws which then caused the underbody to hang and scrap the streets again and this time IT RIPPED. I had to wait 2 weeks for the new parts to come in and a total of 4x coming here to get everything fixed. Waste of time and energy. They always tell me that I can come by anytime and that they'll get it done in 20-30 mins but it always takes TWICE AS LONG. This is always the case and I try to call them ahead of coming so they have an advance notice but doesn't work. They NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. This place is not worth the time and energy. I would pay more money for an oil change than to have to come here again. Polite workers but POOR AND UNTHOROUGH SERVICE! read more

WORST customer service ever! The reason for 2 stars is because some prices are reasonable, other than that, as far as customer service goes, they suck! They see you as a customer coming in and don't even ask or tell you if they can be of any assistance. I get they're busy at times, but today, I walk in at 5:20pm, no one is on the waiting room (because they are closing at 6pm) which I am greeted by the first person up front at the cashier, I say hello then proceed to the Services Dept. where a Filipino guy is about to walk out with a customer and makes way for me. I'm assuming he doesn't know if I was going to wait for someone in that dept., but he didn't even bother to ask if I will need assistance and if I did that he would be right back to come help me. I didn't realize he was the only one there. When he came back after a few minutes, I asked him how long it would take to get an oil change and tires rotated (before I went off on him) and he said between an hour to an hour and a half (and that's WITH an appt.!). I told him that my daughter had her appt. rescheduled last week for today and had her appt. at 4 and the car hasn't moved since 4pm and it's already 5:20. So they're telling me that if they start on her car at 5:30, it won't be done until 6:30?!?! He then tells me that they only have 1 person working so it's taking longer. Then what's the point and why would you have only 1 person working if you have appts. as late as 4pm and a whole bunch of cars?!?!? They really need to work on their customer service in their services dept. and give true timing of how long it will take for people to get their vehicles done. It's like going to the nail shop and I hate when they say 10 min. and they have a shop full of people already seated and those still waiting to get their nails done and they say 10 min. where you end up waiting 30 min instead??? read more

Too bad Yelp wouldn't allow negative rating so one star is the nearest to zero. I set prearranged appointment to pull out tiny 1inch screw from the center of my new rear tire. Upon actual examination of my luxury Lexus hybrid SUV, their sales person inform me suddenly that they not allowed to fix this minor repair and instead he recommend new tire worth $200. Needless to say I reject this "kind" offer and drove to other local tire establishment that gladly pull out this tiny screw as my souvenir and patch this tiny hole for $20 The moral of the story never patronize PepBoys unless you don't mind to be ripped off, by greedy dishonest salesman on commission. I have never been inside of this store. It's the lack of service like this where I can see other online companies taking their business. Regardless of online shopping. There are still those people who want to get things same day. I must have spent 20minutes in the store and not one of the employees greeted me or asked me if I needed help finding anything. Before anyone thinks "if you need help you should ask" let me say this.. it's standard business practice to at least greet your patrons as they walk in. 2 employees passed me on the way to the stock room, another on the phone, and another standing near the front. And there must have been maybe me and 2 other patrons in the store. Or at least two people any given time I was in the store. No smile, or motion of body to give me an indication that they knew I was there- nothing. All I wanted was to get touch up paint for my car. I stood there for more than 5 minutes once I found the paint to research colors and when I look over to ask for help.. nothing, completely avoided any form of eye contact with me. I feel like I could have grabbed any color off the shelf, leave without paying and they still wouldn't have noticed me. Booked online appointment for 1/31 for a simple oil change service. On the appt day, got a call in the morning asking me to change the appt as they were "fully booked". They gave me 2/5 appt at 11am. I showed up on 2/5 on time and was told it was going to be 1 1/2 to 2 hours and I waited. After 2 hours of waiting, I went up to check on the status of my car and was told it would take another 2 1/2 or more!!! I could not accept this for a simple oil change service and left after wasting 2 hours of my time. I went to another place nearby who provided immediate and excellent service. Oil change done in around 15 minutes while I sitted inside the car!!! The guy I dealt with at Pep Boys was cordial and nice but it's clear to me that the location is under-staffed and not managed well. During 2 hours I waited I heard constant phone ringing with no personnel to pick up the calls. Never again. read more

Waiting 2.75 hours to have tires installed. Lost time although I had a 9 am appointment the previous day where I was misinformed by an employee that the store had not received the tires to install. Call this morning to speak with the assistant mgr. who informed me that in fact they did have the tires I ordered. First Issue I had was that I was able to schedule a 10am appointment and later got an email that my appointment was cancelled. No call, just an email. I called them and they said "oh 10am was double booked" and didn't mention rescheduling until I had. I called right when they opened and asked how long tires would take and they said 1-1.5 hours. No big deal. When i tried to confirm if they had the tires in stock the gentleman said "i have a line so I'll call you back to confirm". Never got a call back. Got in at 12pm for my appointment and it took a while to get assistance. By 12:10 They called me up to be helped and they couldn't find the tires. Then they had to have 2 other people find the tires. My final quote was $120 over my initial quote and when I asked about it he had added extra stuff that I didn't ask for. They then said 2 hours- still not a big deal. At 1:15 they called me asking me if I knew where the wheel lock key was. I told them I didn't know because we purchased the car used and I assumed The glove compartment or the trunk. They told me they couldn't find it and said they'd charge me an additional $88 plus new lug nuts ($6 each). I asked if i had a choice and they said no so i approved it because we needed the tires. I walked around and did shopping and other things to kill time. I returned at 2:15 and they told me another hour. At this point I'm pretty frustrated but left and found another way to kill time. Then at 2:45 I got a text that the car was done. I walked in and there was a handwritten sign that says "be back at 3". There's a line at the desk, mind you. I wait until 3:10 and finally someone came in to check me out. It just felt like there was no sense of urgency whatsoever from anyone in the store, including the retail side. There was also a lot of screaming between co-workers super loudly. I don't plan on returning to this store again. read more

Purchase battery online and scheduled visit. Came in on schedule and was told it was a 1.5 hour wait. 3 hours later car still parked. Another customer walked in, no appointment, purchased a battery, installed and out door in 40 minutes. Upset I went up and asked what's up. Sales person checked and pulled car in himself and went around store looking for a mechanic, grabbed a battery and took it out. They need to hire more mechanics or limit customers. read more

It truly bothers me that I have to give at least one star. I believe everybody here needs to be fired and start over with a new staff (in service of course). Whatever you do, PLEASE do not take your car here. I took my son's car in to get the brakes changed. They said they would call within two hours with an estimate. When I didn't hear from them after 3.5 hours, I called and spoke to the guy that helped us. He said he tried calling us but he must have written the number down wrong. He then proceeds to tell me that they couldn't get any of the tires off the car. I said, excuse me. He said they would need to remove and replace several wheel bearings. He said the whole thing will cost $2700. I said, excuse me. I only want brakes. He said they can't get it off. I repeated $2700 several times bc I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I told him I was on my way. When we arrived, my son was upset so he went straight to the back and told them to put his car down bc we were taking it somewhere else. I had a long discussion with the manager to determine what in the world were they talking about. He said they couldn't get the bolts off (two on the front tires-one on each side) and all of them in the back. The estimate was for breaking and replacing. You have got to be kidding me. My son just had two front tires replaced with no problem. And they also was charging for the back tires instead of telling us they needed the wheel key lock. They just gave an estimate for breaking and replacing. My son just bought the car a month ago so who doesn't ask the customer for the wheel lock?? Both my son and I were livid. I complained that they never called, for over three hours, to even tell me they couldn't get the tires off the car. The guy Jon, I believe that's his name, said he called me several times. I told him I had no missed calls plus he told me over the phone that he "wrote the number down wrong". I asked him IF he actually called, why didn't you leave a voice mail? He said he never leave voice mails. The manager George, I believe that's his name, was sitting right next to him so I asked him does that make any sense to you? The manager said this is the first I'm hearing that he doesn't leave messages for customers but I know he called you because I was standing next to him. I said you are both lying. And if you are lying about that, how do I not know you are not lying about anything else? These people are crooks! I will more than likely report them to the police. I asked for the $2700 quote they gave me over the phone and it was actually for $2500 before taxes to change his front brakes and check the back brakes!! I have included a copy of that ridiculous quote. We went to another place, Tires Direct, on Sonoma and the guy was great! He told us to bring the car in the morning and he would take care of it. The basic brakes was $350 and the premium was $410. We opted for the premium. Here's the kicker...they never called to say they couldn't get the front two tires off. They also suggested that we go back to the dealer that sold the car in order to get the wheel key lock for the back tires. He told my son once he gets the wheel key lock, he will take a look at the back brakes. Not once did he give us a ridiculous rate! Pep boys is a fraud! $2500 plus versus $410. Unbelievable!!!! Made an appointment online 10/18/20 for an oil change at 11:00 am on 10/19/20. I showed up a little early (10:20 am stood in line until 10:40 am) but only expected to be checked in. I have been a customer with this location since 2005. It is always a couple hours wait. The service manager checked me in around 10:43 am and said "it would be a couple of hours as they were busy." No problem, I expected to wait. He asked me where my vehicle was parked, and I told him "behind the shop across from the service bays." He said "no problem." So we waited outside for about 30 minutes, then because it was warm went across the street to IHOP. As we get seated by the window facing Pep Boys, I noticed a HUGE white semi truck reversing into the area where I had parked. I made the mistake of assuming that my car was in the bay. Or they would have moved my car out and parked it where the service tech could access. The point is they had my keys at this time. They did not call me to ask me if I could move my car, they did not call and say there would be a delay. So we take our time eating, and I asked if we could wait a little bit at the table as our car was across the street. About 12:45 pm we left and I walked across the street towards the back of the shop, my husband went into the store. I see my car still parked in the space I parked it! As I enter the store my husband tells me that our car is "Blocked in" and "we have to wait until the truck moves. but we are next." So I sit down in the lobby area by the window which looks into the row of service bay. I see the woman who checked right before me who with a 2002 white Honda Accord receive her car, and I am thinking great we are next. NO they pull in a Chevy HHR, and a older Toyota. At this time the Semi truck is still parked it is now 1:15 pm, so I go stand in line and the service manger is checking out the women in front of me as she is trying to explain to him that something was not explained to her when she was checking her Honda Accord. So at this time I can see Gregory is a little flustered, phones are ringing off the hook the entire time. The Assistant Manger comes in and says I will be right with you. He was returning from lunch. I remained 6ft from the counter, and I said "I don't mean to be rude but am I to understand that I have to wait until the semi truck moves to get my car serviced?" Gregory the Service Manager says "yes, I did not know they were coming." I said "well we have been here since 10:30 am it is 1:20 pm, how is that my fault?" He responds with an attitude "its not my fault either." I said "well its not my problem, I am the customer." he says "not my problem" at that point I said "if you have not started I'd like my keys so I can go some place else." As he is walking away from me he yells "good, grab'em, and go!" I was shocked, I turned to a young lady behind me I honestly asked "was I rude?" she said "NO, he is being really out of pocket." I was shocked being a manger myself that he would not even stand at the counter and speak with me in a professional manner or attempt to say sorry for the almost 3 hours delay, keep in mind my car NEVER made it to the service bay. If I would have agreed to stay they would have most likely rushed as I was upset. It would have taken an hour, and I no longer trusted my vehicle with this location. The difference is if he would have called me and said I am so sorry we have a delay I would have taken a Lyft home. The Assistant Manager did apologize, and he did try to pull my car in for service. I asked him if Gregory was the Service Manager and he confirmed. I told him I was going to take my keys, take my business some place else. I was going yelp, and contact Pep Boys corporate office. I will NEVER take my vehicle to Pep Boys, or recommend them to anyone in my person, or professional life again. I believe the Assistant Manager has been there for years, the Service Manager may be new? Or maybe an internal person was promoted? No explanation for the delay, just said " I apologize" once they started on the car it only took about 25 minutes to complete. I've had a not so pleasant experience with this store before but alas I needed my oil changed ASAP as I hated procrastinated for a month. I woke up at 6am Sunday and went online looking for an oil change place open as I found child care for my children (who wants to bring children to an oil change) Pep boys had a coupon, sweet, I book my appointment for 1pm. Arrive at pep boys at 12:55, tell Dino I'm here for my 1oclock appt for an oil change and he says " did you make the appt online" I say Yes he says " your gonna have to come back another day" I inquire as to why he states their online appt system doesn't work well.. should have been my red flag to get the hell out of there as this is the same situation unfolding before me as last time. I ask if there is anyway they can do it today, I was 3000 miles over the manufacture suggested mileage. He asks the guy standing next to him who tell me if I can leave it for 4 hours they can get me in today.. and then informs him to start calling all the appts and reschedule them... hmmm shouldn't you have done that this morning.. anyway annoyed as I was I arranged for a ride back home and waited 4 hours, tried calling to get the status but no answer. I get a ride back to Pep boys at 5pm, remember I left my car around 1pm so it's been 5 hours.. when I pull in the parking lot my car is in the same spot it was in close to black angus.. I go inside to inquire and Dino tells me "they are working on your car now" I say that's impossible cause I just walked past it, in the same spot it was in when I left it 5 hours ago coming in here. He goes and checks and tells me it's next. I walk over to Costco for 45 min and head back over to see my car being reversed off the lift, great must mean it's almost done. Head back inside to wait to pay for my 6 hour ordeal and wait another 14 min for them to call my name. They have a cute little sign that is supposed to have cards of the manager who assures you he strives for your satisfaction.. ya right. I will never come back to pep boys EVER and I hope you stay far away if this is your choice for an oil change, unless of course you have nothing better to do than wait for 6 hours Also I noticed they have my phone number on the paper was 707-707-7077 so that's not gonna yield favorable results when they call to let me know my car is done, even though I told the guy my number 4 times. read more

I did one star and that was generous. I went for a diagnostic and they quoted me $1300 to replace sensors the mass air flow and oxygen sensors. I took to dealership like I should have done in the first place. And i left Nissan paying $200. The computer needed to be updated and the throttle needed to be cleaned, it was full of carbon. Very disappointed with the attention to detail especially because I paid $89 for a full diagnostic because my check engine light was on. What a waste of time and MONEY. read more

Last week I stop by twice to see if they can service my car for an oil change but they said their were so back up and very busy if I can come back which I did few days after and still busy so they recommended to have an appt. today 05/07/18 @ 9:00am but I decided to come in half an hour early thinking they can start the paperworks and other info they might need for an oil change; free tire rotation and I mentioned my car making a small sound of squeaky noise when I start in the morning "sometimes" and my car is shaking when it hit 30+mph or in the freeway they recommended the following: 1). conventional oil change (mileage in my car was 65,238). 2). Belt Squeal Evaluation for a small squeaky noise. 3). Streering Susp Evaluation for the shaking. They suggest either to leave the car and drop me off or I can wait but it will take 2 to 3 hrs. I said I can't stay 2 to 3 hrs. if they can just do the oil change and rotation and I can come back for the evaluations for the next appt. because I need to be somewhere; he kept insisting about the evaluation which I stated from the very beginning I'll just come back for the next appt. I can't do it today I need to be somewhere just do the change oil and rotation but they did it anyway and I was waiting for 3hrs. my car was just sitting and they told me they found a crack on the right side behind of the bearing and it's too dangerous to drive which I didn't see that coming as a problem. When I left from PepBoys and start driving my car I've noticed the driver side the back side was making a loud squeaky sounds while I'm driving which I don't have this problem before and it's making a very loud squeaky sound and the wheel are much shaking it got worsen after they put all the parts back. I'm not satisfied at all what it happened to my car.????? I called today and tried to ask for Chris they told me ask for Ryan John his a service manager; but I was told yesterday and spoke to Chris M. if I need to make an appt. or have "concerns" call Chris.! read more

I got a new set of tires here for my wife's car, a few months back. At the time, I was excited for the great deal, and the fact that they were able to start working on my car immediately (it was about 10 AM, when most tire shops are booked up). For this fact, I've given a half star. It all went downhill once I came back to get my car. I had gotten a call that it was all finished up. I fell in line to pay up and get my key back, wondering why they had gotten such poor reviews on Yelp. I was fourth in line, with one person working the front of the garage. It took closer to an hour for me to go from fourth to first in line; an hour of my car, sitting, ready to be picked up. An hour of the phone constantly ringing, the customer service rep taking each call. An hour of his going back into the garage to reappear mysteriously 5 min later. Now I understood the reviews. Never again, I told myself. Two months later, it's time to do some vehicle maintenance. I come back here to take advantage of the complimentary tire rotation, thinking that maybe this time, the service will be different. I get the car dropped off, am given a time to come back. I return 15 minutes early, just in case they've finished up. I have no problem waiting if I'm early. I peek into the garage through the waiting room, seeing my car lifted up, attended to every 10 minutes or so. 45 minutes later, I decide to fall in line to ask about my car. By this point, I hadn't seen anyone touch my car for a good 10 minutes. On top of this, the attendant who was working the front desk (the line was not mounting up) was hiding in the garage, and decided to pull up a woman's car to get her some air for her tires...behind my car, making my already long wait, even longer! 45 minutes after my car was supposed to be finished, I finally get to talk to the person working the lines. Another 10 minutes, and I drive off with my car. Yes it's affordable. Is it worth it? Not anymore. read more

I've only patronized this place when it's time for my oil change. Yay for coupons! Everyone that I've dealt with have been friendly and helpful. They had suggested that I get my cabin air filter changed & that's something I've never done, so I agreed. They even provided a coupon for me then as well. I'm a sucker for saving money somewhere. This for the public to know that Pep Boys is the worst customer service and place to have your car worked on. Took our car three times for the same problem. When you take the car in they indicate to call you once they diagnose your car. Forget it. You call and no one answers the phone. They leave the phone ring and ring so you have to go to Pep Boys to find out what is happening. The two big major mistakes were: They broke one of the censers. Left it like that. The final bad mistake was the power steering pressure hose fitting was loose and not tightened properly. It almost caused my husband to have a accident. All the power steering fluid came out on the freeway and he lost use of the brakes and the steering wheel went hard.!!! Very very bad!! I don't even want to give a one . Zero is what Pep Boys deserves. I want to update the situation with my car. Went and spoke with the Mgr Chris. He was very helpful with a lot of patience, understanding and listened to our problem. He understood and apologized for what happened . The Mgr Chris returned some costs to us. I do have to say speaking to the Mgr Chris made the situation less stressful. read more

How does a regular oil change take 3 hours?!?! I dropped it off at 7:30 AM with an appointment at 8:00 AM and it's 11:00 and they still aren't done with my van. I asked when I dropped it off how long it would take and he told me an hour. I asked how much longer it would take at 10:00 and the guy at the counter said that someone was working on it and it should take too much longer. I looked through the window and there's no one working on it and it's still in the same spot it was 2 hours ago. This is just horrible.... why make an appointment for a quick oil change when it's going to take them forever to do it? I don't think anyone should go here unless you have a lot of time to kill. read more

Had new tires shipped to their location. Installation said would be done with in 2 hours. Right on time. Didn't even have a scheduled appointment. Installation fee including balancing only came up to $80. Checked other competitor prices and were higher. Very happy read more

Took my car in for an oil change, made an appointment for 12 they said it would take an hour and a half. well around 1:40 when I requested an update they still hadn't started and asked for another 45 minutes. I got my keys back and left. Unfortunately they were still sticking to an hour and a half for people still dropping their cars off. read more

Attempted to go here last year for an oil change, had an appointment scheduled, but when I went in they said it could not be done yet, they had no room in their oil tank. It would've been nice to have gotten a call or message before hand. Today, I had another appointment scheduled for an oil change, set for 10:00. Only one service advisor checking people in, waited ten minutes to talk to him. Was told to come up to the counter and he would be with me in a moment. Another service advisor came in and helped the next customer, still took a few more minutes to be helped. There were at least four appointments with the same scheduled time and I had overheard that they had a lot of brake jobs, so I inquired about the wait time and was told it would be an hour and a half. For a scheduled oil change. I will not be giving them my business, this was a good reminder why I haven't been there in years. read more

My experience with him was extremely professional and I was above and beyond pleased with the overall service. I got a new battery and an oil change on 12/13/2017. I hate leaving reviews on yelp because I have such a busy schedule, but this experience was more than deserving. (very out of the way). they rudely & unapologetically just said they were all booked in a dismissive fashion. Had an appointment but it still took them 3 hours just for an oil change. The staff that was there at that time looks like a beginner too. It was too late but I wanted to cancel the transaction. On the waiting lounge there are a lot of flies too and it was really hot inside, it feels like the AC is not working. I received a survey after, I hope they will read what I wrote there. They do not honor online appointments if you make them on the same day. What is the point of having same day online appointments accessible? This policy was not written anywhere on their site. If you come in as a walk in, you are the last priority. This means as long as people are walking in for their appointments, you're last. This means you could wait the whole day. There is no efficient system for pleasing walk in people. I attempted to make an appointment for the next day (which they showed as available online) but in person they said they were booked up until the next week. Very disappointed!
