First let me say that I've been a repeat customer for many years ordering pizza to go. So I called…read morefor two pies one sausage, one 1/2 with light sauce and the other half with sausage. They said 20 - 25 minutes until it would be ready which usually takes me that long to get there. So once I arrive they make you pay for the pizzas and said they will check to see if it was done. Three girls were there two giving take out orders and one hostess. They all repeatedly kept going in the back and coming out saying "A few more minutes" After 20 minutes I asked for a refund and said I didn't want the pies. Apparently if you complain they have to get the manager. Well the manager comes over and said he's going to check the back once again to see how much longer. He walks out about 2 minutes later with the pies. He then said "Oh sorry they forgot to put the order in" Which none of the girls informed me of the entire time I was there. Honestly I was mad because I've been a customer for years and that's how they treat their valued customers?? Not good! When I get home I opened up my pies and the 1/2 with light sauce and the other half with sausage was correct. But the second pie was all MUSHROOMS, not sausage like I ordered. Honestly I think the way they handled it was BAD! Shows they DO NOT VALUE their repeat customers and have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager kept saying "It was a mistake they forgot to put in the order!" Well next time I'll forget their phone number and ORDER ELSEWHERE where they value their customers!!!

The key is that the sauce is sweet, which makes it unique from other Italian spots. You're either going to enjoy it, or you may prefer a more traditional approach. A small pie has about 6 slices which makes it great to share. Staff was friendly and helped us narrow down our final order! Would definetely come again and try another pie

The bread that they make in house is pretty impressive. I just wish the filling was not so wet. Makes it almost impossible to pick up and eat as a wrap at times and sometimes the chicken is over cooked. Average 7/10. The homemade chips are killer, I'm addicted. The salads are great! I love the different options that they have and they also have "create your own" salad. Just a few adjustments and again, small details, could make it even better. Some of the the veggies especially the onions are way too big, would be way better thinly sliced. The burgers are epic. Always do see if you ask for medium you'll get medium!! They are so juicy and the brioche bun they use is not for the park. Perfectly chewy on the outside holds the burger together well and keeps the juices on the burger and not your clothes!! Unbelievably good!! Rates 11/10. The homemade bread bowls should be illegal. They're so good but not for those who are counting calories, and that Rates 9/10. Any pizza you order from here will not disappoint. The crust is always crispy and they have a huge selection of different pizza styles and toppings. The Hawaiian is my favorite tied with "the works" slice for #1. But they're all equally good. Rates 10/10

So we came with low expectations, but left with a satisfied experience. I love thin crust pizza, and Angelina's nailed it with their dough making. All the bread was delicious. The gelatos were so fresh and creamy. What gives them a 5 star for us: all the drinks were excellent (love their Negronis) and the dishes were well seasoned. It was a crowded night but we got a table with no reservations after a 10 min wait on a Saturday night. High ceilings and open layout, the place felt spacious and outdoorsy.

Initially, wood fired pizza was my draw here and the server mentioned that 12" sizes are available despite not listed on the menu. Thankfully, another server saw me waiting and waiting to place my order. Only 2 servers and the place was surprisingly busy so service was lacking in addition to the disappointing execution of my meal. I played it safe, I thought, and ordered the mixed veggie salad with salmon. The salad was a pathetic array of about 6 Boston lettuce leaves and then an inordinate amount of sloppily sliced red onions, way too many capers, and drowned in a tasteless vinegarette all served on a huge platter. Maybe a nice place to grab a happy hour drink ...but too much competition for food in the area to dine here.

Would I recommend it? Yes. Is it worth seeing once? Also yes. It has that big, theatrical, old-school deli energy where the portions are part of the show. That said, I'm not in the camp that every good restaurant is automatically a five-star spot. When everything is a five, it gets harder to separate the truly elite places, the hometown heroes, and the restaurants worth planning a trip around. Harold's lands for me as a very solid three-point-something, graciously rounded to four because they have a Marine Corps flag hung in reception. The food was good, the portions were whatever you make it, and the whole place has novelty value without feeling like a total gimmick. The sandwiches are large enough to satisfy a hungry, medium-sized guy without completely defeating him. And honestly, on a menu full of meat, my favorite thing may have been the healthy pickled salad/pickle bar situation -- bright, crunchy, and a great counterbalance to the heavier deli classics. My biggest knock was the service atmosphere. There seemed to be an army of staff, but not much interaction beyond their phones. Maybe I caught it at an off time, and maybe the place comes alive when it's packed, but that kept the experience from feeling warmer or more special. Overall: fun stop, good food, convenient location, and worth doing if you're passing through. Memorable four.
