As far as the food, it was not my top Italian choice in the area, especially when factoring in price. I felt the food was not as flavorful as some of the competitors nearby, especially the appetizers.

The white pizza was good but again, a bit dry. I would have liked more ricotta all over under the mozzarella. It also just didn't have much oil, which I understand is a preference. I know some people who blot their pizza to get some grease off, I'm not one of those people. In fact, I once went to a pizzeria where they give you flavored oil with your pizza to enhance it, those are my people. I saved the best for last- the vodka margherita. The vodka sauce had a good flavor and there was a good amount, the fresh mozzarella paired nicely. Other favorites of the night were the bruschetta, shrimp fra diavolo, and salmon. It's amazing how different food can be when you have ownership that truly cares about the sourcing of ingredients.
