From our salad which seemed to taste even better served in the old school "wood" salad bowls.. very well balanced side salads with a delicious honey mustard dressing--and I'm a dressing connoisseur lol. I ordered penne vodka with chicken and it was really tasty. Al dente and the sauce was just the right amount and delicious. My husband really enjoyed his pesto penne and my MIL loved her salmon dish over a bed of spinach. Dusals will be on our radar when we're in the area.

Super friendly staff, large selection of premade pizzas by the slice. Perfect for a grab and go. Likely the worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant…read more I ordered directly through Frankie Fed's website using its "Start Order" option, which directed me to the restaurant's own ordering app. I placed the order at 1:48 p.m., and the estimated delivery time was about one hour. As soon as my card was charged, however, the delivery estimate changed to 3:48 p.m.--a two-hour wait that was not disclosed until after payment. I immediately called the restaurant to cancel, but they told me I needed to deal with the app. The app first routed me through an AI chatbot that could not handle the issue, and it took several minutes to reach a live representative. That representative then told me I needed to contact the restaurant. When I explained that the restaurant had already directed me to the app, I was told this was a "self-delivery" order, meaning the restaurant itself was responsible for delivering it. I called the restaurant again and was told the order had already been prepared. Rather than wait nearly two hours, I drove there and picked it up myself--after already paying a 15% delivery tip. When I arrived, I explained how frustrated I was and asked them to do something to make the situation right. Their idea of compensation was to give me two small round cutouts from what appeared to be leftover cake--not even an item on the menu. Rather than making things right, it felt like insult added to injury. To make matters worse, the food was terrible. The pizza appeared to have been sitting for close to an hour by the time I received it. I used to enjoy Frankie Fed's, but after spending nearly $100, being sent back and forth between the restaurant and its own app, paying for delivery I never received, and seeing such a poor effort to resolve the situation, I will not patronize them again. There are better restaurants in the area that are more professionally run and value their customers. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Looking at them side-by-side, it honestly feels like two different people made these sandwiches. ​The chicken vodka parm was great--well-made, flavorful, and properly filled. The meatball parm, however, was completely unacceptable. The food itself didn't taste bad, but the meatball hero was practically empty, leaving us with mostly bread and sauce. ​If the consistency matched the quality of the chicken sandwich, this would easily be a 5-star review, but paying for a hero that is missing the actual filling is incredibly disappointing. Hoping this was just an off night for whoever was on the line.
