I can't even think about where to begin with this 1 star review. I am shocked at the number of mistakes and the amount of unprofessionalism I found with interactions with this company. Originally, I reached out on a Sunday requesting service for my fridge for that Wednesday. Over Yelp we agreed on Wednesday. Then on Monday around noon, while I'm at work, my phone starts blowing up with calls from this company telling me that they are at my apartment for the fridge service. I told them that we had it scheduled for Wednesday, then they apologized for the mistake. Then, Wednesday finally comes. We had scheduled a 9-11 window, so I patiently waited at home for the technician to arrive. I continue waiting until 2pm and the technician still hasn't showed up. I reach out to the company and they apologize and say that the technician is having car issues. A call about the delay would have been appreciated. Finally, Wednesday evening, the technician, Alexi, finally arrives at my place. He was nice and looked over my fridge and said that he would have to order a part to resolve the issue. He said that he would put in the order and call me back the next day with an update on the order. 3 days go by, and I haven't heard anything, so I call in and ask for the status. They say that the order has been placed for the part, but have no delivery status for the order. They told me that they would call back in a couple days with a status update. 1 week goes by, and again I hear nothing. I reach out to the company and ask for an update, and they say that they need to speak with a technician for an update, then they would call me back. ANOTHER week goes by, and again I hear nothing. I reach out ask for a status update, and express my annoyance about not getting any calls back. The company company apologizes again and promises to call back next time. This shuffle of getting promised to get a callback, and not hearing back happens for another week or two, and I was about to call it quits, but then they tell me that they have the part. I schedule a time slot for a Saturday, and AGAIN the technician does not show up. I call the company and they say that they apologize, and that the technician they sent to my home was actually just fired, and that they wanted him to "finish this last job." Sending a fired employee to service my fridge? Seriously? I was done. I requested a refund (which itself was a pain in the ass that I won't get into)... I'm just over this company, and I hope by documenting this, I can spare someone else the weeks of struggle I ran into. read more

I needed a repair a while back for a tankless water heater. The customer support was without a doubt attentive and helpful to talk with, but it stops there. After having shown beforehand and making it clear that it was a tankless water heater they would have to work repair and work on. It was not until after having to pay for a diagnostic report that i was told that they don't even work on tankless water heaters. The guy arrived on time and easily figured out what was wrong and fixed it. Yay! But when he left, we received an invoice stating that the cost was actually $220 for the repair. It wasn't transparent that the service fees would be so steep and I left feeling happy that the dishwasher was fixed but really annoyed that it cost so much. Had we known the costs earlier, we wouldn't have booked. He should have at least let us know what the costs would be before he continued too... On Christmas eve, our dishwasher started making a burning sound. It had been leaking for about a week prior. I tried several repair shops to see who could come out and I accidentally booked two appointments with two different companies. The first came and spent about 2 hours trying to fix it and decided the control board was malfunctioning and we'd need a new dishwasher. Max from Perfect Appliance Repair showed up next and was able to get it fixed in about 30 minutes. He was great about wearing his mask, he worked quickly and wasn't afraid to get all the way under the machine to test everything. He found the sensor that was malfunctioning and cleaned it and now it is working great! He gave us a 3 month warranty on his work. I only learned of these failures from my tenant. I thought the repairs had been completed and I was expecting to receive a bill. Now I need a new appliance company and cabinet repair company to fix the washer/dryer and damaged cabinet. No response received so far from Perfect Appliance Repair to my complaints. I called at 4 pm and Dereck and Danny were able to stop by at the end of their work day and fix my frig! I had removed the freezer drawer to clean it out and then couldn't get it to go back in. They had to remove some of the brackets, etc, so it wasn't an obvious fix but they stuck with it and tested every part until everything opened and closed properly. Derrick and Danny arrived early and explained the problem with my refrigerator and we walked through the troubleshooting they did together. In my case, the compressor seemed to be working fine (via the ohm resistance test) and the control voltage was being sent properly from the motherboard (via multimeter test on the wires coming from the motherboard) so the hypothesis was that the inverter board was toasted. This was consistent with the yellow (burned?) discoloration on the inverter box. We discussed me replacing the part myself and they were very sensitive to making sure that I was getting the best part for the best price, even searching for prices with me on Google. They replaced the inverter and the fridge works now! I couldn't be happier with the service. read more

He was on time, explained the cause of the problem with our oven (it was not holding a constant temperature), what it would require to repair, and estimated cost.
