My friend went to get her gel removal and the worker filed her nail down until there was a hole. She had to go to urgent care and the wound is still there. Terrible service, do not come here

went in for a $35 manicure, super happy with the results! lots of staff members! I was in a quiet mood so I primarily had my focus on the news channel that was on, but I was really impressed with how quick and simple the process was (this is only my second time getting my nails done, first time at this location!) will definitely be returning again for my next gel manicure

    gorgeous holographic options!

We walked in and were given a 30 minute window to come back for 2 pedicures and manicure. I like the cleanliness of the pedicures with the plastic liners in the basins and autoclave materials. The ladies were nice and professional and did a great job on our nails. My mom also had waxing done and was pleased with the results.

I just got my nails done, finished at 1:45 and it's 6:18 there's were air bubbles and now the nail polish peeled off....

Haven't gotten my nails done for almost half a year and decided to get acrylics again just cause the new year new me vibe. I usually go to the downstairs one but they had such a long line I came to the upstairs one. The lady who did my nails was pretty fast at applying the nails and doing the powder thing but when she got to the gel polish part I think that's when I started to get a little upset. The color turned out fine but there were air bubbles between the 2 layers of polish and I didn't notice until I left. And it wasn't just on one nail it was on 4 out of 10 nails that ended up peeling off after 5hrs of getting them done. I don't know how that happened but I know it's Not supposed to be like that. I called to get it fixed and was told I can go any time to get it fixed, went and was told I had to come another day cause she was busy and has other people waiting in line. So I had to come the following day to get it fixed. Only nice thing about it was the lady, Not my nails.

I am not impressed with their pedicure skills

The first time I went there for a pedicure it was ok. The nail polish was a little sloppy and some toes had bubbles on the nail polish. In desperation I went a second time and it was worse. The person finished my pedicure in 15-20 minutes and did a a terrible job. I did a play on a french manicure with purple polish and white tips. It's sloppy, uneven and people are better off doing it themselves than going here.

Honestly y'all, this place may have bad reviews but I came in for a full set of holographic nails last night and they did a perfect job. First of all, I called like six other salons and none of them had holographic or chrome options. I was kinda frustrated but I walked into perfect fingers just out of curiosity and they had a bunch of different colors and styles to choose from and seated me right away! I've been to salons with four star ratings here in San Francisco that could not compete with Ivonne. The shape, color and style are perfect and it was only $60 for a full acrylic set with holographic gel (usually $75-80 anywhere else). I'm very happy with my experience

To be honest, i come here for the convenience. Also, it is right next to Regis where i get my hair done and Hollywood Eyebrow where i get my eyebrows threaded too so i'm really just lazy as Sh*t. I have no shame. I usually come every other week for a new set or a fill. Love the colors they have for gel and i never leave with my nails less than perfect. (I tip pretty well, too.) Sorry for the folks who have left here with bad experiences. Can't say the establishment is clean as they should be. I've definitely been to high end nail salons with floors so clean you can eat off of. At the end of the day you cant expect much from something inside a mall. $35 for a full set with regular polish, $10 more if you want gel/shellac.

I asked for almond nails, but they gave me stiletto nails.

My friend and I planned a spontaneous shopping trip together and she wanted to get her nails done. She wanted me to get my nails done as well so I wouldn't have to wait around for her to finish and I agreed to since it's been at least 2 years since I've gotten my nails done. Arriving to the store in Stonestown, it was pretty busy at the time, but they still sat us down within the first 5-10 minutes after telling the nail technicians what we wanted. One of the ladies said that my friend and I would be able to sit next to each other, but we sat at different rows due to the availability of technicians at the time. I didn't mind, but meh. Anyways, I told the technician that I wanted almond nails and she agreed to do them. She first matched the fake nails to my real nails, then later applied pink acrylic to the top so that she could put the gel polish color that I wanted. Originally, I just wanted regular nail polish, but she insisted I get gel polish since it lasts a bit longer. I found this color that I really liked, which is a grayish taupe color. While she was filing down my nails, I think she forgot that I wanted almond nails and she just gave me stiletto nails. At first, I didn't notice but when I started to look at my nails, they looked like claws. There's only 1 out of 10 fingers that look like an almond shape.. Everything else just looks like a stiletto. Later on when it was time to put some some oil on my nails, she accidentally dropped the nail polish top onto the ground and proceeded to put the nail polish together and put it away. I think she should have at least washed it off before putting the top back on. That's unsanitary. So after I was finished getting my nails done, the total came out to be $45 + $5-6 tip. I felt like they rushed my nails because 1. the nail polish was not even on some of my nails, 2. the nail technician didn't even paint some of the sides of my nails, 3. THERE'S A PIECE OF BLACK FUZZ ENCAPSULATED WITHIN MY NAIL. The nail technician was nice, but I don't think I'll be coming back here to get my nails done.

Went there for a French manicure. On sign it says 25 Dollars. I said I want a FRENCH MANICURE. I never had ome before. At the end I was charged 40 dollars. I told them that I asked for French manicure and they gentleman said I got gel and French. That's completely incorrect. I barely gave a tip. The lady doing it was nice. But I domt like how I was charged like that. The guy said he should've charged me 45 because I didn't wait in line. Uhh yes I did. I waited 15 min for my turn. He acted like he was giving me a discount and doing me a favor. You were not doing me a favor. French manicure job ok.

Bellow a star, if you want to get long acrylic nails run so far from this place. they can't shape them right at all and loaded up acrylic on the nail it looked like i had batteries on top. I had to ask them to file 3 times to get the shape you can see in the pictures. i asked for a french tip and the lines were so uneven and they stained my nails light pink with the top coat. I ended up bleeding because they put so much acrylic that it got all over my fingers and they peeled it off which cut open my skin. Don't even get my started with the french tip they did on my toes it was just a crooked thin line. I forget the name of the lady that did my fingers but it started with an S. Left crying and paid full price.

Always get my lash extensions here by Linda. She works pretty quickly too, so it never takes too much time. My lashes usually last 3-4 weeks, which is great!

Overall, this was a traumatic experience marked by poor communication, lack of consideration , and…read moremost importantly a lack of knowledge about how to handle eye irritation and burning. I booked a last-minute lash extension appointment with Princess Lash and specifically requested a 1 to 1 lash application because I wanted a very natural look. Toward the end of the appointment, my right eye started burning intensely. The technician responded by placing a small fan in front of my eye, assuming that cool air would help. Instead, it made the burning worse so I asked her to stop. I told her that something, possibly the product they used, must have gotten into my eye. She insisted that nothing had and continued suggesting the fan, which I refused since it was clearly not helping. She kept saying my eye looked normal and that she hadn't done anything wrong, but that wasn't the point, my eye was burning, and it was very real. She then offered to remove the lashes, which I declined, not because I wanted to keep them, but because removing them would involve using more products, and I didn't want to risk further irritation. Because we were not able to communicate effectively, she called her boss. I explained the situation, but the response was defensive, he emphasized their years of experience and said this had never happened before. Again, that missed the point: my eye was burning, and something clearly caused it. At that point, I decided to pay for the service and go see an eye doctor. The next day, I saw my doctor. The burning had decreased but was still present. The exam came back normal, but she confirmed that this probably caused by something that came into contact with my eye. She also explained that using a fan in this situation is actually a poor decision, as it dries the eye and can make irritation worse. It's a terrible decision. Additionally, she said that not removing the lashes was the right call, as it could have further aggravated the eye. Overall, I believe technicians should be better trained on how to handle situations like this. It's critical. As the lashes began to fall out (as expected), I also noticed that not all of them were 1:1 as requested--some were double lashes. I will say that the final result did look natural and beautiful. However, considering the entire experience, I cannot recommend this place. This was too much stressful.
