Pricing Breakdown: $63 for fill in $52 gel pedicure Insane pricing for a fill in and one broken nail. I was definitely upcharged & I didn't even get a massage during my pedicure she attempted to rub my legs at the end once putting oil on. The nail design is very mid I asked for something else but it wasn't executed properly so I compromised for this. I will not be coming back here as I truly have never paid $63 bucks for a fill in + one broken nail. Usually a full set would be $70 + with design. Not to mention upon arrival she made me feel as if I could not get a fill in because the powder color I had already they didnt carry. We ended up using their powder anyways because I was trying to save money and not pay for a full set. I guess I ended up paying for one anyways. I'd stay away if I were you smh. My sister walked in today and asked for a black nailing, the lady rude to her and tried to "correct " her accent, but absolutely not in a nice way! At the same time, the lady done an absolutely ugly and awful just a simple pure color short nails! Finally , my sister paid $30 plus $10 tips, plus raining mood! Don't come. I made an appointment last week on Monday for Tuesday evening , came in 15 minutes before my appointment and the lady didn't even look at me before she told me she didn't have time for me and to come back tomorrow. She didn't take any of my information down or anything. Was a complete waste of time and it completely ruined my evening as I was excited for this appointment. The design I wanted was anything crazy either; a French tip with a small design on two fingers. As for the overall environment; as a lot of other reviews mention, it is pretty small, cramped and definitely kind of suffocating. I was only in the shop for about a minute but they keep the door shut and the space is so small there isn't any windows other than the ones in the front available to be open to let in air circulation. There's about 2 chairs for manicures and 3 pedicure seats that's are cramped together It looked like there were maybe 2 people working? Overall I would just skip this shop entirely and find another nail salon worth your money. If i could give it 0 stars I would. read more

I recommend calling first and booking an appointment, they will be brutally honest on the wait time (some people don't like that) and let you know when is a better time to come. I decided to give this place a try since it was recommended. I called and made an appointment for the following day at 12:30pm. I arrived a few mins before and to my surprise the small tiny hole in the wall was packed. I said "I'm here for my 12:30 appointment and she said "ok sit down" I stepped outside since there was no where to sit 10 mins later I walked back in and asked what time someone would be available. One of the nail techs looked at me and said nothing. At this point I decided to leave. Appointments at this place don't mean anything. Lien is lit! Stumbled upon this little shop when our original salon was closed *on vacay* when we desperately needed help. When we arrived, Lien and another woman opened us with open arms. Lien asked us what we liked? A full set and a fill please but I love colored acrylic *no polish*. She pointed out her colored acrylics, nicely displayed and handed me her nail designs. I showed her an example of what I wanted and she perfectly excuted the idea. For my daughter, it was a little tricky. Trying to cover up already layered on dark colored acrylic powder was a tough one. Not once did Lien sweat it though through the process. She managed to cover up the colors with the colors my daughter wanted and was even able to add a little something to it to make it her own. *Not only did Lien perfect our nails but she also made sure to trim our cuticles and gave us a nice hot towel! I usually don't review nail salons but my usual spot is always busy and I was going last minute so I went here there was parking.... I originally went for a gel mani pedi. 72 reg price. 1st red flag was when the lady filled up the water it was cold not even like warm. She didn't let any waiter out just added hot water to make it warm. Next she was very rough with her tools. She cut my big toe and I told her it hurt she didn't scrub my feet good just went over it with the buffer block piece. Literally about 15 seconds on each foot I let them know I didn't want a manicure anymore. I didn't get any massage that come with a pedicure every where else. Which was disappointing. Before she started to paint my toes I looked over them and asked her to make the nail straight cause it looked like it eas going up a hill. lol She looked annoyed and acted like she didn't know what I was saying I almost just did it myself. I have been looking for a new nail tech/salon and I decided to try this place since it's close to home. Terrible mistake!!! I noticed after leaving this salon that there was a pinkish look under layer visible. I keep looking at it and realize the nail tech over drilled my nail bed. This has never happened to me before until I came here. I am a bit traumatized now and will not be getting acrylics for a while thanks to this lady who I believe is Lien. Me and my grandma have definitely found our go to spot and it's Pink Passion ! Everyone is so friendly & prices are affordable! Lien understands any assignment, I show her inspo pics she test the colors and makes sure I like it before anything. Inexpensive Manicure, the manicurist cut my nails and cuticles nicely but tried to upsell me on the gel. When it came time to dry my nails she only had a tiny fan and kept asking if I was okay...it felt like she wanted me to leave and when I said "I just don't want them to smudge" and pointed to a tiny smudge on one of my nails already she said that regular manicures are like that. To me, they don't have the proper equipment to dry regular manicures so if you are going here I would get a gel. read more

The gel polish already started lifting off after 1 day which was a MAJOR disappointment. I clearly was not paying attention and overtipped because once I walked outside and looked at my nails I was shocked to see that there were lumps on polish at the tips of my nails and that it was just so messy.
