Beware!! I regret coming here so much...I'll post more photos but want to warn everyone as soon as possible. All my dry cleaning came back with fur and scuff marks, and even random sparkles! I've never had clothes come back *dirtier* than when I brought them in. The worst thing though is that they ruined my expensive jeans. For the hem on one, they used completely different colored yarn (see photo). For my other pants, they said they could fix a hole with a patch -- wish they would just be honest and say it's not something they can do, look at the photo to see their "fix". Just very disappointed and unhappy with spending over $80 for dirty and ruined clothes. read more

I left 2pr jeans hems only. I pair hem uneven One dress to be altered. Altering was NOT done properly still have the gap at upper sides Young seamstress even pinned what needed to be done!! A Top cut & hemmed to short! It's not even wearable now!! I left these clothes off on a Wed with pick up no later than Mon. I explained all that I need to have done. If items could be ready sooner as I'm going on vacation. She said ok. Items were finished in a hurry this am. I'm extremely dissatisfied!! I have never had such poor alterations from this store. I took my wedding dress there to get altered and compared to other places, Perfect Fit had the most reasonable price and I felt the most comfortable and trusted that Roula would take great care of my dress! Goes straight to business but service is rushed & not very attentive. Made sure to specify I wanted a blazer made to fit/match measurements for a Size 38. Insisted that they eye it & I could always come back. Luckily I noticed a pin that was left inside poking me in the shoulder; Ended up having to come back because they forgot the other shoulder pad. Blazer still didn't fit like a 38 blazer I had, so I had to come back 1-2 times after that. They were a bit surprised/annoyed but I was annoyed too because I thought Size 38 would be specific enough so I did not have to come back & risk paying for additional alterations & was given the impression it was no big deal to do so. read more

The tailoring is great but getting help is hard. I tried to pick up my pants on a Friday before I left for a trip. They let me know that it wouldn't be ready until 6:30 and I had gotten there at five. I stated I would come back and pick them up at a later time after my trip, I came on Sunday when I came back from my trip. I arrived at the location at 11:15 because it stated that they open at 11 online and I waited there for an additional 15 minutes until 11:30 and no one came to open shop still so I left. Don't understand why it was so hard to just pick up my pants that they said would be ready Friday. read more

LIFE SAVER! I needed a uniform shirt "un-tailored" due to a previous tailor making the uniform too tight. I went in on Sunday and had it back Monday for this week and the fit is perfect. I highly recommend this dress shop! I needed alterations on a wedding dress that I purchased last minute that was way too big. They were able to alter the dress and it fits like an absolute dream. They were very kind, and very fast. My first dress fitting only lasted about 15-20 minutes. She pinned my dress where it needed to be tailored and discussed the changes with me. I came in about a week or so later for a fitting. Everything fit perfectly and I was able to take my dress home that same day. I am so happy I trusted them with my dress. Their alterations are also reasonably priced. I previously went to David's bridal for the first wedding dress I purchased, and while they were great, the price was a little steep for the work I was getting done. Brought in my jeans to bring in the waist. Was so excited when I found them they just needed to be taken in a bit at the waist. They told me they could do it "no problem". The first time I picked up (which was later than original date they promised) they gave me misaligned jeans that looked horrible and were obviously done poorly (looked even worse when wearing). They took it back saying they could fix it. Second pick up the jeans were still misaligned and uneven I had to pickup again. They shipped it to a different location 30 minutes away and the jeans were still misaligned. After three extra visits they just gave me a refund. Do not bring jeans here. read more

I saw bad reviews here, but I thought they can't mess up simple hemming, and it was conveniently located near Target, so I decided to bring my jeans here. Well, I was wrong. I just picked up my pair of jeans from this place, and I see a couple of fabric damages/holes they made as they sewed. The left hem was sewed okay (except for the damages they made on the fabric), but the right side is a mess. The finishing is very messy, and the color of the thread doesn't even match left and right. Got a seatbelt-style leather Prada belt that needed to be resized/cut but didn't know where to go so I looked to Yelp and put in a general inquiry. Perfect Studio was the second response I received on I believe a Friday night and the only business that quoted me an actual price, instead of giving me the run around to bring it in before getting a quote, even though I sent pictures of the belt. Really disappointed with our experience. My wife brought in her dress which was too long. The dress touches the floor even with heels. She informed Pearla all she wanted was for her toes to show a little bit, like have the toes peeking. Well, whoever worked on my wife's dress did a really bad job. They cut so much on the left side and the right side is at a longer length. The picture speaks for itself. The back of the dress is ok but man, you cannot ignore how the length looks like on the front. When my wife walks, so much of her left foot shows compared to the right. Pearla, (sorry if I misspelled your name) was very helpful, understanding, and apologetic. She clearly saw how uneven the dress is and tried to make it right. The only good thing about this experience was her customer service. I don't believe my wife will be returning. We needed this dress for upcoming wedding and now my wife has to buy another dress and get it altered somewhere else. read more
