If I could give this institution zero stars, trust me, I would. I brought a bridesmaids dress in to get a hem, and it brought in a little bit. While picking up the dress they had lost my white garment bag and I had noticed three large stains on the left side of the dress. While asking if they could remove the stains the lady in the front acted annoyed as if I placed those stains there myself. I went back today to go grab the dress hoping the stains were taken out. I get to the hunting beach location and to my surprise it is gone. I was left waiting for 10 minutes wondering where my dress would have gone. I then got told that my dress was at the Costa Mesa location. I asked when the dress could be brought to me. Instead I was told I would have to drive out of my way to the Costa Mesa location. When I arrived at the Costa Mesa location my dress was there. I had asked for a full refund on the $90 dollars I had spent on the alterations. Instead I was offered $5 off my next purchase with them. After asking again I was giving a $20 bill for my inconvenience. I should have been given my full $90 back for the loss of my garment bag ($20), stain of my ($270) dress and my 20 minutes of driving out of my way. Trust me I get it mistakes are made but own up to it and treat your "costumers" with care or you won't have many left. read more
