What can can I say about this place warm friendly prices are great and clean yes very clean. Parking is great right in front of your lucky but there is a huge park n lot across the street. If your looking for a peaceful relaxation session you will not get it here. Everyone talks and laughs they all are having a good time just getting their nails done. So I would recommend a spa if you want no noise just being honest I was on the phone with my boyfriend for a minute and he said wow it's loud in there didn't you go there to relax I said no they do a great job doing nails that's all I was liking for and you can not beat the prices make sure to call and make an appointment because they book fast. I have been going to Lili & Nicky at Perfect Nails for a few years now and found they are the best. Maybe there are fancier shops but the level of service and care you get here is outstanding. In the past when I went to other shops my nails quickly became thin and broke but NEVER when I go to Lili. They are so sincere and fun too! I will never go to another salon. Small cute salon, with good color choice and meticulous nail technicians. I have never seen such attention to detail on a pedicure. My favorite part of this salon is the level of cleanliness. All tools are sanitized and opened in front of you and new files/buffers are used in each client- not something I've seen often. I came on a Friday night and there was plenty of street parking and I didn't have to wait for my appointment to start. I will return! read more

Very disappointed. I was eager to come here from the reviews on Yelp, they seemed like an excellent choice. Boy, was I wrong. I wanted to get a Pedi & gel mani. During my pedi, I was repeatedly cut over 4 times. She blamed on the fact I had a lot of "dead skin" which was false. After the 2nd time, I started to have doubts about doing my gel mani. Then, I was asked if I like my feet scrubbed, which I was confused because I thought that was the point of the pedi. Once she went to paint my nails, she only did one layer until I asked her to do another. Mind you, it was white so that needs at least two. Moving on to my nails. They were not soaked in water to soften my skin which caused her to cut me a couple times. They really made me upset because when I made the appointment I was very clear and specific to what I wanted and how I am. Once I refuse to continue and was very upset, they still bad oaky charged me fu price. $35 for a horrible service. As a first time customer, I felt I should have been treated better instead of every worker giving me an excuse as to why she did what she did. I will never visit this place again. I absolutely love this place. Ashley is amazing. She is the only person who touches my eyebrows! I also get my nails and feet done here too, it's just overall a great place. It's very clean and all the people there are extremely friendly and nice. I am always greeted as soon as I walk in. I also never have to wait long when I make an appointment, or when I just pop up. My friend and I went in for a manicure - not gel - and were very pleased with the service and the manicure. We were asked if we wanted gel, and were not pressured to change our decision. It was very reasonably priced, $15, and the tip had to be cash. There was an atm on the premise. We got there at 10 am on a Friday and did not have an appointment, but were seen right away. If I'm in the area again, I would not hesitate to return for another manicure. read more

I am new to Massachusetts, and was looking for a place to get my nails done. I really liked this place. The service was great & the color selection was large. The only reason they don't get 5 starts is because the girl that did my nails was told to charge one amount to my card & I was going to give the rest in cash. She charged the entire amount to my card, which caused me to overdraft my account. I still gave her a small tip anyway, but now I have an overdraft fee to worry about because of it. So in reality, I paid 83 dollars for my nails instead of 53. *sigh* Those things happen, I guess. read more

I went in just to get a fill and I actually had to replace 2 nails that popped off at work, they didn't charge me for the reapplication which was so nice of them, I actually ended up bumping my thumb nail and smudging it while drying and she fixed it right away. I paid $162 for three manicures and pedicures. Which included two sets of gel nails. Both sets of gel nails started pealing off exactly one week later. By the end of the second week both sets of gel nail were completely pealed off. I'm not an expect on gel nails but I feel they should have lasted longer than 2 weeks. read more

I visit my husband often in Medfield and saw good reviews about this place. One of the best pedicures I've had. Not sure why it was $30 seeing that it didn't include a paraffin wax or hot stone massage. I'm used to paying no more than $25. She did a great job at clipping and removing extra skin. And the polish was perfect. I also tipped well and she gave me a card for $5 off after a certain number of visits, which is not worth me holding onto. If I need a pedi during my next visit I will definitely go here but ask about the price before. read more

Unhappy because I made an appointment for a full set the day before, and 30 minutes before the appointment called and updated to full set + pedicure. Pretty sure it was clear I was definitely coming in. Took forever to find parking, so I was exactly 8 minutes late walking in. I love this place! The people are friendly and welcoming. Unlike other nail shops in the dedham area where u can barely be a walk in client without having to wait an hr or told to come back , I love that I can be a walk in client and still get serviced. welp yelpers, cant say i came out of here with "perfect nails". i personally like going to nail salons early during the day to prevent waiting in line, and i was in and out within 20 minutes. friends if you get your nails done, we know this aint good team. the technician rushed my nails even though no one was next. i asked her to specifically file my nails so that the shape was uniform and matched, she ignored my request, and spent less than 1 minute filing all my nails. when she cut my cuticles she left them frayed so it got caught on every type of fabric possible including my scarf and sweater. she was not attentive at all and she didnt say more than 10 words to me except when she asked me to pay. it didnt feel like she valued her job and enjoyed it, didnt care about me or my requests which i would say is part of her job. seems like i wont be coming back because it was definitely not a worthwhile experience and i didnt leave feeling like i had pretty nails. i gave 2 stars because she cared enough to paint within the lines. read more

Today was my second time going to Perfect Nails and both times the service has been nothing but top notch. They are very accommodating with making last minute appointments or walk ins. The prices are inexpensive for the pampering you receive. Perfect Nails is clean and has a great selection in colors, style, designs and customer service. All the employees are great at what they do. Both times Mai did a great job on my nails. I will definitely be back for more. read more

There were several things that I loved about this salon and that may have me going back. For example, they were able to fit me in immediately as a walk in, the woman that worked with me was very nice, and the application looked great. However, given the price that I paid there were things that forced me to downgrade my rating to a 3. Chief among these was the fact that my pedicure seemed lacking. Although the polish looked great there was no attention paid to my heals or skin as you typically get in pedicures. So when I left all the rough skin that I had from the summer in flipflops was still present. Also the water in the pedicure tub was luke warm at best and there was no leg massage or anything as you normally get. Also I was upsold to get gel on my fingers and was assured it would match the color on my toes which was not gel but when I left and took a look at the two together it was obvious that they did not match at all. One was pink while the other was purple. Overall I may go back given how the polish itself looked and given it has lasted a couple of weeks with no chipping but if you are looking for the true pedicure experience you may be better off elsewhere. read more

The acrylic fill was a good job, but the place is dirty. There were 3 employees both times I went, and no one waiting. There were pieces of nails all over, the floors were dirty. Two of the employees were just sitting doing nothing. I asked for a wax, and the other woman took me. The towel on the bed had no paper on it and I asked if she would put some on. She just looked at me. I told her it was dirty and gross and had hair on it. She came in with another towel. Gross. Just gross. read more
