However, our schedules no longer matched, so I started booking appointments with Evan -- and what can I say? She does an amazing job. First of all, the treatments themselves are incredible -- honestly one of the best things I've ever done for myself! I always purchase packages because they're a great deal, and I know I'll use them. These treatments solved a major problem for me and saved me so much time that I used to spend on hair removal. Evan is very pleasant, friendly, easy to talk to, and truly knows what she's doing. After a while, you naturally build a connection with certain staff members, and you just don't want to switch to someone else. The owner has been texting me and keeping in constant communication with me to make this experience as less stressful as possible. The cozy slippers were a nice touch! My massage therapist took the time to ask about my concerns (stiff shoulders and neck) and checked in throughout to make sure the pressure was right. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, dim lighting, peaceful music, and even a heated table. By the end, I sincerely felt so much better.
