We have been here several times. I like the fact that you could get a discount on your nails if you show proof of a student ID card. I have been here with my eight-year-old when we didn't have her school ID it couldn't get the discount but that's OK that was our fault for not having the student ID on us. We called ahead every single time prior to coming so that we can get an appointment Because it's important for us to have an appointment and get three of us have our nails done so that the two girls can go about their weekend activities and be on time for everything. That being said, a few times we had an appointment and still had to wait a bit which isn't so bad because you can't really have everybody's nails dry in time set like a perfect science but the last two times even though we came early to her appointments we had to wait over an hour for them to accommodate those walking clients that were just waiting for their appointments. So, if you want to get your nails done here, it's a good idea to block off a few hours to get your nails done rather than average 90 minutes a person. read more

They really took their time with us our nails look amazing, everyone is experienced and it shows. I went there for removing my dip in polish. I called and got an appointment. When I went there on time, they made me wait for 40 minutes before even saying anything to me. The person who reached out to me at the beginning was looking disappointed that I'm just going to remove my nail polish and not getting a manicure. Anyway after waiting for 40 minutes they asked me to sit on the chair at the table. She was trying to remove my nail polish in between customers which doesn't make any sense to me as I got an appointment before. After scrubbing my nail too much with the tool she left me with these broken damaged nails! The result is clear in the picture!! Not only there are still pieces of the polish(white parts) are still there but also she literally destroyed my natural nails and nail tips and I couldn't work the day after that, as I need my nails for typing! After three days it's still painful! She scrubbed my nail with the tool so bad and severe that they are super thin now and they bend and brake easily. I am filling a complain to the board of Barber and nail salons in California hopping they won't do that to other customers. read more

I am giving it 1 star because I liked the way they did my gel mani and pedi BUT there is no hygiene when she sat me on the pedicure chair she grab my feet with no gloves for a while once she was going to scrub them she puts them on no point at that point but that's not all the other lady that did my mani she was doing fine but at the end when my hands were drying she left me to go do a pedicure for another lady and when my hands were drying she came back and she did have gloves on she was about to touch me with the gloves she was touching the ladies feet I told her don't touch me you was just grabbing her feet with those gloves all she said was sorry I don't recommend coming here read more

After a long year in Covid lockdown and no personal care appointments, I finally decided I was ready to leave the house and get my nails done. However, my go-to nail person wasn't open for business so I went on the hunt for a new nail salon closer to home. I stumbled on Perfect 10 Nails, which had good reviews and did some interesting nails. I called and was able to make an appointment on a Sunday (win) and they had both in-door and outdoor stations (Covid safety). They had all the required protections in place with plastic dividers, temp checks and frequent wipe downs; so I was feeling confident to go. The owner and her husband are very friendly and just like Norms on the show Cheers, it was place where they know your name. The owner does most of the nail fills and she does a GREAT job. She truly is an artist. I asked if she was professionally trained and yes, she has taken many extra classes to hone her nail art skills. It shows. My most recent visit was to have nails fit for Disneyland and Minnie herself, as we have an upcoming trip planned. She did an EXCELLENT job and I am thrilled with them. Needles to say, I am a regular customer now. Friendly, clean, creative and close to home. They are a little more than my old place but the people and quality of work make it worth it. I used to be a regular here, as were other family members and friends, when Lilly owned the salon. Unfortunately, Lilly sold the business recently. The prices on display apparently mean nothing to the new owner. A manicure is shown as $20, yet she demanded $35! As if that wasn't bad enough, the new owner, Thuy Truong, had the gall to ask that we leave the "payee" on the check blank! We guess to avoid claiming revenue, and thus paying her rightful taxes. A less than savory business practice that certainly raises a red flag with us. We refused, and she reluctantly gave us her name to make the check out to her personally, not the business. Hmmmm. The whole vibe felt uncomfortable and below board...and we will never go back. read more

I've come here a few times now and it's definitely my favorite nail salon in the east bay. They always do an amazing job and for a good price. They are very friendly and always do their best to fit me into their busy schedule. Recently I came in to get a gel manicure, but it started chipping the day after I got them done. I called them to see if I could come in to fix the chip and they took me in within the next hour. Unfortunately, more of my nails continued to chip over the next couple days so I called again to see if I could come in to get them redone. They got me in that same day and redid them free of charge! I know it wasn't their fault because when I've come here, my nails usually don't chip for at least 3 weeks. The brand of nail polish I picked out was not the best. BEST NAIL SALON IN SAN RAMON! Amazing outdoor service, everything was sanitized and protocols were strictly followed. They renovated their store and it looks so pretty. They have the most selections of colors I've seen so far. It was hot outside, so they gave me watermelon! They still managed to do top quality foot massages outside. Been here multiple times and have been taken well care of very well each and every time. It's the only place I've had my acrylics done where they don't lift or pop off EVER. Before these I had my acrylics for 3 months, only coming in for refills once a month and to shorten the length. Thanks to Thuy and her coworkers' care of my nails, I've been able to take off my acrylics and sport my long natural healthy nail length. My pedicure was somewhat relaxing, in that I truly enjoyed the massage chair & footbath. However, my "nail technician"-- is that the right term??-- was a little rough on my tender tootsies! I get that the whole point is to file off rough skin, but she seemed to want to remove ALL LAYERS of rough skin (plus all soft under-layers) in one go! I'm not shy, but I DO hesitate to tell anyone how to do their job, so I didn't ask her to back off, but it was puzzling: my niece & I were the only clients I'll in the place, so it's not like they needed to rush to make room for the next guest. My niece's pedicurist seemed to treat my niece's feet much, more gently, so I guess I just drew the short straw, as it were.
