This place was so dirty. Actually felt gross sitting there. I asked for same time dip nails and pedi. The nail tech was 30 minutes late for my toes. Not even a week and the dip is chipping off. $110 without tip. My first and last time. 2 stars only cause the owner that was late was attempting to be nice.

Perfect Ten Nails absolutely lives up to their name! I brought my daughter in for manicure and they did a great job. They were patient, attentive, the service was professional and friendly. I like that they play relaxing videos on TV. Her nails turned out beautifully! I highly recommend Perfect Ten Nails. We'll definitely be back!

It looks like was done weeks before but its only few days old work.

I came for gel with design and the nails started to peel in less than a week. The costumer service was not the best at all and I wouldn't come back.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I'm disappointed I tried this place because my toes came out terrible. They had no prices or lists of pedicures. They scrubbed each heel for 5 seconds with a used pumice stone. (Not joking) The paint was uneven and left all over my skin. The ladies were nice besides the service.

Ok, I had no idea how totally pro these Yi's are. They made these lashes way up there so they don't bothersome to wear comfortably after washes and sleeps days afterwards. And these lashes still look gorgeous. Not much falling apart. I get so much compliments from other women on my social media, how natural they seem. They are follow my natural eye line and lash line. My nails are still on fleek (hah!) do people still even say that nowadays but their thickness feel like natural nails, not bumpy unlike some shops I've had in the past. So I love love these full set a whole lot. It makes me work around a lot easier. Thanks Yi's!

Called in the morning for a mid day appointment, Booked 2 appointments for me and my daughter at 12:30. First of all there was a place to park on a weekday which is a plus, we arrived and and at that time no one else was there. We had the place to ourselves, which was very nice. Other customers did arrive for their appointments later in the hour. The place is light and had a tv playing caking making in the background (kind of mesmerizing), but definitely calm and chill. Thuy the owner did my powder dip and gel pedi and I was very happy with my nails. I had a not so great experience with my last place and I showed her a picture of what I'd like my nails short and square-ish. My daughter went for a mani/pedi and said her massage part of the pedi was really great! her nails look great and she was very happy. We appreciate that it's close to home and how nice everyone was during our services. I looked at a ton of reviews of different places and I've lived in the area for awhile, been to a few nail salons in this area. Seen the ups and downs of some of what were my favorite places, making it hard when I felt it was time to move along. But after this appointment I will be back again, Thuy was very nice and did a great job.This may not the cheapest nail place I've been too, but I'm feeling you get what you pay for and I'd like to have my nails look nice when I get them done. note about older reviews:This owner told me she bought the place around 5 years ago from the previous owner who was here for a long time, so if you came here prior you might find it a different place now.

As soon as I stepped in, the ladies asked me to pick a color, which I appreciate because I always want that part taken care of. I was then sat down in the chair for a pedicure and let me tell you, my cuticles needed a lot of help. Fortunately the lady who did my toes love to get my feet all nice and cleaned up and did a wonderful job doing so. We conversed and the vibes were immaculate here. I am definitely coming back here again.

This is a great nail salon! I love coming and getting a pedicure and a powder dip manicure. Thuy and the other staff are kind, professional, and talented. I am new to getting powder dip nails and I can't believe how well they hold up! The salon is clean, welcoming, and calm. There is a parking lot available as well. I have such a great experience each time I go to Perfect Ten Nails!

We had someone recommend this place to us for its affordability. My boyfriend's mom got her mani and pedi here for $50. I got my acrylic nail done for $50. So overall I didn't think it was a bad price at all. We booked an appointment and they got to us right away. The reason I'm knocking this place by a star was because the nail technician made my nails bleed in four different places. Overall I'm really satisfied and would come back. I love the almond white nails I got. The length and shape of it was perfect! Minus the bleeding.

I love this place the ladies are kind and do a fantastic job they really care about the clients. This is by far the best place in the area and they have 3000 colors to pick from i love being able to have so many options and the colors are all so beautiful too. They offer gel x extensions which is what i get. i am very very happy with my nails 10 out of 10 recommend this place very happy with my nails

I've been to this nail salon four times and thought they did good work until last week when I went in to have my gel removed and a pedicure. The woman removing my gel used a dremal electric small metal grinder on my gel and natural nails. Typically the surface of the gel is lightly filed and gel remover placed on the nails. I thought that was not professional but figured she knew what she was doing, WRONG! She filed my natural down so much that my nails have divots I can feel. She was in a rush to take in walk-ins that instead of properly removing my gel she has ruined my natural nails. They are soft an tearing off. Very unprofessional! read more

My pedicure was somewhat relaxing, in that I truly enjoyed the massage chair & footbath. However, my "nail technician"-- is that the right term??-- was a little rough on my tender tootsies! I get that the whole point is to file off rough skin, but she seemed to want to remove ALL LAYERS of rough skin (plus all soft under-layers) in one go! I'm not shy, but I DO hesitate to tell anyone how to do their job, so I didn't ask her to back off, but it was puzzling: my niece & I were the only clients I'll in the place, so it's not like they needed to rush to make room for the next guest. My niece's pedicurist seemed to treat my niece's feet much, more gently, so I guess I just drew the short straw, as it were. Paint job turned out to be lovely, & I give them full props for their selection of polish shades. read more

I went here for my first time last week before going to a bachelorette party and was absolutely blown away by the service !! I was referred by a friend, but had no idea I would be so satisfied. I had come in with terrible looking acrylics...ones that had been on my nails for months...and THUY completely saved my life! She gave me a beautiful new set! She showed me all of the designs she has on her instagram and helped me pick the perfect one!! I have been looking everywhere to find a good nail technician close to home and she is the one!! Not only is she very talented, but she's so sweet! She stayed after hours for me and even gave me a discount, and this was all on our first time meeting! I will 100% be back! I am a returner. I was here before the remodeling. The service is better than before. This is my first time getting acrylics and it was a pleasant experience. The nail technician, I forgot her name, she was gentle with my cuticles and there was no bleeding. Here is a picture of my dip powder nails. The only recommendation I have is make an appointment. Walk ins are welcome but it's easier to come and get things done faster. read more

OPEN OUTDOORS! Yay! The service was delightful. Sadly, saw some customer being loud asking about a check, I felt bad for the staff. What a coincidence I see a negative review about a check.... My friends and I came in yesterday for gel pedicures and got the best massages. Fell right to sleep. We had Annie and Lilly. They had protective glasses and gave us cute loyalty cards. I moved to the area over 3 years ago and have been to over 10 different pedicure places in the Danville/ Alamo/San Ramon area. I don't have super high standards (one can't expect perfection when only paying $25) - all I mostly ask is that I don't get injured and that the salon is kept clean. This is the first place I've visited that doesn't torque on my cuticles/toenails, is decently clean, has a long lasting polish, and gives a fantastic massage (and a long one - without having to pay extra)! I've been coming here for a few months now - and have never been disappointed with any of my pedicures or massages! read more

I went here after work for a full set and a pedicure. The pedi was great, nice color, hot rocks, etc. The manicure, however, was awful. All of the fingers were different and lopsided and the overall end result looks nothing like the reference photo. Not even close. She kept pulling from a box that said "soiled" and used an exacto knife to make the design using acrylic instead of polish and in the process sliced into my finger and didn't even acknowledge it. At the end I told her it looked nothing like what I wanted and she said "next time make an appointment if you want a design". If she knew she didn't have time for a design and couldn't do it properly she shouldn't have agreed to it. I was also left sitting barefoot after my pedicure for 1.5 hours after being told she would get me a pair of flip flops "right away". I'm usually not one for reviews but I had to talk about this one. read more

The place was nice, and the wait wasn't that long for walk-ins. The only issue I really had was that I only had a mani done with regular polish since I like to keep it simple and was charged $26, which wouldn't have been a problem had my polish not cracked just hours after getting it done and not doing anything that would cause the nail polish to crack. I'm not sure if I'll head back here, but from what I've seen from other customers, their acrylic and gel work is great. read more

I am very disappointed I went in Friday at 12 o'clock for a manicure pedicure they did them both at the same time which was great a young lady did the nails for me and an older lady did my toes she was a very sweet older lady however she did not extend the nail polish all the way up to the top of my nail bed also I wore flip-flops all day Friday walked around my house nails stayed fine went to sleep without socks woke up the next morning put on socks and tennis shoes after my walk I came home took them off to shower and realized that my toes had indentations from my socks very disappointed read more

I am so thankful I found perfect ten nails and Thuy. They have so many options for colors which is rare! But what I love most is the quality of the work. When I get my nails done with the dip powder it lasts 3-4 weeks with no chips! I'm willing to drive a little further to make sure I go somewhere that does quality work. They are also very kind which is perfect too! Love this salon. read more

Very great customer service, they provided Mimosas and she even let me try some of personal her Vietnamese food. But my nails were okay the shape I asked for was new to them (Square straight) so they didnt shape them exactly how I wanted and my nails look very thick and wide to me and also they started coming off in less than a week. But I am very particular about my nails But I did really like my pedicure so I will probably go back for pedicures and maybe just gel manicures read more

I've been going to the same nail shop in San Ramon for several years. Mostly out of habit and hating "transition". I have been so unhappy with the shoddy and rushed bi-weekly visits for almost a year now. Today on a whim, I called perfect ten(They are closer to my home and near my kids schools) and made an appointment. I left about 20 minutes ago and absolutely LOVE my nails! Lilly was thorough, professional and is well skilled in her trade. Looks like I've found my new nail salon! read more

This was my first time going here and I am speechless. The design I got usually cost about $60+, but here it was a lot cheaper! Thuy did my nails and I definitely recommend her! She also gave me an extra design for free. Also if you are a student, they have a student discount! There are also very safe and check temperatures once you get inside and take proper precautions to ensure safety. Will definitely be going here from now on! read more

I've been going to this nail salon for about 15 years now. It's always clean and orderly. A few years ago I got a pedicure while on vacation and ended up with a nasty foot infection, so I really appreciate Perfect Ten's cleanliness and adherence to protocol. The women that work there are always friendly and efficient, and their prices are so reasonable. I'm sure I'll be going there many more years! read more

Called for an appointment the evening before, and they scheduled me as requested the following afternoon. Thjs is the best my nails have ever looked. Even received compliments from other customers when I was ready to leave. Super nice and offers water and coffee to those who wait. Location offers ample parking, so you're not having to battle a downtown Danville crowd. Will return! read more

While I am extremely sympathetic to her struggles and loss of her grandparent, she came back at my review very intensely and said "shame on you" multiple times to me. As I had stated in my initial review, if I heard an update that the business was open, I would have changed my review. However as a client, I cannot know what is happening in this business owners life, and it seems like the professional and respectful choice is to re-record your business voicemail telling people you are taking a break, so your clients don't continually waste their time. Now because of this intense and rude response years later, I stand by my one star review instead of changing it, because I do not believe the client is responsible for knowing what losses are going on in the owners life, nor do they deserve a mean retort years later for information they have no way to know. Her response was very unprofessional and as I had said before, I would've changed my review to a positive one and been a client again, but not after this exchange. My father passed away during this time period too, right before my wedding actually, and we're also currently in the middle of COVID where she has no idea who is currently sick or who I've lost in my life, so while it's true you don't know what's going on in someone's life, that doesn't give a business owner reason to shame a client for the owner not updating their business information and the client responding based on their current experience. This is not a personal relationship and it's unprofessional and unkind to shame a client when you also have no idea the circumstances in the other persons life. Very hypocritical. I hope she can proceed more professionally again in the future. She was very talented, but having drama with someone who is offering a service is not worth it to me as a client, just to have nice nails. There's plenty of people to go to that do a great job where that's not a factor in the client/owner relationship. I do sincerely feel for her experience and hope she is healing from her losses.

The curing process was rushed too. She kept switching my hands mid-cycle before the polish could properly set. And the "massage"? It lasted as long as it takes me to put lotion on before work -- basically nonexistent. For the price they charge, the service should last more than a couple of days and feel at least somewhat relaxing. Unfortunately, it was neither. I do NOT recommend this place.

I was so excited as soon as I walked in and saw so many color choices. There are so many choices and you can get anything you want done here. I was even more excited to see that they offered nail designs that I haven't really seen at other nail places in the area. My fingernails have gotten a ton of compliments since yesterday with the ombre style that I got. The pedicure I got included a hot stone massage and sea salt scrub as well. It was so easy to relax, and I'm very happy with the services I received. I can't wait to go back so I can try new nail designs and live out my Pinterest nail dreams. read more

All the ladies here have always provide fast, consistently top quality work. They hear what you want and give you exactly that!This is not one of those frilly, fancy spa-type nail salons; but it's great if you're one of those always-short-on-time type of people (like I am). When they know I'm in a hurry they'll usually work in pairs, which is awesome. As with most nail places, I just wish they would speak English when they have customers inside. It always reminds of that old Seinfeld episode. But it doesn't bother me enough to find a new place, Perfect 10 is great! read more

I've been going to this Salon for years.. They are very maticulous when they do your nails and if they see on little flaw they will do it over. The service is excellent . I always like my nails look in the end. Perfect Ten Nails is so much fun. My sister and I just love Lily, Amy, and Tina. We used to go twice a year just to celebrate our birthdays with a mani pedi, now we go twice a month!!!!!! They are so nice. Lily even cut my mother's bangs when my father was in the hospital. The new Gel lasts for a long period of time and the prices are quite reasonable. I posted some pixs of my right nail ring finger. It was extremely painful. My skin grows underneath my nails. I called Helen to schedule an appointment when my nail completely healed. I worried of an infection from chemicals going into any type of wound. Especially a powder dip. She works by herself. If you get a pedicure & manicure it'll take a little longer but it's worth the wait. Her work is meticulous. I posted before & after pixs.
