The owner of this establishment needs to understand what it means to treat people with respect and recognize what customer service means. The male owner is ignorant and rude. He apparently had an issue with having to hear me speak on a phone call. Mind you, this would be NO different than me speaking to a person I may have been with if I was waiting on my order inside the establishment! When I let him know I did not appreciate the way he spoke to me, he told me "I didn't have to care and proceeded to say "get the Fu** out of here and don't come back. I am feeling very violated and embarrassed as someone who picks up deliveries for this location all the time. I gained the sense that this man feels he can treat folks who are in delivery service as low grade citizens. He seems to think his authority makes him better than anyone else. First off, as someone who holds a full time position in Management & training, I can be 100% certain he would be and will be an example used to help leaders understand what one shouldn't do in leadership and customer service. Secondly, I would also like to point out that I have observed this man with his hard working employees who all are quite lovely and let me tell you, he treats them below grade and certainly doesn't act like he appreciates their value. I have only seen this man twice in all the months I have been delivering and eating at this establishment. As a long time resident of North Andover, I will be certain to let everyone know what has taken place and promote folks to try other places of business. As a worker, he has in fact been reported and I do not plan to rest there. In a world driven by hate and ignorance, no one deserves to be treated in such a fashion; especially by a business owner himself who should be kind and appreciate for not only his customers, but also for those who support his business! I suggest anyone reading this take their business elsewhere which is unfortunate because the employees here surely are kind, hard working individuals! I have a suggestion for this man, STAY home and let your employees do their jobs as they have been. You my friend are doing MORE HARM than GOOD! I've been a loyal customer here for a long time probably 5+ years. I work down the street and would often stop multiple times a week to get my morning coffee, bagel and orange juice combo. The staff is always very friendly and nice, always greeting me when I walk in by my first name. Yesterday, I put in my usual order - everything bagel with chive cream cheese, a coffee and an oj. When I left, and went to open my bagel I noticed it was not mine. There was red chunks in the cream cheese, either tomato or lox i wasnt sure, but it definitely wasnt chive. I brought it back in and just told them i think i got the wrong order, which was fine mistakes happen no big deal at all. A couple minutes later they handed me another bag which I assumed was a new fresh bagel with the correct cream cheese that i had ordered. I began to drive away, and half paying attention I ate the first half of my bagel. After I had consumed half of the bagel, i looked at the other half and saw red chunks underneath my chive cream cheese. I felt completely sick, and grossed out by this. It was clear that instead of just remaking my bagel correctly, they simply painted chive cream cheese over their mistake in an attempt to just conceal it. The staff disregarded any possible allergy concerns, and made the conscious decision to try and just hide their mistake instead of making it right. I will no longer be coming here for my morning bagel, coffee and OJ. This crossed the line for me and was completely unacceptable. read more

It was my first, last, and only time I'll ever go there. Coffee is a day old and watered down, eggs are mush and are made in a MICROWAVE. The owner is so rude and unprofessional. He will come out to your car if you're parked in front of perfectos and going to the place next store. Didn't realize you owned the entire parking lot A**hat. I had never been here until today, my sisters love it so they brought me here for breakfast. Coffee was one of the best I've had (they have many many flavors to choose from). I ordered a hot, house blend coffee with milk, so easy and quick. They also offer a dark roast if that's your preference. The coffee was a bit bitter, but not too much (as compared to another recent take away coffee I had) so that's a win with a nice amount of milk. The drive-thru lane took a couple of minutes. Nothing crazy. As the order and pick-up windows are only a car length apart, the order is made just before you receive it, so if someone has a large order, the line would move a little bit slower. It wasn't a busy time of the day and we were only the 4th car in line so it was a pretty quick visit. If we find ourselves in need of caffeine while in the area, I would try this Aroma Joe's again.
