He came on short notice (water heaters are always an emergency) and advised me to replace the pressure valve and the main shut-off. His work was very professional. It was clear that he insists on doing things the right way. When he replaced the water heater, he also rearranged the Rube Goldberg water lines that fed our furnace humidifier. As a fist time home owner I was attempting to fix my water spigot myself. DIY gone Wrong!! . After getting myself into more trouble then the original issues. I would definitely use Perfectum Plumbing again. Vadim and his crew were professional, fast, and reasonably priced. Our air unit needed replacing and the company we used replaced our unit but could not line our chimney based on the angles of our chimney. We called various companies to look at our situation, but most said they couldn't line our chimney because of the angles or said they could it for an outrageous price. Perfectum Plumbing came out and quickly assessed the situation and told us they could do the job. In less than a week they lined our chimney for the new air unit. When one element in my 20 year old water heater failed I expected to buy a pricey new water heater and to add an expansion bladder. Fortunately I found Vadim! He explained the bladder was not required.
