In fact, he gave me 3 options and it was MY decision on what we should do. When I made the decision to replace the fully hvac (not from any pressure from the technician), he was able to fix it so that I had heat until they came back to replace it. Mike showed up within 2 hours and I jumped into discussing system replacement cost. He was honest, friendly, respectful, and professional.
