Jimmy, one of the managers, arranged for me to obtain a rental car and even dropped me off at the rental facility. After dropping off my car, shop staff kept me periodically updated on the status of the repairs. One key part was apparently in recall status and not available through the dealer. The repairs could not be finalized without this part, potentially causing issues with my rental car availability if not resolved. Understanding the potential problem, the managers of the shop worked to resolve the issue quickly to my satisfaction, explains to me in detail the options available. Shortly thereafter my car was ready for pickup. The managers arranged for my rental car to be picked up from the shop (saving me a bunch of time), and Josh in the front office ensures my vehicle pickup went smoothly. It took a while (Tesla's fault, not theirs) and he kept me up to date and was super friendly and explained everything clearly when we went to pick up the car. Also, the bill was covered by the other insurance company, but we were very nervous about the price climbing to the point that the car would be totaled (it's a really old Tesla, 10+years), and Aaron stayed in touch with us about it and somehow stayed under the threshold. I was prepared to pay for the repair, but to my surprise, Peter asked me to take some photos and send them to him first. He then told me that whenever I had time, I could bring the car in, and they would take care of it within about 30 minutes -- completely free of charge. Today, I brought my car to the shop. During the inspection, they found that there were some other issues underneath the car and that a few parts needed to be replaced. Peter still kindly helped me get everything fixed without charging me anything. I truly appreciate Peter's kindness and generosity, and I felt very touched by the way they treated me. I believe many auto repair shops would not be able to provide this kind of help for free. A big thank you to Peter and the technician who worked on my car.
