Run! This is absolutely the worst car place we have ever had the misfortune to experience! After 24 hours of having my car there, they were unable to fix it or even get the parts they needed to fix it. On top of that, it is in worse shape now than when we took it there in the first place! After dropping the car off on Friday and being promised a quick fix, I was told to return at 3:00 pm on Saturday to pick it up. I did this, only to be told that Scott forgot to tell the mechanic to put it back together and that it would be 20 more minutes. I was also told that they could not fix it because they did not have the parts and had to order them. I would need to return next week to have the repair done. Ok, no problem, I can handle that. Two and a half hours later.... My car still wasn't fixed, they never found the parts they needed to fix it, they charged me for parts that were not even installed, and the carpets were now covered in black grease because they didn't use floor mats. I also had to sit there while Scott searched the Pima County website for inmates, looking for two employees that did not show up for work that day. To top it all off, after mentioning to him that it had been two hours and not 20 minutes, as promised, I was yelled at and told that my car was only a kia and not a Porsche or a corvette like he "works" on. *not one of the previously mentioned cars was anywhere in sight. **what was in sight was a toy box filled with very dirty toys and garbage, the "mechanic" arguing with his ex-wife outside, Scott searching for his missing employees online, and his wife on the phone ordering wild turkey for the fight that night. After trying to cancel my parts order, I was literally yelled at in the store in front of another customer that was rolling his eyes at Scott and later hung up on on the phone. I will never ever return and I'd recommend that you do the same. Worst experience ever! read more

I highly recommend this shop, I have a doge neon and i noticed that it was starting to leak oil so my first attempt was to take my car to the dealership to have it looked at, Big mistake. Once my car was done being looked at the people quoted me a insane price, Saying that i had blown my motor and would need a new one unless i wanted to get stuck on the side of the road. When i asked what was wrong with it they told me that it had a crack in the block and that was the problem, and the reason for the leakage of oil. I was skeptical so i took a look at the motor and i did not see any cracks in the block that the dealership was claiming. So i decided to take my car to a more professional auto shop. Greatest choice I've ever made! when i arrived at the auto repaired shop i was greeted with a kind and professional environment. When i spoke to Scott he was great at explaining to me the real problem with me car. It turn out that it was just a blown head gasket. He was able to tell that from just a few minutes of a inspections. Scott is truly a professional auto expert, And was great at explaining to me what was wrong. He also gave me an amazing price on fixing the problem and gave me as many discounts as he possibly could. This is the best auto repair shop i have ever been too it is highly professional and a great environment. And on top of it all he got it done within a timely manner. I felt safe and as ease leaving my car with Scott. Performance Complete Auto Care is a treasure in Tucson that we want to support and keep. I contacted the dealer first for a quote on changing the Lincoln Navigator headlights -- mine are HD and spendy. I saw the 5 star reviews here on Yelp and decided to add in PCAC to my quote research. When the staff replied to my message within 10 minutes I was encouraged. Great communication. The staff answered all my texts immediately and we drilled down to exactly what was going to be needed to get the job done. PCAC ordered the parts while I was on my way to their shop. When I arrived the parts were almost there also! What amazing customer service. Mind you, from the time I called to the time I was out the door -- all this by noon the same day I called. They saved me money and hassle. They explained the process and kept me informed the whole time. Most importantly, I felt they were honest and straightforward, they understand the importance of business ethics and hard work. They have a cute dog to keep me company in the waiting room. I did not have to wait too long in the waiting room. I enjoyed talking with the staff and mechanics even chatted a few minutes! Scott and his wife are the most professional and hardworking team in the city! I had a wreck in the middle of nowhere and had no idea where to take my car. I read the reviews and figured it'd be worth the shot. Long story short my car was mistakenly towed to blue sky/big sky whatever you call it and they had no paperwork on my car but tried to keep me from getting my OWN vehicle. Rude and disrespectful to say the least. Scott and his team went out of their way to help me get my car to their body shop where they went above and beyond with my repairs. He even apologized for the incompetence for his neighboring body shop down the street. Nevertheless , I was able to drive my car back to Texas with NO issues and it has been driving like a dream ever since! My Kia Optima is forever grateful! My Toyota Prius had a warning light flash about my engine. I went into Yelp and requested 3 businesses to give me an estimate. Megan at Performance responded right away and we arranged for me To bring the car in first thing this morning. Scott took the car and quickly diagnosed the problem and told me the cost and that he could do it now and have it done in 2 hours. That is exactly what happened. 2 hours later I was driving away with the problem completely fixed and he did 2 test drives for a good 15 minutes because the warning light came on again during the first test He figured out what was happening and fixed it and drove again. These folks are aces, they know exactly what they are doing, they are very resourceful, and they will bend over backwards to help someone deal with a crisis. Had bought parts for a mobile mechanic to install on a 2004 F 150 Heritage I had purchased, mobile didnt work out so I reached out on here to several places with the parts list I had, and Megan responded with a number I was comfy with and they came out and picked up my truck, I am disabled and need practice before getting on the road. Had it done with 2 days and a new set of tires that were even better than I had expected. I recently accuired a vehicle that a lady said she took to a mechanic and they wanted 2,000 to fix air conditioner. Took it to Preformance and it was fixed for about 300. Scott is reasonable and reliable ! He is the only mechanic that will work on my vehicles! After fixing air-conditioning on another vehicle it's still going strong after 2 years. I was looking for a shop to bring my Mazda to after a pretty bad accident with a Sun Tran bus. The people at Performance Complete were polite, professional, and courteous. I knew right away I made the right choice for a repair shop. Not only did their staff give me the option of a black or chrome grill, they painted the sun faded roof free of charge, and not included in the repair instructions.
